這家酒店非常好，離MK最近，酒店二層直接可以乘坐小火車一站就到MK，晚上從MK出來乘坐火車的人特別特別特別多，這時候就可以到2號碼頭乘坐遊船回酒店。來奧蘭多迪士尼全程衹需要住一家酒店就好，完全不用換酒店（別問我是怎麼知道的）。這家酒店有遊船、火車、巴士可選擇，還可以用UBER，很方便的。
酒店房間很大，衞生很好，有手持花灑，不是那種掛牆式摘不下來的，也方便。
酒店餐廳21:00準時關門，我們回來晚了，晚飯沒吃成，啃了半袋餅乾，想回酒店吃晚餐的話，要安排好時間。

It was very convenient to be able to travel from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to each park by bus.
There are frequent ferries to and from Disney Springs from the ferry dock inside the hotel, so it is also very convenient for going shopping at Disney Springs.
The hotel was a lodge-style hotel divided into several buildings, so I had to walk a bit from my room to the entrance, but I had requested a room near the bus stop in advance, so they arranged for me a room very close to the bus stop.
Food was also available via mobile ordering, so I hardly experienced any language barriers.
I was able to relax as if it were my own home during my stay, and it was a very happy stay.

Environment and Service: The Explorer's Club Sea View Room is really great! If you're bringing a young child to Hong Kong Disneyland and need to stay overnight, I highly recommend staying directly at Disney. This is especially true if you want to watch the fireworks 🎆 at night. The current 20th-anniversary castle fireworks show is truly spectacular, easily one of the best fireworks displays out there. I compared prices, and other hotels outside were also over a thousand, so it's much better to stay inside where it's close and beautiful. The room is quite spacious, and there's a water dispenser with 45-degree water, perfect for making formula. They also provide free baby bathtubs, bed rails, bottle warmers, and bottle sterilizers. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. If it's your birthday, you can even get a gift and a commemorative badge – they really know how to cater to kids! Downstairs, the hotel has a pool, and indoors there are other play facilities, so you can easily spend half a day there even if it's hot outside. It's all about having a relaxed trip. My 3-year-old really benefited from having a stroller, which you can also rent in the park.

Complaints:
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, with one entire facade covered by yellow tarpaulins and a section facing the sea covered by blue tarpaulins. This made taking photos very unappealing. Due to the renovations, fewer rooms were available, so I couldn't get a king-size bed or a high-floor room as requested when I checked in early. The view was just... disappointing. I was truly heartbroken the moment I pulled back the curtains. There were definitely bugs in the hotel; I was bitten several times after sitting on the bed for a while (not sure what kind of bug). The bathtub was impractical; too small for an adult bath (only suitable for children), and showering was inconvenient.
The tea bags, coffee bags, etc., were stored in a cabinet above the refrigerator, so they felt warm when I picked them up.

Compliments:
The staff were very enthusiastic. The doorman proactively helped with luggage, and both the front desk and service desk patiently answered all questions and assisted with various hotel recreation activities. The water purifier in the room was very convenient, and there was a dedicated ice machine on the floor. The pool was great, with lifeguards, and free buoyancy vests and swimming rings for children. The hotel also offered plenty of activities; staying at any resort hotel allowed access to activities at all three hotels. I experienced the 'checking-in' tour at Inspiration Lake, towel folding, the 'checking-in' activity at the Hollywood Hotel luggage counter (a hidden activity, you need to scan a QR code at the counter to participate), and the 20th-anniversary activities across the three hotels. The small gifts were lovely and I really liked them. The garden was quite nice, suitable for photos, and you could also go to the seaside.

Other:
Taxis are available at the hotel entrance. A taxi to the airport costs approximately 160 HKD (excluding luggage fees), with each piece of luggage costing 6 HKD, payable via WeChat Pay.
There are shuttle buses between the resort hotels. The shuttle service between the hotel and the MTR station hub runs from 6 AM to 1 AM. However, the shuttle service between the hotels themselves only runs from 12:30 PM until 30 minutes before closing, which isn't very convenient (I suspect they concentrate their transport capacity on post-closing passenger movement). After participating in an evening activity at the Explorer's Lodge, you either have to walk about 10 minutes back to the Hollywood Hotel, or take the shuttle bus to the MTR station and loop around.

Traveling to Hong Kong with my wife and kids, staying at the Disneyland Hotel was definitely our top choice. Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are very well maintained and still feel high-quality. The service is also thoughtful and attentive.

The room was fully decorated with a Disney theme, creating an amazing atmosphere that my daughter absolutely loved. There's a dedicated shuttle bus to and from the park, which makes getting around super convenient. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. For a family with kids, the experience was absolutely perfect. If you're visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, staying here is definitely the right call!

The hotel was cute, very clean and the service was good, but there were some mishaps, such as the toilet not flushing and the circuit breaker in the room tripping (just because I had the light on and was using a hair dryer).
When I told them I forgot my toothbrush, they brought me one.

Disneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel.

My favorite place to stay!!! I’ll no longer stay in anywhere else. The convenience of the location, the great deal on booking and how seamless the process was…absolutely great!
