Those who brought their children to participate in the competition were lucky enough to choose Jiacheng Apartment. The transportation is very convenient. 非常滿意，我媽自己去北京，怕她總外面吃不慣就訂了這家公寓可以自己煮東西吃，還給免費升級了房型，環境很好位置也挺好找，樓下是物美大賣場，周圍很多吃的，接待人員也很耐心，下次來還會選擇住這邊

房間在居民樓裏，是民宿。先説的方面，房間比較舒適，本是一居室，客廳較大，又用簾子隔了一下，放了一個床，這樣就有兩個床。房間裏還有一個冰箱，微波爐等，室內有獨立的衞生間，廚房，比較適合行李多，人多的旅客。但是樓裏大廳，電梯到處貼滿：本樓不歡迎民宿，請離開。讓人很不舒服。

夫妻倆帶一老一小出行住，挺乾淨的，東西很齊全，冰箱洗衣機（雖然沒用）都有，房間有門隔開，保證私密性，小孩長者可以看電視，落下了東西房東還可以幫忙寄送，入住後也沒有打擾。樓下就是蒲黃榆地鐵B出口，還有物美超市，還有吃的店鋪，有出租車候車點，挺方便的。

入住體驗感一般，一進門就有一點異味，空間小，衞生環境有待提高，服務態度及管理有待提高，不適合家庭出遊入住。唯一優點就是離地鐵站近一點！
