"The hotel's location is excellent, situated between two subway stations, both about a 6-7 minute walk away. It's a direct, two or three stop subway ride from Nagoya Station, and getting to other attractions is also very convenient. The room size is decent, a bit larger than other hotels I've stayed in. A special thanks to Ms. Mishima at the front desk; she was incredibly helpful, assisting me over two days with bus routes to various destinations. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

Its prime location within walking distance of Sakae's bustling entertainment district, coupled with relatively quiet nights, is also a major plus. On the other hand, it's an unattended, self-check-in hotel, so those looking for the extensive hospitality or luggage storage services of a traditional hotel might find it unsuitable. However, the seamless check-in process via smartphone and the private, undisturbed space perfectly align with modern travel styles. Overall, it's an ideal choice for anyone prioritizing value for money while seeking the comfort and convenience of a home away from home."

"I can only say that the price we paid when booking 2 months in advance was somewhat justified for this hotel. The exterior looks decent, but the inside is very old and worn. My biggest complaint is about the escalator. Since the front desk is on the second floor and we arrived around 2 PM, the escalator was only going down 😓. There were stairs next to it, but our luggage was too heavy for us girls to carry up. After searching for a long time, we found that if you want to use the elevator, you have to go through the main entrance, then turn left and follow a 'secret' path. There's a button 🔘 at the entrance; press it to let the front desk know you're checking in, and they'll open the door! However, when we came back in the evening, the escalator was going up 😓. Maybe we just arrived at the wrong time! Service: The female receptionist's attitude was mediocre, no smile, and she seemed rather unenthusiastic. She felt a bit stern! Facilities: The hot springs ♨️ on the third floor downstairs are quite nice and seem to have been renovated recently. They feel out of place with the old, worn-out hotel! The room facilities themselves are quite complete, but the soundproofing is a bit poor!"

"Pros - Hotel is within walking distance from Sakae Station - Room is clean and spacious. Really appreciate the kid-friendly decor. Kids were really excited by it. Many thoughtful considerations such as having torches, a coffee machine and free amenities when requested at the front desk. - Service was impeccable. Miss Kawano was patient and helpful when helping me and my family settle into the hotel. Cons - Some suspicious-looking males hanging around the area at night. The area has a few host clubs and bars, so it may look dangerous to roam at night. My wife didn't feel safe to go on the streets at night, though I personally did not encounter any issues when I did."
