房間比較小，牆面也不太乾淨，但好在有獨立衞生間，睡個覺還湊活。

優點距離地鐵站出口近，附近出口有直梯也有手扶梯，出站後步行一分鐘，缺點有蚊子蒼蠅，如果只是要過夜還行，但若長時間要待在房內就要謹慎考慮。雖然無提供瓶裝水，但櫃檯旁邊有飲水機，可以自備水杯裝飲用水。

如果你跟我一樣是窮遊+求職暫住，為了省錢能忍受水龍頭漏電、洗澡洗一半沒水（必須放很小洗才行）、睡覺時隔幾個小時就有無名的滴滴滴的提示音、以及開不了門3次的話，還是能住的，不能忍受的話就多看看其他家吧。

冷的要死！！！！暖氣衹是温和的，空調開成30℃，房間裏氣温不到15℃！！！！！穿着羽絨服都冷！！！凍死我了！！！！不排除因為我住最裡麪的那間有外牆的緣故，但是真的很冷！！！！給我凍感冒了！！！！！

真的是太差了，除了離地鐵站近、價格相對便宜外沒有別的優點，非常破舊，裡邊衞生狀況很差，將就住一晚勉強堅持。
