Had a pretty good stay overall, no major issues. The only thing was that some amenities weren't directly in the room; I had to call the front desk to request them. However, the front desk was quite responsive. Also, the light switches were a bit confusing; sometimes flipping one would turn all the lights off. I had to try a few times if I wanted to keep some lights on. All in all, it was pretty good, and it's very close to the airport, which is convenient for catching flights.

Getting to the city center and surrounding areas is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and they support multi-currency payments. The front desk can also help arrange taxis, making travel efficient. The blackout curtains in the room are extra thick, perfect for blocking out morning light and helping with jet lag. They offer 24-hour room service, so you can get hot food even in the early hours.

Excellent! The hotel environment is beautiful and quiet, the room is clean and hygienic, facilities are new and complete, and the bedding is comfortable – I slept very well. The front desk and service staff are warm and professional, check-in was efficient, and they thoughtfully provided travel advice. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location is convenient, making it very easy to get to and from the airport. This stay exceeded my expectations; I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dubai. Highly recommended!

This hotel has a private beach perfect for sunbathing. Every day at 5 PM, there's a complimentary boat shuttle to Palm Jumeirah, which is great for taking photos. There's also a Mexican restaurant on the 11th floor with decent food, good service, and a stylish ambiance.

The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.

Really had an amazing stay at Aloft Dubai Creek. 
Had the best room view, special thanks to Ramadan at the reception. He makes our stay truly delightful.

Great price value with a convenient location. A lot of spots fall within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel and the rooms are clean, acceptable room size, standard amenities, and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New York.

The hotel lobby provides hot water coffee. The room is relatively small, but the advantage is that it is within walking distance of Columbia University. It takes 20 minutes to take a taxi from LaGuardia Airport, and the UBER is $60. I arrived at night and there were many black people along the way.

Our group of 2 stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, I would give it a score of 80. There is a comprehensive shopping mall just a 3-minute walk across from the hotel, which has supermarkets such as Trader Joe’s, Target and Primark. There is also a cooked food center on the bottom floor of the mall, and it is close to the subway station, which is very convenient.

As for the hotel room, it was clean and tidy, but we were not provided with toothpaste and slippers on the day we checked in.

What I found most strange was that there was no ”do not distrub” sign on the door, even though I had told the front desk staff every morning that they did not want my room to be cleaned, and it would be cleaned every night when I came back.

So the location and cleanliness of the house are 80 points. As for the hotel management, it is just average. However, if I go to New York again in the future, I will still choose this hotel.

My daughter and I shared a room with double beds, the room was very spacious with everything you need (iron, ironing board, blow dryer, full bottles of shampoo - conditioner - body wash, etc.). Close to NYC, just across the bridge, Uber and taxis right outside the door. Front desk staff so helpful, friendly and professional. Very safe.

The hotel is in a good environment, off the Wall Street, there is a subway station on the side. American hotels basically do not have a hot water bottle. Many people recommend multi-day travel with an electric kettle to boil water (of course, the conversion plug is necessary). The hotel does not have toothbrushes and slippers and needs to bring your own. Other hangers are available, the hotel is equipped with an iron, ironing is convenient

It's really close to the airport, so it was convenient for transit! The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
However, it's a bit far to Manhattan, so even using Uber is quite expensive, which may be a problem if you're traveling alone! It was good that I could get to Manhattan in about 20 minutes by metro!
The cleanliness was on par with Japanese hotels, so I'd like to use it again.

The room is clean and the environment is comfortable. I like the public area on the first floor, which has entertainment facilities and office and study areas. The hotel is located in a beautiful environment and is very close to the airport.

I was staying with my boyfriend as we are visiting the Orlando Disney Resort. It is a great location as you can either take the public transport (bus) or an uber (approx $25 usd) to the Disney resort. The room is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Guest service was great. The hotel rooms are small, there is no microwave in the rooms. Price does not equivilate the quality of the hotel. Real close to sea world.

service was nice. everything was good and it was what you would expect from a hotel. the lobby was freezing, however, and our room carpet was slightly stained, but nothing crazy
