room quite clean and not so small, suitable for 2 ppl/staff try to use english which is nice./at night, we can hear the noise clearly even got the room on 3rd floor./always smell smoke in the room.

房間衞生極差，保潔清潔僅僅補足一些清潔用品，衹是隨意的擺在枱面上任何物品都不歸位。補礦泉水給我們扔在床上，毛巾橫放在地不收，拖鞋補足後把我們原本在房間整齊擺放的拖鞋踢的凌亂，垃圾基本不收，甚至把我們原有的物品隨意擺放。布草不更換甚至沒有對床鋪進行管理
打掃極其潦草，扔掉了我們的葯品。協商無果，迴應態度十分消極。添加微信後兩天過去甚至都沒有聯繫我們解決問題，至今對話框為空白。
房間電話從入住就是壞的，通過平台撥號給前台經常無人接聽，外賣機器人上來也沒有提示，甚至門鎖也是壞的，有任何問題不得不下樓親自到前台解決。
垃圾車24小時橫在門口，櫃子感覺從來沒擦過。
問題提出後有人來更換房間毛巾，穿着外衣把毛巾所以包在懷裡塞進櫃子，毫無衞生可言。

環境賊拉破爛，地毯黑了吧唧，感覺小旅館都比這乾淨，帶孩子兩個人住的三樓帶窗的房間，窗簾一拉都調灰，地毯孩子根本下不了地，沒有小童拖鞋，電話上邊一層黑漆漆的東西，書桌上還擺着成人用品銷售，和公安局掃黃的桌牌，感覺一點都不像正經酒店。定的太匆忙，到的時候九點多，來不及退了，就湊合住了，全程睡在被子上，感覺衞生根本不達標。不知道是怎麼掛上喆啡的牌子的，真的差到家了。

1.酒店環境差勁 看一眼這個蓮蓬頭就知道了 讓換房間結果答覆剩餘房間蓮蓬頭都是一樣的臟 地毯也不乾淨
2.入住已經是半夜了 想着將就一晚 結果隔音效果極差 隔壁説話沖馬桶都聽得見 一晚上沒睡好
3.半夜馬桶開始反味 睡到一半直接臭醒 起來開排氣扇效果微乎其微 不知道是不是灰塵太多導致鼻炎犯了
4.酒店客服都很客氣 也答應一早就給反饋 結果問了領導反饋結果是給我們打9折退了30塊錢 好不容易出來玩好心情全被糟蹋了不説 又要重新定酒店加上節假日酒店漲價 糟心事一堆
希望大家以後出來玩都不要遇到這種酒店！

Ожидать от этого отеля 5 звезд не стоит и даже 3. Номер местами зашарпан, но самое главное в номере это другое… кровать удобная, белье белоснежное и чистейшее, латексная подушка в которую проваливаешь и спишь как младенец. Запахов ни каких нет.
Есть все туалетные принадлежности включая бритвенного станка.
В лобби есть маленькая кухонька, но она видимо не работает.
У нас забился слив в душе и нам оперативно поменяли номер на выше категорию без каких либо доплат.
В целом впечатления нормальные, жить можно.
