Very good communication between employees and guests. Small attention was here on the agenda that some have learned in the hotel industry. Great indoor pool. There was nothing missing at breakfast. We would book this stay at any time like this.

The service is very good, the room facilities are not many, generally clean (there are some stains or something that are not cleaned up). It is suitable for a travel option to spend a night, after all, it is cheap.

located just right next to the Berlin (10secs walking distance). the staff is so friendly. the room is spacious and well-designed. recommend

The location is perfect, with easy access to the metro and nearby grocery stores. Anyway, there was something wrong with the air conditioning when I stayed there and it was already warm in Berlin, and the receptionist told they couldn't fix it till I left. However, I will choose this hotel again next time and will consider other countries as well; we simply need to ensure that the AC and heating are operational during your stay.

very happy with the room, room is big and spacious with aircon, fridge, and water heater. staff was very friendly as well. location’s good. will stay again if i were to visit berlin

Good location! Surrounded by markets, bars, restaurants, clubs and a 30 minute walk from East Side Gallery. Right next to Ostkreuz which is very handy. Kitchen wasn't the cleanest due to guests negligence and there was a constant unpleasant smell.

The apartment is very close to eating places and has some supermarkets, Han and Vietnamese restaurants. However, it's just a little sketchy because Sale forgot to send the room code

Nice location and good service. The reception is off after 8pm so gotta be aware of that. The room was not bad but the bed sheet was not clean. There was some black dust on the bed sheet. Reasonable price! The picture is the tube station that the hotel is near to.
