In general everything was great.
We suggest to change mattress as both we and our friends had terrible back pain but this is of course just a preference and not everyone wants a hard mattress as we do.
Apart from that we love it all in this hotel.
Thankyou .

Stay in style amongst the art deco delights of Premier Inn Hotel Bournemouth Central. You'll be just a few short steps to the sea front, with a seven-mile stretch of award-winning beaches. You won't be stretched for things to do; with business and leisure facilities all around you. Dig the sounds at a show at the Bournemouth Pavilion. Or dig for fossils along the Jurassic Coast. Best hotel I've stayed in across the UK. It's not meant to be a 5 star I know but I'm not sure how much more the staff would need to do to get the 5 stars. They've been very decent with me and my Mrs where other hotels would have been looking for reasons to moan and more and they manage to treat us properly whilst keeping all the other guests happy too. Couldn't be happier

Had a good welcoming. Front desk employees work fast and professionally. My room was on the 7th floor and I had a nice city view. Rooms are clean and all the necessary amenities are provided. Unfortunately there was no available time in the spa in the morning.
Note that this business has been closed. I do n’t know if it ’s decoration or what. After knocking for a long time, no one opened the door. Then I called and said I would go to a hallmark Carlton
Cost-effective
The next road is beach
I have stayed here before as I like this place another. I requested a room by phone away from the road but was put in room 12 next to the constant noise of the A35. After paying a lot of money for my break I would have expected my request to be honoured. Disappointing.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe breakfast is good, there is a parking lot, and you can take extra beds with children. The hotel is extremely considerate and courteous to its customers. We arrived at the hotel from London Heathrow Airport very late on January 17th. The front desk guy with glasses welcomed us warmly and helped us carry our luggage to the room. We came to participate in a ballroom dancing competition. We originally booked a hotel for 4 days, but the teacher asked us to come 1 day earlier, and we later booked an additional day. After staying for 1 day, we had to change rooms for another 4 days due to room type issues. We didn’t want to deal with the big stuff, but a female manager, the lady leader, was very considerate and helped us move to the next door, which was very convenient. We booked a double bed, but it was new. The room is a single bed room. For our convenience, an extra bed was added. We are very grateful. And in the next few days, she came to ask if our stay was comfortable, she was very warm and thoughtful. I hope to stay in this hotel again when I come to participate in the UK OPEN competition in the future!

