Great hotel, not thrilled about not getting my deposit back, came for an overnight stay, was hardly in the hotel room, left it in great condition as was when I checked in and I never received my deposit back

We arrived around 2 AM and were greeted by a friendly receptionist, hot coffee and tea. What else could we ask for?

I did not like the window coverings. They were screens and not curtain so room did not grt dark for sleeping due to the parking lot lights

Love it overall. The only complaint I have would be that the lights in the room are extremely bright. But great location, the service desk is very responsive. Would stay here again!

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Beds are not great, they need to update them. It was really clean. The coffee is really good, especially for a hotel. My biggest complaint is I choice to pay for my stay at the hotel but they charged the card I had to hold the hotel before I even checked in. Because it was a debit card they also held extra money on it. I was planning on using a credit card to pay for it, so that was frustrating!

Very cute newer hotel. Even the hallways smelled good! The beds were very comfy, and the room was super clean. Ben, the general manager at check-in, was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again! It was very affordable too.

I waited at the front desk for over 30 minutes to check in nobody was at the front desk. I asked a couple that was sitting in the lobby have they seen anyone and to no surprise they stated he has been gone for quite sometimes. The thing is he has his girlfriend on the job with him so he cant stay focused on the task at hand. I an very disappointed and this is not the first time this guy have done this i dont see how he is still employed for over a year a year of crappy services and he was under the influence of some *****
