African woman & solo traveler here! My stay was an extremely pleasant one. Members of staff were always ready to assist and were all polite. The view from the rooms are amazing. There is also a rooftop pool with a view of the city, I couldn’t use it because I was there during winter, but if I return during summer, I will definitely stay at Staybridge again and use the pool.

The hotel is clean and the staff are overall friendly. The terrace is amazing, staff very nice, evenings there are the best in Beirut. The breakfast is great and staff very friendly. The only bad area is the swimming pool. The swimming pool staff are not friendly overall and not trained to differentiate between one day pass guests and live in guests. Example, despite staying for 2 days, in 2 rooms: 1. I was asked to pay deposit for towels in the pool! 2. I had a pack of chips for my kid and the staff refused to let me take it in.. They took it away at the entrance. I asked Yousef Moumni in spesific to call the manager and ask for exception as my son really wanted his chips, but the exception was rejected and with no appoligitic attitude... The staff at the pool need a lot of training! 3. No WiFi at the entire pool area.

I had amazing stay there, I enjoyed my time a lot, very cozy hotel with friendly staff, very clean, the room sizes are very comfortable, their Asian Restaurant is wow, most importantly the location is very close to almost everywhere and there is exchange shop right opposite to the hotel. I enjoyed a lot and will definitely come again, I would also like to give my thanks to Mr. Malek from reception as he was very helpful with us during our stay and he was very friendly and professional.

We stayed 2 nights and 3 days in the hotel. As a location, it is just in front of the “Dewberg Rocks”. The building looks very high and elegant. The pool looks very large, but in fact not so big. The quality of the room is the average quality standard as in every Ramadan. However, do not really mix with Turkish hotels, the Middle East is always a bit old.

The rooms for me are close, lived with a girl, the bed shelf second no, the view from the window leaves you wish the best, the card from the room is constantly not working, and now about the advantages: a big enough beautiful hall, every day a good clinking Rooms, and a separate great thanks to the staff from the kitchen: Victoria and her husband. Room service was great.. Also there is an employee named Houssein at the reception, he is great.. The reception was very helpful. About the breakfast very delicious and cooked well. Air conditioning at the room was awesome. Also the room has no noise from the street or from other rooms, and thats really make me feel relaxed. Overall rate, it's a great hotel and i like it so much 😍
