This was quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had at a hotel. When checking in, no smile or hi, no information on pool times, bfast times, it wasn like talking to a wall. There were no towels in the pool area. I went to the desk, she asked how many towels I needed. Ok, so no stocking of towels at all, just give me the amt I need??? Everyone else will have to come and ask also. She is clearly bored, but shouldn't be! There was no body wash in the bathroom and hair around areas. How do you not make sure the shower has body wash?! In the shower and find out. In the morning during bfast, there was no one around. Milk was low, no coffee, no pancake mix (the bag needed to be changed), no one around. Ask the front desk person, she said oh he is around here somewhere. Um what??? Just lazy lazy people who work there! She didn't assist, flat affect, just rude. The empty body wash in the bathroom was unbelievable. The hair also, so obviously the cleaning people didn't do their job! There is a Wal-Mart and Meijer next to the hotel, which is nice. The road to get back in the area where the hotel is, is under construction, but no biggie. The customer service was so atrocious, I would give this even less than terrible. Just unbelievable.
