The hotel's location is pretty good, 1.3 km from the train station and 1.5 km from Matsuzakaya, making it convenient to get around. However, the layout of the hotel is quite baffling; the room is almost entirely taken up by the bathtub and toilet, and the soundproofing is extremely poor. The elevator is also incredibly slow, and the public bath is tiny. Avoid this place during Golden Week holidays.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Nagoya Station, making it super convenient for Shinkansen, JR, and subway connections. The front desk staff are professional and enthusiastic, providing top-notch service. The rooms are new, clean, and the breakfast is also quite good.

The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was larger than most hotel bathrooms. It's very close to Nagoya Station, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs. About 300 meters away, there's a 24-hour Aeon supermarket and a rather large drug store. There's also a street with many dining options within 300 meters. Plus, there's a shrine downstairs with several cats!

The room was clean and tidy, typical of a Japanese chain hotel – it had everything you'd expect. There was no problem opening my 28-inch suitcase. The heating was excellent. Most importantly, it's close to the Meitetsu station, which is super convenient for getting to the airport. It's only about a 10-minute walk, even with large luggage. Highly recommend!

Location is good. Very near Fushimi Metro. Surrounded by eateries and convenience stores.
About 20 mins walk to Nagoya station and walkable distance to major shopping centers. 
Friendly and helpful hotel staff. We were able to send our luggage to another hotel at Matsumoto without any issue with the help of the hotel staff.
From Chubu Airport, just take the airport bus (Centrair Limousine). Alight at Nagoya Kanko Hotel Bus Stop and a walking distance of less than 5 mins will reach Diawa Roynet Hotel Fushimi.

I spent a long time choosing a hotel in Osaka and finally settled on this one. The location is excellent. It's right by Namba Takashimaya after getting off the train, and you only need to take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi, then a few minutes walk to reach the hotel. Transportation is very convenient. The room was extremely clean and tidy. While Japanese rooms tend to be a bit small, it was still very comfortable overall. The attention to detail was great and thoughtful; they even provided shopping bags, charging cables, and an air purifier in the drawer. The breakfast was a bit limited, so I only ate it once and skipped it afterward. Being right outside Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and Namba was incredibly convenient. Walking around Shinsaibashi, you'll find all the major luxury brand stores, making shopping and sightseeing extremely easy. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time. Highly recommended! They also offer free luggage storage upon departure, and extending your room for an hour at 1000 yen is a great deal.

The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for one person. It was clean and tidy. The building has a public bath, and there's even a women-only elevator, which is very convenient and thoughtful. The lobby on the first floor has plenty of seating, a microwave, and an oven, so you can buy food elsewhere and heat it up to eat there. Small toiletries can be picked up near the front desk.

My friend recommended this hotel, and I stayed for a week. The location is convenient, and the room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough. My friends and I were very satisfied with our trip. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Osaka.

The hotel is only a 2-minute walk from the subway station, with a supermarket and convenience store right across the street. It's also very close to the Keihan Line, making the location excellent. The staff provide great service, the facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is abundant. It offers fantastic value for money and is highly recommended.

The place was quite clean, but the location is not very convenient. The staff’s attitude was extremely poor. I only requested a towel change, so I put my used towel in the provided towel change bag, hung it outside the door, and pasted the request sticker as instructed. The cleaner took the towel but didn’t provide a new one.

I went to the counter to ask for a new towel and questioned why the cleaner didn’t replace it. The staff asked me what time I put the sticker, and I replied ‘11 am’. He then said, ‘No sir, you have to put it before 10 am. Later than that, we won’t change it!’ I was shocked and pointed out that the card stated towel changes are between 10 am and 11:30 am. Instead of explaining politely, he raised his voice and insisted, ‘Sir, you don’t understand, you must put it before 10 am.’

He then said he would send me a towel to my room. Honestly, what kind of attitude and service is this?

We stayed for four nights as a family of four, coming to Okinawa for a relaxing holiday. The two things we cared about most were the room size and breakfast—and we were very satisfied with both. Although the breakfast selection didn’t look very extensive at first, everything was delicious and well-prepared. There was a nice mix of Japanese, Okinawan, and Western options, and the menu changed daily, which kept things interesting. We left breakfast feeling full and satisfied every single day. The room was comfortable, and it was great that the TV had Netflix and YouTube available. Parking was also very convenient at 1100 yen per night (2pm–12pm). The location is excellent—right next to Naha Main Place, a popular local supermarket, and close to DFS Galleria as well. 7-11 just downstairs! The only minor downside was that the bathroom is located right next to the bed, and the sound insulation of the bathroom door could be better. Out of the two hotels we stayed at in Okinawa, this was our favourite. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next self-drive trip!

Love the excellent location which is just 5 mins walk to Makishi Station and Kokusaidori Shopping street. There's family mart and Cargoes supermarket at L1 and linked to car park. The room is clean and consider spacious. We can choose either to make up room or change towels every day. It would be good if hotel can also provides shower cap. The staff are friendly and helpful. I think it deserves as a 4 stars hotel instead of 3 stars as it exceeded our expectations.

This hotel offered a super hassle-free stay with excellent value for money! The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, featuring Okinawan local specialties like Okinawa soba noodles, Blue Seal purple sweet potato ice cream, Sata Andagi (Okinawan doughnuts), and jasmine tea, providing an immersive taste of local flavors. They also had classic Western breakfast options, including croissants, buttered bread, sausages, fried eggs, coffee, and juice, satisfying both Eastern and Western palates.

The room amenities were very thoughtful, equipped with pajamas, a magnifying mirror, deodorant spray, and a refrigerator – more than sufficient for a daily stay. At the front desk, you could pick up complimentary combs, body scrub towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, face wash headbands, cotton swabs, mouthwash, and tea/coffee bags. Other toiletries needed to be brought by yourself.

The location was absolutely fantastic! Right next door were Lawson and 7-Eleven convenience stores, making daily shopping super convenient. Across the street from the hotel, there was a delicious izakaya, and within a few hundred meters, you'd find all sorts of food establishments, so you'll never run out of places to eat and explore. Getting around was also incredibly easy; the meeting point for day tours was just a 300-meter walk away. You could walk to Tomari Port in 20 minutes or take a 6-minute taxi ride, making it super convenient for planning Okinawa day trips – a top choice for independent travelers. The hotel's location is superb! Diagonally opposite on the left is the 3A Department Store, and diagonally opposite on the right is the DFS store. The lobby is on the 9th floor, guest rooms are on the 10th floor and above, and the restaurant is at the very top of the building. Enjoying a meal there while taking in the views is a truly unique experience.
