個人體驗非常差。我是一個經常出差的人，對住宿條件要求可高可低，從來也不寫評論，但今天這個我必須評論，避免後來人進坑。1-房間小，大床兩個大人肯定睡不下。房間也不大。2-緊鄰馬路，什麼聲音互相都能聽見。3-鐵皮房子，熱脹冷縮卡卡響。4-我們入住當天區域停電，最後造成房子停電，停水，沒熱水。5-和店家溝通，店家排了兩波非專業人員修理都沒徹底好，維修人員挺負責，修到了晚上10點。但是出來進去房間的。女的根本不能休息。6-和店家溝通，店家還要我們拍證據。

強烈推薦，很温馨，兩位老闆人特別好，真的讓你有一種回家的感覺，我總出門，但很少評價，這家是我真心想推薦的。居住：小院裏有室外圓浴缸，有帳篷涼亭，有無煙燒烤爐，有茶桌，可以滿足大人小孩的不同需求。老闆還特別貼心的準備了照相的補光燈和自拍架。屋內有一張雙人床，沙發（可以拉出來變床），電視，冰箱，電磁爐，室內温泉，衞生間。每一個小細節都顯露出老闆的細心，水龍頭是恆温能顯示水温的，一次性坐便套，一次性浴缸套都準備了，秋天山裡涼了還有地熱，總之，讓人很舒服。有一説一，地理環境無法改變，肯定是比市內要潮濕一些。地點：在綠石谷附近，原理吵鬧的集市，沿路邊，校園對面就是大山，清早起床推開門迎面而來一片綠色的景象，呼吸着清晰的空氣，很愜意吃：提前跟店主練習可以讓她準備食材為客人燒烤，烤魚特別香。也可以自己帶食材BBQ，小院後身有一家農家菜，我們點的酸菜血腸鍋，炸河蟹……也很好吃，早餐小米粥，雞蛋，鹹菜，發糕…

很棒，馬路邊，有小溪。各種設施都很新，老闆和老闆娘也很nice，房子特別温馨，可以住兩大一小沒問題。沒住前老闆娘就打電話就問要準備什麼。燒烤工具碗筷，連廚具啥的都有，早餐老闆還貼心的準備食材，因為我老婆懷孕，所以後麪都是老闆娘親自做的，太温馨。現在就兩個房，估計以後要提前預訂，因為我感覺要火。全國走了遍，喜歡住特色民宿，這家老闆、老闆娘是最好的，所以個人感覺性價比很高。非要説缺點就是剛裝修，有點味道，建議加個空氣凈化器。特別推薦！！！
