Facilities: Small but complete. In Shanghai, especially in the so-called central urban area like Jing'an District, you can't ask for too much from a 116-yuan hotel. The room is a bit crowded, but it has all the basic facilities such as tables, chairs, kettles, cups, TVs, air conditioners, window shades, etc., which are enough to meet the needs of short-stay travelers like me. There is even a water dispenser next to the front desk.
Service: The front desk service attitude is good. They helped me return my wallet in time when I left it behind. Thank you very much!
Hygiene: Figure 1 is the water outlet of the wash basin. It doesn't look like it can be handled by ordinary cleaning, so it is probably not the cleaning lady who is lazy, but the metal device seal is easy to hide dirt? Environment: The sound insulation effect of the room is very poor. The hotel is on the second floor, and the third floor feels like a residential building? The night I checked in, the couple who owned the house on the third floor above or next door quarreled from 11pm to 3-4am. I knew exactly what they were quarreling about. It was nothing more than the couple settling accounts for the expenses since the epidemic, and whose money was used and how much money was spent. The result was that the husband who spoke Shanghainese was a gigolo, and the wife who spoke authentic Central Plains Mandarin paid 60,000 yuan. I really don't want to listen to their gossip, but the sound insulation is equivalent to no sound insulation. I think the hotel can't control this couple (after all, it's a residential building), and the hotel can't control the birds that start chirping at five o'clock. But maybe the hotel can consider buying more sound insulation materials and soundproof glass when renovating next time? I saw other travelers in the comment area complained about the sound insulation problem.

Because I haven't found a place to rent yet, I'm staying here temporarily. It's a relatively low-priced and high-quality hotel near Jinqiao. I moved here from another hotel (there's a KTV upstairs, and the doors and windows are not soundproofed). I'm quite satisfied with the soundproofing of this hotel. I had a good sleep when I arrived at the hotel. The guy at the front desk was very nice. Because I had too much luggage, he arranged a room on the second floor for me and helped me carry the heaviest suitcase. He was also very polite and reassuring. He left it at the door and left.
The hotel's hardware is still very complete and convenient to use. In terms of hygiene, the bed felt a little damp, the wall had some stains, and the carpet in the corridor had a little smell, but everything else was pretty good.

The room was nice, at first I thought it was too small, but I was able to fit two large suitcases in the room. There are also cleaning staff who come to clean the room every day.

The accommodation is on the second floor of the vegetable market. The roof is slanted. There is no one in the window. You have to bend over. The washbasin-sized windows are iron-skin eaves. It happens to be raining the next night. It is pounding all night. Oh, who knows, I didn’t fall asleep all night.

My family always stays here when we visit the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital nearby to pick up prescriptions. It's super convenient, just a short walk downstairs, and public transport is easily accessible too. Plus, the Northeastern restaurant downstairs serves incredibly delicious food.

The hotel was decent, but nothing special. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit outdated. The staff was friendly, but the amenities were minimal. Overall, it served its purpose for a short stay, but I expected more for the price.

Value for money. Location is good. Clean n comfy. Walking distance to subway. Chose this hotel because meetings with friends are in that area. There’s also a new shopping centre 双安商场 nearby. Staff very friendly. Will book again.

I stayed for two nights and overall had a positive experience. The hotel's location is convenient, and the room was clean and adequately sized for my needs. The staff were polite. However, a few small things held it back from being excellent: the Wi-Fi was a bit slow in the evenings, and the walls were somewhat thin (I could hear hallway noise).
