While the facilities might be a bit older, they are very well-maintained. The service, as expected from an older five-star hotel, is impeccable, with complimentary fruit and drinks provided. The bed is on the softer side. For a Dragon Boat Festival trip, at only 250 RMB per night with free breakfast (which was varied and tasty), this price is incredibly cheap! It offers much better value for money than staying at a City Convenient Hotel. The hotel is also just a few minutes' walk from a Line 6 subway station, making transportation quite convenient. If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Staying at Tongcheng Hotel in Ningxiang this time felt like discovering a hidden gem! I was amazed that the room rates didn't spike during such a major holiday like National Day. A 90-square-meter family room cost just over 500 RMB during National Day! The room experience was fantastic ✨. It was spacious, and unexpectedly clean and tidy overall. The room was thoughtfully decorated with a kids' small tent, a rocking horse, as well as cartoon-themed bedding and wall stickers—the little one adored it.

The amenities were complete, the carpets were soft, and the sofas and armchairs were very comfortable. The bedding was soft, and the surrounding environment was quiet too! I slept exceptionally well. The hotel service was attentive, making it a great choice for traveling with kids. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Ningxiang!

The room was absolutely fantastic! It's super close to both the university and Yuelu Mountain. Transportation is incredibly convenient, and there's free parking too. I had a really comfortable stay and will definitely book this place again next time.

The front desk service, including personal image, needs to be improved, which is very different from when it first opened. In the face of guest inquiries, no smile is fine, and the eyelids are not lifted. I have lived in hundreds of hotels in China and abroad. The front desk service of this hotel is the most rude and unprofessional. I will not come again without improvement!
