位置是賣點，服務人員都很親切。早飯量大到驚人（不是自助），就是八點才開始有點晚。
房間隔音非常非常差，這點減分了。另外裝修風格有點土，大床房衹有一米五且窗外對着一堵山牆，這樣看定價就有點不匹配。但是衞生條件還算不錯，床和枕頭的硬度對頸椎不好人士比較友好。

自發為酒店提分正名。看評論真是把期望值降到最低，實際體驗超出預期。房間是不大，但酒店位置絕絕子，景區正中，下有黑龍潭，上行青空嶺。山裡酒店運維不易，各方麪條件不能按市區要求。但暖風給力，熱水也足夠洗澡。服務也非常熱情了，前台小哥哥小姐姐有問必答，臨走的時候還給延遲退房一小時。住酒店給免了門票、接駁車票，纜車票還打85折，房價貴點也變相**。但住店裡能享受早出晚歸的優待，完全和大批遊客錯峯出行，配套親子設施也很有趣，總體感覺非常值得。

帶娃出來玩，沒做功課，定的雲蒙山居，真是一個大大的驚喜了！酒店在景區裏面，周邊有孩子玩耍的地方，到停車場後打電話會有車來接，酒店包含門票。我定的是精品大床房，但是床很小，也就是1.5m的床，一家三口有點擠，但是裝修很新，衞生沒得説。不過附近沒啥吃的地兒，唯一的小缺點了～

酒店坐落在雲蒙山景區內，最大的優點是人少清凈，環境優美。可由上到下游黑龍潭，不怎麼累，可惜入住期間不開纜車有點遺憾。孩子玩的設施不少，晚飯需要早點去吃。

史上最差酒店之一：1）床單是臟的；2）入住前是需要提前聯繫酒店的，但是酒店的電話永遠是關機的，你衹能呵呵；3）提前申請好將行李箱放到遊客中心，5個小時後箱子依然沒有到，人一直在等待箱子；4）服務人員態度高傲，惹不起的樣子—總結一句話，酒店各方面都不到位，沒事別花大價錢受罪了。

雲蒙山環境還行吧，但國慶期間酒店價格太貴，性價比不高，房間裏水兩天就給2小瓶，每瓶才300毫升，餐廳自助晚餐菜品種類又少又難吃，蝦都是反覆炸過的不新鮮，裏面肉又空又硬。早餐服務員看到有客人沒喝完豆漿就在餐廳裏大喊大叫，很沒素質，很影響其他吃飯客人的用餐心情

雲蒙山半山腰，位置絕佳。盛夏也涼爽宜人。雲蒙山風景絕佳，適合有錢有閑者消費。開發度需要進一步提升。硬件可以再升級。
