The hotel is excellently located: 2 minutes walk to Istikal Street and at the same time the alley where it is located is quite quiet.
The breakfasts are very tasty, a lot of pastries, sweets, cold cuts, cheeses, but there weren’t enough hot items.
The design is also excellent, the staff is kind and helpful, when checking into the room we found a dirty sheet: they offered to change the room, but since it was already late in the evening, we only asked to change the sheet.
The impressions are excellent, considering how many hotels in this area for a similar price have much weaker service.
Thanks to the hotel staff for their work! I recommend!

The newly renovated hotel has complete facilities, is very comfortable and beautiful, the breakfast is rich and the service is excellent, and the front desk is warm and considerate. Hotel is nice staff are very friendly and kind.
Heat doesn't work properly first night I was very cold second night very hot. You cannot rely on the controller in the room they control the system from another place.

The property is new, clean and in a perfect location. The services offered are wonderful. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent. A perfect place to stay in Istanbul. The rooms are modern and quiet. There is ample of restaurants near the hotel. Also, the hotel is located meters away from the most vibrant streets of Istanbul; where many shops and food outlets are located

The room wasn’t clean at all, I arrived with my friend who lives in Istanbul because I was awake for 22 hours and had to take 3 different flights to arrive yet they made it an issue that he helped us to our room and made sure we were all good and that we didn’t need anything for the night, when I woke up the room turned out to be filthy, they wouldn’t refund me and eventually I upgraded just so i can get a clean room etc, another friend wanted to come see the stuff I bought from Istanbul and video call my mom, they made me pay 30 euros to let her come upstairs for the 10 minutes she was there for, overall a horrible hotel but a prime location.

This Hotel is fantastic. Front desk Ercan was very professional. Room was perfect. Clean, new, comfortable, quiet. Delicious breakfast and great pillows. Definitely recommend.
