"Our stay at KOKO HOTEL was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had a very clean, modern, and cozy atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. One of the things we loved most was the location. The hotel was conveniently close to train stations, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made exploring Japan very easy and stress free. The room was compact yet very well organized, with comfortable beds and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, especially after long days of sightseeing. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and comfortable throughout our trip. "I can only say that the price we paid when booking 2 months in advance was somewhat justified for this hotel. The exterior looks decent, but the inside is very old and worn. My biggest complaint is about the escalator. Since the front desk is on the second floor and we arrived around 2 PM, the escalator was only going down 😓. There were stairs next to it, but our luggage was too heavy for us girls to carry up. After searching for a long time, we found that if you want to use the elevator, you have to go through the main entrance, then turn left and follow a 'secret' path. There's a button 🔘 at the entrance; press it to let the front desk know you're checking in, and they'll open the door! However, when we came back in the evening, the escalator was going up 😓. Maybe we just arrived at the wrong time! Service: The female receptionist's attitude was mediocre, no smile, and she seemed rather unenthusiastic. She felt a bit stern! Facilities: The hot springs ♨️ on the third floor downstairs are quite nice and seem to have been renovated recently. They feel out of place with the old, worn-out hotel! The room facilities themselves are quite complete, but the soundproofing is a bit poor!"
