訂的套房 結果還沒到酒店 就打電話説套房的下水道堵了 給我們換兩個豪華標間 我們到了以後並沒有立即給我們辦理 還是老闆在批評員工 讓我們顧客等 辦理時老闆一直強調換的是豪標 進入房間一看 難道是我對豪標有什麼誤解嗎 真不怎麼樣 各個方面用下來都不太好 下水道真的不通 洗個澡 下水道都到腳脖子了 歇會才能下去

怎麼説都是連鎖酒店，總部都不來看的麼？設施陳舊，衞生一般，小縣城咱就不説了。問題是酒店旁新開了一家KTV，隔音超差，晚上一點半了還在唱，低音炮震的感覺床都在震，跟前台反映，前台解決不了，無奈衹能報警，一點四十二報的警，一點四十六聲音就小了，不是説聽不到，還是能聽到但是對我來説已經不影響睡眠了。店家要是不能和KTV溝通好，最後吃虧的都是遊客。
