A Mixed Stay Near Hauptbahnhof We stayed at this hotel for one night and found it to be a ok option overall, especially for its convenient location. On the positive side, it’s situated right near the Hauptbahnhof, making it an ideal base for a quick day of exploring the city via public transport. The breakfast staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant morning vibe. While the breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, it covered all the essentials:fresh bread, fruits, cereals, and hot items—to fuel you up for the day ahead. That said, there were some notable drawbacks that detracted from the experience. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator on the 5th floor, there was a strong, unpleasant plumbing odor coming from the toilet area in the hallway. Unfortunately, this issue persisted in our room (583), where the smell emanated from the bathroom. Even after leaving the window open all day, it lingered upon our return, which was quite off-putting. The hotel was fully booked, according to the receptionist, so we didn’t pursue switching rooms. Additionally, the Hocker near the tea table was heavily worn and tattered, almost as if it had been chewed by a cat for years. The mini-bar was disappointingly empty, with just a single bottle of water provided. Sauna was off at 10:30am. At €150 per night, this hotel feels overpriced for what it offers— I’d recommend exploring other nearby alternatives for better value and comfort.

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the train station. The service was friendly, and the staff were willing to help and go to extra mile to give us a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and toilet was also in impeccable condition. however, the shower does not have a door, which may make it more bothersome for families.

The hotel is very near to Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Central station), every major location were reachable through U-bahn and S-bahn, very convenient indeed. Hotel facilities were great because unexpectedly it got a spa which you need to book it of course, but this is a surprise for a city hotel.

Near to Berlin central and many other scenic places. Self heating tiles during cold days are definitely a plus!!

Perfect location for visiting Berlin. Just couple minutes away from Berlin Station, within an hour from Berlin Airport. The food from Food Factory across the street from the hotel and restaurants at Berlin Station must take care of your needs. Famous location are also within walking distance or within 15 minutes by public transport.
