Location:
• About 5–10mins’ walk from Beimen Station & Taipei Main Station (Airport Express), which is very convenient
• Close to long underground shopping mall, BUT many entrances/exits only have stairs
• Taipei Main Station seems near, but the station is huge, so walking there can feel closer to 15mins.
• There’s a bus from XMD that stops right outside the hotel.
• Around 15–20mins’ walk to Ximending & Ningxia Night Market, which was great!

Room:
• Staying on lvl 1 was convenient as we didn’t have to wait for lift
• But there’s less security since anyone can access the corridor
• The room was very clean
• Water pressure in the shower was excellent
• Bathtub & shower are combined, which can be dangerous & not ideal for elderly guests.

Service:
• Self check-in and check-out were smooth and easy
• Efficient room service 
• You can pre-order Fuhang Soymilk for bfast & pastries from famous shops like chiate to be delivered to you. 

Overall: 8/10 ☺️

Pros:
- Location near Beimen station exit 3🟢 (3-5 mins walk) and Taipei Main station exit Y27🔴 (3-5 mins walk to gate + 12-15 mins walk to station)
- 7-11 is right beside the hotel, and Family Mart is opposite the hotel
- Laundry service is provided with reasonable price, collect within the same day
- Can order pineapple tarts (and other souvenirs) from hotel, no need to buy outside and carry it back
- Cleanliness is satisfying, nothing to complain
- Slippers are provided, but is disposable and very thin

Cons:
- Room is small, can barely open two 24” luggages, but need to be folded if you want to walk around
- Lightning is dim even after turning on all the lights in the room
- Toilet is fragile, cannot throw anything into the toilet bowl including toilet paper
- Bathroom is small and no hooks for holding clothes

Tips:
If you are going to Taoyuan Airport, enter via Taipei City Mall exit Y24, not Taipei Main Station exit Y27 (closed in early morning around 5am). If it is open, you still need to walk 12-15 mins to reach the express train station.

For those who from Taoyuan Airport, might exit via Taipei City Mall exit Y24 as well, near the gate right after tapping the card.

overall, it was an average experience. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with surprisingly good soundproofing that made it easy to rest. I also appreciated the in-room coffee machine, which was a convenient touch for a quick morning pick-me-up. However, being located in the basement made the room feel a bit dark, and the bathroom facilities could be more modern, as the toilet was not a washlet.

The breakfast offered was quite limited, and the service left something to be desired. While the staff were present, they did not proactively check on guests or offer assistance, and there was little interaction or friendliness. Simple gestures like greetings, smiles, or help with luggage were missing, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming. Additionally, during breakfast, food was cleared promptly at the set time without asking if guests were still eating or wanted more, which could have been handled more thoughtfully.

On the positive side, the hotel provides the essentials for a short stay, and the rooms are quiet and functional. For travelers prioritizing comfort and a clean environment, this hotel is acceptable, but I feel that improved hospitality and more attention to guest experience would make a significant difference. Service really matters in hospitality, and it’s the area where this property could improve the most.

Had a very pleasant stay. Room has interesting design and layout with a good view over the city.  Overall the hotel is very clean, and also elegantly decorated.  Location is great, within walking distance to DaDaoCheng Dihua Street vicinity and also to the Ningxia Night Market.  Staff are nice and helpful.

We chose this hotel primarily because of its proximity to Taoyuan Airport, as we had a 19-hour layover in Taiwan. Since I was traveling with seniors, we decided to book a hotel rather than stay at the airport. The taxi ride to the hotel cost us around NTD 200, and the hotel arranged a return taxi to the airport for the same price—just make sure to let them know in advance. The room was spacious and clean, and there were water dispensers on every floor, in addition to bottled water provided in the room. We had to leave for the airport by 5 a.m. the next day, and the hotel kindly prepared breakfast for us ahead of time. Overall, it was a great hotel experience, and we will definitely stay here again during our next layover in May.

Overall a pleasant stay. It was a bit tricky to find the entrance but after that the whole experience was good. Very convenient location, with many shops nearby.
Room was spacious and clean.
Many options for food any time through day and night.

The hotel was nice. The Bathroom was clean and nice hot shower. The water pressure was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the Air conditioning was nice. The staff were helpful. During my stay, I felt peaceful and there was no noise. The only thing I felt uncomfortable was the lighting. I felt the bathroom lighting was very dim. There were only 2 small light bulbs in the bathroom. I feel the bathroom should be well lit. The bathroom was dim and dark.
