Amman, the first choice in the future

A truly charming Aman resort. The emerald-green infinity pool, its light green mosaic tiles gleaming in the light, is surrounded by turquoise parasols, wooden lounge chairs, and rustic stone paths. Beyond lies a tapestry of tropical rainforest, the wind rustling through the treetops, carrying a slightly damp yet refreshing scent. Inside, the high thatched roofs and dark wooden beams, along with vintage rattan chairs and round tables on the warm stone floors, and walls adorned with subtle plant patterns, create a serene atmosphere. Stepping outside reveals verdant greenery and a terrace. In the afternoon, one can relax with a cigar, watching the clouds drift among the palm trees, the smoke mingling with the mountain breeze, while nearby villagers work in the fields. The entire experience is a slow, peaceful retreat. In the morning, a guide leads you up the hillside, your feet sinking into the dew-kissed grass. Breakfast is already prepared in a bamboo basket, accompanied by a freshly brewed coffee. Sitting on the ground, the valley unfolds before you, bathed in sunlight. At night, the gym offers ample space for strength training with free weights and barbells. Small yet exquisite, everything is perfectly balanced.

It is hard to imagine a hotel that costs RMB 30,000 per night.
I was scared to death by this hotel. I didn't sleep all night with my three-year-old child. I called the hotel front desk for four hours but no one answered. It was so hateful. When I needed help, no one answered the phone. I contacted the hotel front desk of the world's top luxury hotel but no one answered. I wanted to call the police but I thought it was better to have less trouble in Bali. Chinese people are really ripped off abroad. The hotel rooms are old and the same as those of Chinese three-star hotels. I posted it so that more Chinese customers can see it. Avoid danger and pitfalls

We have always been an avid traveller and we love five stars hotel. And this trip to Tokyo, we booked for the biggest Aman Suite at Aman Tokyo and we also booked for a few nights in Bvlgari Suite at Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo. However the price we paid for Aman is 380,000yen more than our suite in Bvlgari yet the services and experiences we get in Bvlgari is so much better. The staff generally speaks better English, and their butler are way more proactive and confident, perhaps due to language proficiency. Also at Bvlgari they serve daily evening refreshment which they do not have at Aman. Also the breakfast at Bvlgari is 24 hours so we do not have to worry about missing our breakfast hour. We also do not see a lot of differences between the suite type in Aman. Personally we wouldn’t recommend Aman Tokyo to anyone considering there are a lot of better options and five stars hotel around for the price we paid.

Seeing all the special New Year activities on Trip.com, I decided to take my family for a staycation. After experiencing it firsthand, I realized there were so many activities that we barely had time to go back to our room.

After check-in, we watched a 20-minute documentary to learn about Amanyangyun's culture, which is when we discovered the history behind these ancient trees, some centuries and even millennia old. Following that, we had a series of activities: guessing lantern riddles, tea ceremony by the fireplace, a hotel photoshoot, the 'Tree King' lighting ceremony, New Year's afternoon tea, a New Year artisan market, a lakeside fireworks display, and a calligraphy workshop.

For dinner, we tried the Jiangxi cuisine at Lazhu. The various stir-fries were incredibly fragrant and delicious, especially paired with some wine. The service was also exceptionally attentive. During dinner, hotel staff even went from table to table, person to person, wishing everyone a Happy New Year and giving out red envelopes.

For breakfast, the small wontons, savory tofu pudding, beef vermicelli soup, Jiangxi rice noodles, and smoked salmon were all incredibly satisfying. The ingredients were clearly chosen with great care.

 The hotel's photoshoot service was also excellent, with very professional costumes and makeup. The photographer's emotional connection and skill were superb!

The 7:30 PM fireworks display was unexpectedly spectacular. The whole day's activities were such a delightful surprise, really giving us a taste of the New Year spirit.