OOldy87I dont really like Brittania hotels but this one i think is good, staff was really helpful, bed was comfy, its abit hard to fill the kettle up as the sink in the bathroom isnt adequate. But its basic money for basic rooms so thats what can be expected. I would come back here. Didnt try the food or the pool etc so cant comment
TthelivingbeingtravellerI book this hotel for one night great location. The receptionist she was welcoming. When we got to the room that we were staying for the night. First impression was clean and tidy. However the room was smelly as you entered with the one and only small window was open in the room. The bathroom was for designed for disabled use really. I will list the pro's and cons.
Pro's
The room was a good size for our needs two single and it had a TV that you could watch ”the news” on a channel. The kettle was clean and tea, coffee, sugar was in a bag if you wanted to make a tea with two cups no bottled water provide (but selling for £2 for 500ml at the entrance of the hotel). The wallrobe had hangers and a hair dyer if you needed it. The pillows were nice and the mattress was comfortable.
The con's
One of the beds had other people's hair in the sheets and on top of the duvet. The ceiling and a long legged spider with cobwebs hanging down from above were the TV is. The walls in the room had stains down the wall it was dusty in places.
The walls had noticeable cracks in different parts of the wall, the furnitures are old and tired including the picture frame. The bathroom door was dirty from all the touching to open and close it. I am not sure how a disabled person are able to use the toilet effectively.
Because the ”tiny” face basin was so close to the toilet it was not practical to be that close and I am not disabled. It had so many hand railings why was the basin so close and very low to the point were it was awkward for us to wash our faces etc and the floor was in a mess afterwards . there is a glass shelf with two small glass cups that was over the face basin which is simple not safe or practical because you will sit your face or eyes if your not careful when using the face basin.
The extractor fan does not work when the light is on and no button to press it separately. But the only small top widow was open for any steam or smell to leave the bathroom.
The hot water system made a lot of noise when turning on. Making it hard for anyone to use it without the whole or half of the hotel hearing it that how loud it was to us.
The bath was clean however there was mold all over on the wall tiles the shower curtain was short and not fitting for that bath. The toilet papers that was provided was a very very cheap small rolls. There was three one screwed (toilet roller) on to the small face basin that got soaked when you use the face basin. And the other two was on top of the toilet with used tissue in one of them. Both windows in bedroom and bathroom was not dusted.
Our biggest problem was someone who was on the same floor sounds like they were nextdoor. They kept coming and going and each time they open and close their door it caused our door to shake and bang because was door is not fitted correctly and full of gaps and so the wind and the force of the moving door as cause ours to make all that noise. We didn't have a good sleep because of the above and the live entertainment went on late also which could be heard as we were on the ground floor also. The room is not what I would class as a lovely room it's very basic old, tired not very appealing the walls and the bathroom needs refurbishment and the heating system needs serious attention. When we checked out the lady was pleasant when the card was returned. The guess with me she was not happy and felt that in her words she would not want to stay at another hotel because it was not comfortable during her stay. I would not have wanted to pay the full price if I was not getting the discount from my app. But even at that price that I paid it's not worth the money. Overall I was not happy but we needed to have somewhere to sleep and it provided us that.
DDebA little bit faulty towers but overall was great ‘budget luxury’ for me in a really convenient location. Lovely old hotel beautiful bar area overlooking outdoor gardens. Comfortable chesterfield lounges and sometimes live music and dancing. Rambling hall ways and stair cases. So your room could be a bit of a walk away through funny little hallways around corners and up stairs so check this before leaving the check in desk! Heaps of people had trouble finding their rooms. Then key cards aren’t programmed properly on several occasions I had to walk back to desk and back to room. But apart from having to wipe some mould off a wall …. overall I was happy with stay and location as I got a good deal on Trip.com £35 nite. And they upgraded my room from no window (is this even legal? To sell a room with no window) to a small double with opening window and bath. So I was happy. There is no servicing of rooms so if staying a few days you need to ask housekeeping or front desk for more supplies.
Finishing off my coast path walk this hotel is located a 25min bus ride or 15min train ride from Poole. Located right next to Bournemath Beach, promenade and pier in Bournemouth on bus routes 5, M1 and M2. Catch the number 5 bus from the train station to drop you a few meters from the door on Bath Rd. For walking coast path bus 50 leaves from top of Bath rd to Swanage for £2 including the ferry crossing at Sandbanks then you can catch another bus to Durdle door should you wish. Check bus times. Walk on ferry crossing from Shell bay to Sandbanks is free or £1 in other direct (Sandbanks to Shell Bay). I walked to Sandbanks from the Bath Spa Hotel along the beach promenade. Really nice long walk.
The hotel features a good buffet breakfast for £12 and average quality buffet dinner (on the night I went) for £15. There was enough tasty items to make it worth while for me. Get in early as they stop replenishing the food if not busy and things run out. It’s a lovely dining ambient overlooking beautiful lawns and outside lounging area. Staff in the dining area were really lovely and helpful and happy. I didn’t use the pool and hot tub but it looked great in a separate conservatory outside area. Some staff were 5 star in their service one bar girl was almost rude and very unhelpful when I asked about wine she just said ‘I don’t know’ and didn’t refer me to the drinks list until I asked a few more questions and she finally said ‘yes there on the bar’ as if I should have known that detail. The rest of staff most helpful and friendly after I stayed a few days. The hotel is vast and a bit like a rabbit warren. One room they gave me was up 21 stairs and I said no way am I lugging my big suit case up there so she changed it to a lift floor no problem. So check these details and don’t accept what you’re unhappy with otherwise they try get away with things if they can. Stand your ground.

SShoaibAmazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is a little tired but the room we stayed in was spotless we had clean sheets and towels every day room was cleaned every day. Staff were so helpful and friendly, myself and our 7 year old used the pool and games room every day .We only booked for two nights but we’re lucky to book the same room for a extra night .would definitely recommend Laguna Hotel already looking to book up for 2024. Considering it was the school holidays we found Laguna Hotel very reasonable priced, especially considering all the fascilities they have that are included in the price of your stay.
HHaohanxingchenzhifuI have lived a few times because of the location.
Stayed for 11 nights this time, the longest time
Room size is small
Breakfast is so-so
Catch up with the elevator maintenance for three months. It takes a lot of effort to carry the big suitcase upstairs.
The room is just above the restaurant, every night the music collapses to 9:30 after, affecting sleep...
Don't eat steak in the hotel, pizza is still ok
GGuest UserStayed couple of nights it was cheaper to park out on main road then what it was to pay hotel for parking, Room a bit on small side with small tv on the wall, didn’t pay extra for breakfast so don’t know what it was like or have time to use the amenities, our room was clean and bathroom was clean would definitely go back to hotel
SSoSonicRoom was clean, lovely bathroom and complimentary bath products. Had a problem with the rooms electric’s…on arrival the TV, lamp and bathroom lights wouldn’t switch on. Fuse box was checked by staff and electric came back on. Electric cut out again late evening when using the kettle. Night porter (who spoke little English) flicked switch on fuse box again and told me to put less water in kettle next time! Tried that but electric tripped again so asked to move room. He reluctantly did that but gave us a key!
Overall a good stay just unfortunate situation with electric.
