This hotel is conveniently located near Atocha station, just a 4-minute walk to the Reina Sofía Museum, and within walking distance to the Prado Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. (These three museums are covered by the 'Paseo del Arte Pass,' which offers great value.) It's an excellent location for anyone who wants to visit museums even with limited time. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but the street noise from cars was a bit loud. There's also a small Carrefour Express supermarket nearby, which is very handy.

The hotel is quite comfortable despite having a simple/basic layout. The location is also quite good.
The room is clean, but the bathroom is not very spacious (seriously).
The service is adequate, and sufficiently professional.
The price is a bit on the high end but it seems that most of Madrid is facing housing shortages. 
Overall, it's a decent hotel but slightly less affordable.

The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a free pick-up and drop-off. This is the main reason I chose them, but it also means that there seems to be nothing to go around. The room is fully equipped and the space is relatively large. A family of four (children 5 and 7 years old), plus a combed bed, an extra charge of 60 euros, Overall, it is recommended.

Beautiful and clean rooms except the wardrobes which had dust so I couldn't put my clothes in them. Excellent breakfast. Super helpful staff.

The living experience is comparable to that of domestic budget hotels. It was clean and tidy, but there was almost no storage space in the bathroom shower room, and there was nowhere to put the clothes. The advantage is probably that it is close to the Bernabeu Stadium.

Hotel location is good, very close to the station subway station, there is a supermarket opposite, there are many restaurants nearby.

But! The old brother at the front desk of the hotel began to give us the bottom of a corridor, the room was very small, and the garbage room outside the air conditioner outside the window looked like a work room. We arrived in the afternoon time and there was no other room. In addition, after we went downstairs and asked for a room change, we did change a very normal room, which can also explain that the garbage room that was given at the beginning was intentional. It is difficult not to think of it as a kind of racial discrimination, please pay attention.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is not located close to the historical center, rather closer to the university area, however there are metro stations close with convenient connections. Also, there are some restaurants for a quick meal very close to the hotel.

A family of three travels, set a twin room, can be an extra bed, the hotel also lets book in advance

The house is large, the balcony is great, the surrounding area is quiet and the environment is good. The facilities are relatively complete, you can make some snacks yourself. This is a quiet hotel in the middle of noisy, it feels like a homestay

The hotel is conveniently located. It is connected to a shopping mall with many restaurants. There is also a small park behind it, which is best for children.

The hotel itself has simple facilities. The breakfast is delicious and rich.

I chose this hotel because I had business in Girona, a small town next to Barcelona, and I wanted something close to the train station. Its location is indeed very convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the station. The nearby restaurants and supermarkets also add to the convenience. However, the room facilities are quite basic and definitely not up to four-star standards. I've stayed in four-star hotels in Barcelona city center, also booked through Ctrip, and their facilities were excellent. Here, the decor uses simple wood panels, and the room is a bit small, but the service is good, and it's quite clean. My first night wasn't great because the power went out several times, and the water was off for about an hour, which was very inconvenient as we couldn't even shower. Thankfully, both electricity and water were restored to normal later that night. The breakfast area has a nice ambiance, with many business people dining and discussing matters. Although the variety of breakfast items isn't extensive, the quality is excellent, and the coffee is particularly good. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant, especially for those who need to travel by train; this is a very convenient option.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center with many attractions downstairs, all within walking distance. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients and tasted great. The hygiene was also excellent. Very satisfied overall.
