It does not directly adjoin the street and is reached by a 40 m long private drive. Surrounded by gardens, it is peacefully situated and at the same time very well connected to the public transport network. With the Metro tram line M6, which can be reached in a 2 minute walk, you can travel directly into the city centre. It leaves every 10 minutes and takes between 15 and 25 minutes. Other shopping amenities (Lidl, Aldi, Kaisers, among others), bakeries, chemists, banks, pubs and restaurants are reached in a 5 to 10 minute walk. You can also go for a walk in the Erholungspark and look around the gardens of the world (15 minutes by foot) or wander along Berlin’s second biggest river, the Wuhle. Rock climbing is possible on an artificial cliff face. If you are sporty, then you can try to reach the top of our Kienberg, from where you will have a good view out over the eastern suburbs.Travel connections: Arrival by car: Berliner Ring, exit Berlin Marzahn, straight on for 7km, past the Kaufpark Eiche, up until 100m before the traffic lights with the windmill (Landsberger Allee/Raoul-Wallenburg-Str).
