Fantastic service in the hotel and at the restaurant. Herr Otten at reception and Herr Krajnic in the restaurant provided five-star treatment. We received an upgrade to a wonderful junior suite with wooden floors and a huge terrace overlooking the front of the hotel with a great view of the town. We spent five wonderfully relaxing days and would come back anytime!

We had booked a suite with a sauna in the Villa Dünen for two and were very satisfied. The holiday was pure relaxation. The hotel is ideally located, directly at the island train station and not far from shops or the beach. From the room both the old lighthouse and the sea were good to see. The beds and the design of the room more than met our expectations and in the private sauna and in the sauna in the ba*****t we could unwind. The breakfast buffet was until 12 o'clock!!! and very tasty, as is the evening 3-course menu. The staff is very friendly and helpful... In short, we felt very comfortable. Since we had booked through Secretescapes, the price-performance ratio was great.

Rarely have I found it so difficult to write a recession. We had a room in the Villa Düne (located in the garden or on Goethestrasse, which we can recommend 95% of the time. The suites are very nice, even if not all were ready. But the door to the villa is open 24 hours Open day/night Breakfast, dinner, bar, swimming pool, sauna, etc. are in the main building the outside temperature is cold. There is no direct connection between the main building and the villa, you always have to go through the garden. Some of the staff are overwhelmed, you can clearly see the Corona period and that the hotel is sometimes closed for several months.

The hotel is absolutely central. The entrance and bar are comfortably and stylishly furnished. Our room was a good size, clean and adequately equipped. The cleaning staff does a good job. The hotel has a beautiful small garden with an outdoor pool, loungers and a sauna. The sauna could be more spacious, but it is also adequate in the relaxation room and very nicely designed. The reception staff and especially the breakfast service staff seemed annoyed and hectic. There's room for improvement.
