The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the Belvedere Palace. Bus route 71 right outside takes you directly to the Parliament building, perfect for starting your sightseeing. There are several supermarkets nearby, including DM, Billa, Spar, and Aldi, which made it super easy to pick up souvenirs before heading home.

Cleaning was not very good. During our stay the room wasn’t cleaned properly and cleaning staff took a personal item from the room. Asked the receptionist twice, but I didn’t get my item back.
Except for issue above I was satisfied.

Hotel Location: The hotel is situated on a side street off the main pedestrian thoroughfare in Vienna's city center, right in the small square with the fountain (as pictured). It's within walking distance of many attractions, for example, St. Stephen's Cathedral is only about a five-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the metro station isn't far from the hotel.

Hotel Room: The room was incredibly spacious and expansive. We arrived at the hotel early, and the front desk was very accommodating, allowing us to check in right away after confirming that a room was available.

Hotel stay was brilliant from the second we walked through the door!  Reception staff very friendly and room was ready so was able to check in earlier than time stated.  Room was amazing!  We had a premium room 1308 which was a corner suite with 2 balconies. Was even better than I had expected.  Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The underground is a short walk from hotel and within 10-15 mins you are in the centre of Vienna.  So easy to get around on public transport.

The hotel interior is very nice, but the location is quite far from the city center and the surroundings are a bit desolate. However, transportation is still very convenient, with a tram station and an express rail station nearby.

The Hotel is located on the hill and the entire city can be seen from it - very beautiful. The Hotel has a style and really feels like living in a castle. The parking is free and there is plenty of space. The but station is right at the Hotel and it takes 30-60min to get to city center. Our room had a 2nd floor, the wooden stairs  unfortunately creaked a lot, so one needs to move slowly at night not to wake up the kids. The breakfast is good, the restaurant is also good, and staff is very friendly. Overall I recommend the Hotel.

The carpet in the room had a musty smell. The hotel facilities were average, and the semi-enclosed bathroom had water leaks. The room was well soundproofed. It's a half-hour light rail ride from the city center, not far from the station, and there were many cars. Free parking is available.

Hygiene: Clean.
Facilities: The room is relatively new and the decoration is OK.
Service: The front desk is friendly, check-in, check-out and luggage storage are all smooth.
Environment: Very close to Schönbrunn Palace, very convenient to walk to. There are some restaurants and small shops downstairs and nearby, but they are basically closed on Sundays, so you need to plan your Sunday arrangements in advance.

It is a little far from the subway station, so it is not particularly convenient to carry a suitcase, but it is acceptable considering the price and the proximity to Schönbrunn Palace.

Everything is good. 

The hotel is located right next to the train station and bus station, best for traveler on either long or short journey. Good restaurants are nearby, McDonald at next door runs till 2am so no one could be starve. Vending machine is around and served 24 hours.

For the hotel room, pillow is soft and nice, blanket are warm, good enough space for showcases. Bathroom is simple but you have everything, including a bath tub and hair dryer.  

Staff are nice, helpful and efficient, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Austria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck is conveniently located about ten minutes from the bustling Altstadt. Bus stops are situated just outside the hotel, and the funicular station is right at the doorstep, making it very easy to get around. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel, which is convenient for picking up snacks or drinks.

We arrived at around one in the afternoon, before the official check in time. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage, which gave us the freedom to head out and explore. When we returned later in the evening, the check in process was smooth and efficient, and we were assigned a room on level two.

The room was large and spacious, with ample space to relax. There were chairs and a table, which made it comfortable for resting after a long day out. The bathroom was equally spacious and came with a bathtub. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a little too soft for our preference. Also, the footsteps from the room above could be heard but remained quiet during silent hours. Housekeeping and towel changes were done daily.

Overall, the hotel offered great comfort and excellent value for money. It was a very pleasant stay and a solid choice for anyone visiting Innsbruck.
