Very nice newer hotel. Service was ok. Security arrived quickly to reset the safe, though the maintenance staff couldn't fix my dripping shower faucet. They showed up right away, misdiagnosed the problem and said it would stop over time. It didn't. When I notified the front desk the next morning, they assured me that maintenance would be there to fix it. They never showed up again. Three days of hearing a dripping shower faucet...
Oh yeah, and don't get a room on the second floor near the fitness center. Gyms bros too weak to properly put down dumbbells. *****s letting them drop and thus rattling everything on the floor at all hours of the day and night.

This is not my first time here , I used to be very nicer when it was Thompson , now the service is very bad specially, the guy who fill out the bar inside the rooms he’s very very rude .

Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. 

The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.  

All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel facilities are perfect and clean, except for the order details that need to be marked with breakfast (including breakfast: 20 USD for breakfast), everything else is very good👍

Pros: Good location
Cons: The rest of the hygiene, room facilities, and breakfast are all shortcomings. The service on the second day was good. The front desk service was average when I first checked in.
The quilt cover was dirty and there was a layer of dust on the switch socket. This does not meet the five-star guest room linen standard at all! It does not even meet the four-star standard. I was not allowed to change the room. I changed the quilt cover, which was really uncomfortable. The facilities were aging and the floor was warped and uneven. The room was so small that it could not even fit a suitcase. It was just a quick service. The room price of 1,300 does not require you to live up to the level of a luxury hotel, but at least you should ensure hygiene!

This is an old house hotel under InterContinental. The rooms are not big, but they are enough. The location is very good, in the new city, near Istiklal Avenue, close to the century-old Pera Palace, and next to the Galata Tower. It is very convenient to the old city and the Golden Horn. It takes only 40 minutes to walk to popular attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. There are many restaurants downstairs, and the mussels in the restaurant opposite are delicious. There are many restaurants nearby, and we basically walked to various restaurants for dinner. The hotel provides breakfast, but we didn't experience it because the room we booked did not include meals. Special reminder, taking a taxi in Istanbul is a pit, basically no meter is used, and the price is verbally called.

We chose this hotel because it was one of the filming locations for 007: Skyfall—and ended up having an incredible five-night stay!
The most memorable part of our experience was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. We were greeted every time we passed through the lobby, and they went above and beyond to help us—booking our taxi to the airport and even mailing my postcards! Special shoutout to the lovely young woman with glasses at the front desk and the friendly bellboy—you both made our stay extra special. We truly loved the people here.
Second, the breakfast was amazing! We highly recommend including breakfast in your stay. Although there was a small mix-up on our first day, it was resolved quickly and professionally. The Turkish breakfast spread is a feast—we found ourselves skipping lunch most days because it was so filling and delicious! The highlight? The waffle and clotted cream and honey dip—absolutely unforgettable. I'm already missing it as I write this!
If I had to point out one downside, it would be the cleanliness of the towels. A few times, the clean towels had hair tangled in them. It didn’t seem to be a room service issue, but possibly something from the laundry service—worth bringing to their attention.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. From the staff to the food to the film history, it was an unforgettable stay.

The breakfast room has a beautiful view of the old city. Breakfast is ordered, with three options: American, healthy, and Turkish. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the pier, the Grand Bazaar, and the Blue Mosque. The hotel sink is a little difficult to drain, and the room is small.

The hotel is nice, but the most unsatisfactory thing is that I booked these two rooms on Ctrip.com, and the hotel actually charged an additional booking fee of more than 20 yuan for each room. This is the first time I have encountered this when booking a hotel online. With this calculation, booking this hotel on Ctrip.com is more expensive than booking on the spot, and you need to pay in advance, and it is not refundable.

The outside looks average, it is an old building, but there is really a cave inside. The layout is very careful and tasteful. The hardware and software of the decoration are very textured. The room and bathroom space are very large, and there is a fireplace to ignite and heat.

It's an older hotel, the bed is too soft, the hand soap and shower gel were out and not replenished when I checked in, the service is so-so.

It is worth affirming that their air conditioner is very well done. It is wrapped with marble and wooden boards. It is very convenient to blow clothes or something, and you will not worry about getting the air conditioner wet and causing damage. There is a Starbucks downstairs, but it is not open at night. It opens at 5:30 in the morning. It is very convenient for me who needs a cup of coffee in the morning
