While the parking lot had lots of potholes (thus the 4 smiling faces), the room was very nice and was clean.
I was very happy with the room.
The reason I only gave 4 for service was the guy at the front desk was not very welcoming and pleasant, but did a good job.

I had a medical procedure. Beds were not comfortable. Desk chair was not good on my back. Should have softer toilet paper. Had to ask for sweet n low sugar. Only one kind of creamer. Dead lady bug above desk.

The key cards had lots of trouble working on all the doors. No hot tub as advertised. Front desk rude when I asked about park and ride and airport shuttle and not helpful with other questions. Information online doesn’t match information at hotel.

Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Counter tops in washroom, end tables, TV shelves, etc were sticky. Front desk clerks were kind for most part but were confused with my revised check-out date after I called hotel twice prior to check in date to confirm. Pool area did not look clean so we did not use. Morning cleaning staff (female) was very professional, kind, and respectful though.

Been down for 2 months. This the only reason I came here for the hot tube and it was still down really mad about this.the breakfast ok could be better.

The ice machine down the hall and all the lamps in my room were unplugged and it was difficult to plug them in . The lighting fixtures over the door frame in the hall were falling down.

We stayed in January and were not impressed with the over all service of the hotel. The staff members not friendly and the breakfast could have had a larger variety to choose from. Room cleaners were neglect in the duties missing on small obvious supplies.
