The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is rich, the room is clean, I really like their staff, they make you feel in a good mood every day, the swimming pool is also very clean, the water is changed every day, the location is excellent, Not far from the three major beaches

The fact is: we booked the room for 4 people (two adults and two children), but they only provided items for three people (3 towels, 3 bottles of water, etc.); during the 2 weeks we stayed here, they The sheets were never changed; the breakfast was very simple, and once or twice the bread was moldy. When we informed the staff about this, they just took away 2 slices of bread without any apology or anything; There was no response when we said good morning to the staff; the pool was terrible, no shallow end at all; there were lots of ants in the room; the towels were dirty and torn; rubbish was dumped 15 meters from the main entrance, so it was a bad place to stay at night There are many rats.
