Great place to stay clean and modern rooms. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning. Perfect location to walk to the fair grounds.

The hotel is not the same building as in the photo... it is inside of an old apartment building, and it is part of a floor with just a few rooms. The building had noisy construction in the morning, and a non-stop barking dog.
They don't give a key to open the main building door, instead you have to call a number to open the door which one time didn't work for me and I got stuck outside for almost half an hour.

Un B&B che fa il suo dovere: facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione centrale e camera ampia con bagno privato. Colazione standard con prodotti preconfezionati. Personale non presente in struttura ma disponibile per ogni necessità. In occasione delle festività natalizie è stato anche inviato un Voucher sconto del 15% per successive visite: graditissimo.

Il b&b è in una ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro storico. Non dispone di parcheggio privato ma ce ne sono molti a pagamento nelle vicinanze (7,50€ al giorno, gratis da sabato alle 18:00 a lunedì mattina). Stanze molto carine, spazione e arredate con gusto. Struttura molto pulita e in ordine. Qualità del sonno medio-bassa: - lo sciacquone perde e da metà notte in poi è stato un gocciolamento continuo; - le stanze danno tutte sul corridoio principale (si sente l'ascensore e la porta di ingresso ogni volta che qualcuno entra o esce); - la macchina del caffè comune è in corridoio davanti alle camere (siamo state svegliate prima delle 7 da altri ospiti che facevano colazione); - c'è una discoteca / locale notturno nelle vicinanze con la musica alta fino alle ore piccole. Altra nota dolente: la colazione. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura anche per la colazione compresa nella tariffa ma siamo rimaste deluse. La "zona colazione" consiste in un tavolino nel corridoio centrale con prodotti confezionati (principalmente merendine industriali), macchina per le cialde e microonde. Ci è stato detto che dipende dalle nuove normative covid (in realtà nelle altre strutture la colazione viene servita al tavolo e anche con prodotti freschi). Non ci sono tazze ma solamente bicchieri e posate di plastica. Non ci sono tavolini e sedie e la colazione va consumata in stanza. Peccato, forse basterebbe avere una persona che serve la colazione o convenzionarsi con un locale. Nel complesso direi da migliorare.

Camere fantastiche e pulite, staff gentile e disponibile a tutte le ore. Molto vicino al centro e alle fermate dei bus. Camera con tutte le comodità, ascensore, caffè e quello che può servire. Pulizia top, televisore e condizionatore in camera.
