This luxury hotel was an absolute delight! The location is fantastic, super close to the airport, and the thoughtful morning pick-up service made getting around so easy and stress-free. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly warm and attentive. When she found out we were a family of three, she immediately upgraded our room for free, which instantly made us feel so happy and valued. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious and elegant ambiance. Every detail reflected quality, making our entire stay a perfect experience. Highly recommend!

Saw this hotel while transferring flights in the evening, it was very close, less than a 10-minute walk away, and the airport drop-off was about 3 minutes – super convenient! The front desk lady was very friendly! It's so close to the airport yet surprisingly quiet! In the morning, seeing people jogging by the lake outside my window made me like this city even more. While waiting for my ride, the glass door next to me opened and a burst of what smelled like osmanthus filled the air, making me even happier. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights during the Chinese New Year with our child. The hotel facilities are excellent, featuring a good-sized kids' club and a swimming pool with a separate children's splash area. It's also a sea-view pool, and there's a small beach right in front of the hotel.

The hotel provides a wide range of children's amenities, including toiletries, bathrobes, and even a child toilet seat, which was incredibly convenient. The rooms are also very spacious, and I believe all room types come with a bathtub.

While Wuyuan Bay is a bit far from the main attractions—it takes about half an hour by taxi to get to areas like Zhongshan Road—the hotel offers such great value for money and excellent conditions that I felt this wasn't a major issue.

A special thanks to the butler who contacted me before check-in and even upgraded both our rooms. The sea-view rooms were absolutely incredible, offering breathtaking sunrise views.

My mother really wanted to stay here, so I brought her for New Year's Eve. 

We didn't manage to book the New Year's Eve dinner because it was so popular, but we saw the lunch buffet. We were warmly greeted by the staff at the entrance and had a very satisfying meal. My mother and I both agreed that both the lunch buffet and breakfast buffet didn't have an overwhelming variety, but the quality of everything was excellent, which we really appreciated. 

The New Year's Eve fireworks were beautiful. The hotel's location allowed us to see not only the fireworks set off by the hotel but also those along both sides of the濱海大道 (Binhai Avenue), which was stunning and lively. The heated seawater pool and gym were also great experiences. 

The check-in service at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. 

I called the day before to confirm our reservation and was told that due to peak season, a room might not be available until 3 PM. However, we were able to check in normally just after 12 PM. We were initially given a room that was incredibly far away, which would have been impossible for my elderly mother with her mobility issues. Thankfully, the bellhop kindly suggested we change rooms, and the process was very smooth. 

The shuttle cart within the resort grounds, at 10 yuan per person, really wasn't worth it. The round trip probably wasn't even 5 minutes. 

I accidentally left my facial cleanser and conditioner in the room. No one called to inform me, and I only realized it when I arrived at my next destination that evening. Oh well, out with the old, in with the new, I guess!

The hotel is in a quiet location but still close to everything by taxi. There's a library, science museum, and a regular museum nearby, which is great for kids! The hotel itself is grand, and the Chinese New Year atmosphere was perfect. All the staff were dressed in traditional costumes, and my child loved taking pictures with them. From the doorman to the lovely ladies at the front desk, everyone was so welcoming – hats off to them! I was pleasantly surprised to get a room upgrade; the room was huge with a fantastic view. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again on my next visit.

Came to Xiamen for a competition and stayed at the Pullman Xiamen Powerlong Seaview. I decided to book a Ruihai room. The hotel grounds are really expansive. Upon entering the Ruihai room, I found it very spacious with a huge bathtub. The twin beds were both 1.5 meters wide. The room offered a full sea view, and the door opened up like a balcony. There's a 50-meter indoor swimming pool, though the outdoor pool was temporarily closed. The gym is also super large and there's a big outdoor climbing wall. There are many great photo spots, and kids can enjoy a ride on the electric mini-train. Breakfast is served at the Ruihai restaurant; there's a buggy service to take you there, though it's less than a minute's walk. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room.

Most importantly, I want to thank Tingmei, the front desk service manager, for her excellent service during my stay. I added her on WeChat, and she responded immediately whenever I needed anything – very responsible. I will definitely book the Pullman Hotel again next time I come to Xiamen. I can also contact her beforehand to make requests; her arrangements put me completely at ease.

Our stay at this Hotel was quite nice. The room view room was great, especially at sunset. Staff were incredibly attentive and spoke some English. Location was perfect for exploring Gulangyu Island and Zhongshan Road's eateries, yet you a taxi. The pool and breakfast spread were cool. Would highly recommend if you look a convenient hotel option for Xiamen

We had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the thoughtful room arrangement with toy, which made our little one feel welcomed right away.

The lunch buffet at the restaurant was excellent, offering good quality and variety. The airport shuttle service provided by the hotel was extremely convenient and made our travel much easier.

Special thanks to the reception staff Anna (Lim Anna) for her kind assistance with a domestic phone call using her own mobile phone. Her willingness to help was deeply appreciated and reflected genuine care for guests.

Overall, a comfortable and considerate experience. Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality.

It was my first time to travel to Xiamen. Huang Zhiwei, the hotel receptionist, was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile. He accompanied us throughout the check-in process, helped with the luggage, and accompanied us to the room. During the period, he enthusiastically explained the hotel check-in knowledge and travel guide, which made us feel like home. The scenery inside the hotel is super beautiful, there are many play facilities, and the children had a lot of fun. The room is very large. The living experience is full. The lobby is just outside the sea and beach, an excellent parent-child travel experience. If you come to Xiamen again, this parent-child hotel is the best choice🌸🌸🌸

The hotel's environment and scenery are both excellent, and it's close to the beach, making getting around very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bedding was comfortable to sleep on. Being close to the airport with free shuttle service made things very hassle-free. Puff provided great service and even helped us upgrade our room type, which made for a really good experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! This time, because of a layover, we even went to Nan'ao Beach early in the morning. Perfect.

The best decision for the 2026 Chinese New Year! Due to changes in our holiday schedule, we only had three days. I checked Ctrip, and Fuzhou's flight prices hadn't increased. We wanted somewhere with a beach and warm weather, and the Haiyingwan Hotel met all our needs. Perfect for a seaside stroll with the kids!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing – they had Fuzhou fish balls and 'guo bian' (local rice-flour soup), plus a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. We stayed in Building 2, and the ocean was just a three-minute walk away. During low tide, the kids were so engrossed in collecting shells they didn't want to leave. The sand was fine and soft; it was incredibly relaxing, especially if you just want to entertain kids and seniors. Even my 73-year-old mother loved it.

The hotel grounds are like a park. For kids who love planes, this is a treat! I heard it's the only seaside airport, so you can watch planes to your heart's content. It's not noisy at night either; with the windows closed, you can barely hear anything.

**Amenities:** Very child-friendly, everything you need is there.
**Hygiene:** Excellent.
**Environment:** A coastal garden.
**Service:** Excellent.
**2-3 Person Family Package:** Truly too much food, I suggest they make it available for lunch as well in the future.
**Fuzhou Airport Shuttle:** Departs every 30 minutes, always ready to go.
**Seaside Mini Train:** Absolutely a favorite for little ones.

This hotel is right below Hongqiao T1 terminal, which is super convenient for early morning flights. I had a 7:25 AM flight and they offered a drop-off service at 5:45 AM, which was really quick and efficient. Perfect for those taking early flights.

Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's still clean and comfortable. The front desk staff even upgraded my room, which was a nice touch and made for a great experience. Plus, there are shopping malls like Hongqiao Tiandi and Tianjie nearby.
