Unfortunately at check in they did not have the room set up as requested via email and I had to physically ask the front desk to set up the sofa bed and a pack and play. I’m not sure why Marriot sent out and replied to personal emails regarding these things and then did not provide them.
Restaurant had decent food and a kids’ menu which they enjoyed. Convenient to airport and of course mall.

We really enjoyed the JW Marriott
Staff was friendly and helpful! The 3rd party valet was not helpful! They never greeted me, they always expected me to bring the key fob to them. I tipped them every time out of obligation rather than service!

Very nice property. Very convenient to the small of America. Only annoyance was the elevator had a super cold wind blow on you when you got on and off on the lower floors.
