嚴重要批評前台。我是老客户了，之前的前台非常好，最近這是剛招的一位帶眼鏡的女士。説話生硬不説。第二天中午退房要兩瓶水（第二天沒有要水的情況下），前台這位服務員説了句退房了還要拿兩瓶水啊，按道理我們續住的才送水。我帶着一個9歲的孩子，她也看到了，不管怎麼説，沒有這麼説話的，服務行業如果出現這種話語，那就是致命的！希望老闆引起關注！儘快解僱這種服務人員！

高端大氣上檔次的前台大堂，很拉風很酷，交通也很方便，就是洗漱地小了點，花灑是固定的不能拿下來，邊上就有美食城，定了榻榻米讓娃體驗日式，三個人還挺好的，半夜下大雨，窗户隔音不太好可能外面是平台雨聲太大失眠了
打車很方便直接開到店門口的。親子游選擇
