Right next to the new stadium and mixed-use sports/retail complex. Ideal for concert-goers. A bit far from the city, but the offers a free shuttle bus to the nearest MRT station. Very clean with a luxurious interior design. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options, my only note is that the in-room coffee wasn’t refilled during cleaning.

Most branches offer free shuttle buses to subway stations or commercial areas (e.g., Tsuen Wan to Kwai Fong Metroplaza, Wan Chai to Causeway Bay).

Direct airport bus service: From the Tsuen Wan branch, take A41P to ”Kin Chuen Street” stop, then a 5-minute walk.

Dorsett Kwun Tong, a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Kwun Tong's business district, boasts an excellent location close to the MTR station, making it highly convenient for business travelers. The guest rooms are modern and elegant, with some offering views of Victoria Harbour or the city. While the amenities are comprehensive, soundproofing in some rooms could be better. The hotel also features Shunde Kung Fish Village Flagship Store, serving authentic Shunde cuisine. Overall, the facilities cater well to both business and leisure needs.

One note about check-in: You can do self check-in. After booking, you will receive an email (maybe not immediately, but sometime before your check-in date) with a booking number. You need to type this number at a kiosk in the hotel reception. You can then print your own key cards and take them to your room. 

Pros: The staff are welcoming and the rooms are clean. The hotel is environmentally friendly: in the room, they provide a reusable glass bottle, and there is a dispenser in the hallway for refilling it. They do not provide vanity kits in the room, but you can buy one at the reception for one Hong Kong dollar.

They offer a shuttle bus to Causeway Bay, which is great for shopping and eating. The bus schedule is convenient, with departures every half an hour or so, and the ride takes only about eight minutes.

The hotel rooms have a nice view, although some people might not like that it overlooks a cemetery. Personally, I thought it looked magnificent. Public transportation (only buses and trams, no MTR) is excellent and easy to use for getting to beaches like Stanley Beach and Repulse Bay Beach. 

There is a Blue House, a historical landmark, only five minutes away from the hotel. There is also a Sikh temple right next to the hotel which can be quite interesting.

Cons: There are no restaurants or convenience stores close to the hotel. The closest places are in Causeway Bay or Wan Chai. It takes about ten-fifteen minutes to walk to Wan Chai.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. On our first day, I bought a SIM card from 7-Eleven and struggled to set it up because it was in Chinese. One of the staff members, Jimmy Lee, kindly took the initiative to help me set it up — thank you so much, Jimmy!
My parents loved the atmosphere, and they especially enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast menu changed daily, offering a nice variety of choices.
All the staff — from reception and kitchen to housekeeping — were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper always ensured the room was clean and tidy.
On our last day, we had a late flight after checking out. The hotel team kept our luggage safe, and Wai Tse was extremely helpful with the check-out process. He also arranged a taxi for us and assisted us until we left.
I will definitely stay here again in the future, and I have already recommended this hotel to my family and friends.

We had a great stay overall. The service was excellent; the receptionist was very helpful (Jason) hope I remembered right, and the room was cleaned promptly upon request.

A few minor things to note: It was a little difficult to find our room at first because the number wasn't on the door. We eventually realized it was on the floor by the doorstep! (Please see attached photos) 🤣

The complimentary meal vouchers were a nice touch, though they must be redeemed at the cafe across the street on Heard Street. (You need to walk like 10mins) 🫢

A word of advice for future guests: If you are traveling with senior citizens or have heavy luggage, this hotel may not be the most convenient. The walk to the bus stop on Tonnochy Road for airport transportation is about 15 minutes. Taking a taxi or Uber is a better option in that case. They do offer a scheduled shuttle bus to the Wanchai neighbourhood.

The bathroom is a bit small, but this is reasonable considering the hotel's affordable price. Our room was clean, and the non-smoking policy is strictly enforced * even at the back doors * so smokers must go downstairs.

While some reviews can be misleading, my experience was positive. This is a budget-friendly hotel where you get what you pay for, so it's important to manage your expectations. We were very happy with the value we received.

The hotel accomodate to my request for decoration perfectly! Thanks for that. The only complain i have, the parking is not free for hotel guest, it was on a flat rate of rm3.71. And the hotel lift was quite slow for a building that has so many floor, so you will end up waiting for a while everytime for the lift. Other than that, the room and toile was spacious. Bathtub was really big. However, wished there was a bathrobe, and for the slipper to be thicker..

Some things were good, some were not. 
The location of the hotel is nice, close to several attractions and malls; value for money was also quite reasonable.
But I would expect from a 4-star hotel some more attention to detail. There were no bathrobes in the room, despite access to the pool being included. The room was rather spacious, but quite dark and with a view towards another building, so almost no light from the street was in the room. Breakfast is variable, but the venue is too crowded with very few seats available for such an amount of guests. The pool was nice, but the steps to the pool were broken. 
So, in general, everything was okay, but some more attention to detail would definitely improve the overall perception of the hotel.

It's at a really good location. TRX is just walkable distance from the hotel. There's a popular cafe nearby, many fancy restaurants can be found nearby as well. Glad that we found this place! :)

We stayed at Silka Maytower in Kuala Lumpur for four nights. The location is definitely a plus—it’s close to many tourist spots, which makes getting around convenient. The service was good, but the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the breakfast was just average. Also, the rooms don’t look quite like the photos in the promotions; the pictures make them appear much cleaner and more modern than they actually are.

Such a cozy and beautiful Hotel ! Good location & easy parking. The room was clean, comfortable and has all the amenities.. we felt like home. My daughter love the bath tub so much. Staff at the front desk are helpful and courteous during my check in process. Oh ya, to the staff named Fazila thank you so much for helping me when the room door could not be opened 🥰. Overall is ok..recommended to stay here!

Dorsett Residences is located right next to Dorsett Hotel, hence we share the same breakfast venue at Dorsett Hotel restaurant. The breakfast is the same every day. There is no variety to the food and it honestly got a bit dreadful by the 3rd morning of our stay. The location of the apartment is good though, about 5-7min min walk away from Fahrenheit and Pavilion. The size of the apartment is just right for my family of 4. The staff will clean the room every day and I love it that there is a washer and dryer in the room for me to do laundry. However I was appalled that the bedsheets were not changed during the 4 nights I was there because the same black stains were visible on the bedsheets throughout. Apartment has a gym and swimming pool on the 30th floor that opens from 8 am to 10 pm daily.

Me and my friend booked a hotel room last month. We got there around 11:40 at night and had to check out by 5:00 in the morning. When we arrived, the front desk suddenly told us there wouldn’t be any water from midnight to 5 AM due to some maintenance.

We quickly asked if they could arrange somewhere for us to shower separately. The staff reacted super fast and gave us an extra room right away. Later, he even said we could just stay in that room.

the front desk (a gentleman but I didn’t have time to see his name tag) was really sharp and helped us check in smoothly.

Location was right smack at the center with MRT lift conveniently located right next to it. However the room does not seems to be recently refurnished as advertised. 

Maybe what they meant was exterior as we do realised the exterior of room seems to just refurbished and they are also some ongoing construction ongoing with no notice to the occupants prior.
