Hotel Los Reyes

I asked for a cup and kettle to make tea, but they refused. The ac was dripping water and called them to wait for some time before attending to it. Apart from that every other things are ok

Good hotel

Yes most receptionists need training in greeting customers with a smile but ignore that fact I took the 22k room and I was impressed everything work and was clean a/c powerful water heater function bed decent bedsheets that did not itch loads of clear channels to pick from. Yes I bit far from oba market but most hotels are just a straight bus journey into town

Wasn’t it a good experience It wasn’t what I saw on their website I saw when I got there. The first room I was given the bathroom roof was full With mold, the air conditioner was full of dust, the bedding was stained and the manager was kind enough to get me another room. It was a little bit better than the first one but wasn’t what I was expecting I had to check out the next day to look for something nicer. The waitress lacks professionalism.
