This hotel is a top pick on Ctrip for its excellent value! The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a touch of light luxury. The rooms and restaurant are well-planned and efficiently managed. Our room was spotless, making for a very comfortable and convenient stay. The food selection is thoughtfully put together, offering a rich variety that caters to guests from different countries and with diverse dietary needs. The hotel boasts a prime location with a delightful atmosphere, surrounded by lush green mountains, beautiful scenery, and fresh air. The nearby residential areas are neatly arranged, offering convenient shopping and a vibrant local vibe. Plus, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway station and various supermarkets, making getting around incredibly easy! Highly recommend! 💐🌷🌹👍👍👍

I've stayed here multiple times. The location is convenient with many dining options nearby. The rooms come with an air purifier and dehumidifier, which is great for travelers who need to do laundry at the hotel. The mattress is very comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The hot water and water pressure in the shower are also sufficient. The only downsides are that the filtered water is only available on the 3rd floor and there's no kettle provided, which is a bit inconvenient.

The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and had a nice window view. The front desk staff, Joyu, was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, making my stay very pleasant.

Complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room with a view: This was fantastic, a real privilege usually reserved for grander hotels!

Hotel shuttle bus service: The driver helped with my luggage, and the service was excellent. The shuttle itself was very convenient, taking me directly to my destination. Thumbs up!

The hotel room size is quite decent for Hong Kong standards, and both hygiene and facilities are excellent. The bed is a bit narrow. The hotel is right next to the Kai Tak Main Stadium, and it's a 5-minute walk using the designated通道 (exclusive passage). During events, they check hotel wristbands, making it very convenient to return to the hotel after leaving the venue.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service and even gave us vouchers for an ice room. The location is great, the service is quite good, and it's clean. They also provide luggage storage, and the staff are very friendly.

The staff provided excellent service, patiently answering all my questions and inquiries. However, I found the 3 PM check-in time unacceptable. 2 PM is a standard check-in time, and many guests arrive early and have to wait, which significantly detracts from the experience. The room price was very satisfactory, though. I hope all hotels in Hong Kong can standardize an earlier check-in time. The view from the room was nice.

My stay was fairly average. The hotel has a good location and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was tidy upon arrival, but some areas could have been cleaner and better maintained. The mattress was comfortable, although the pillows were too soft for my preference. The bathroom was functional but showed signs of age, and a few amenities were missing. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, but the quality was just average. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for a short stay, but a few improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and facilities would make the experience much more enjoyable.

Korean guest review.

The price is affordable and the location is good (10 minutes from the mall). 
There's a convenience store about a 5-6 minute walk away. 
Also, the water comes out purified. Even with a shower filter, the color doesn't change. 
The bathroom even has a tap for drinking water.

It seems the soundproofing isn't great, but the surroundings are quiet, so even though I'm sensitive to noise, I slept well. 
In terms of price and interior, it's the best hotel.

A notable point is that only large towels are provided. I heard they take a deposit, but they didn't ask me for one? Maybe it varies? I stayed for 3 nights starting on a weekday.

I highly recommend it. There's a full-length mirror, which is great for taking solo pictures.

The service was excellent. The front desk, bellboys, concierges, AC repair staff, and the team who replaced a faulty kettle and replenished toiletries all provided quick responses and polite, enthusiastic service.

As for the facilities, there are four elevators, so we never had to wait long, which was very convenient and efficient.

However, the in-room amenities weren't quite 5-star. There was only one box of tissues, the bathroom only offered bar soap (no liquid hand soap), and the toilet paper holder was awkwardly placed. On the positive side, the bedding was comfortably firm, and the air conditioning was nice and cold after it was adjusted.

Breakfast also wasn't 5-star. The food selection was average, with only two tea options, though all the fruit was pre-cut, and the food itself tasted quite good.

The hotel's location is superb. It's a leisurely 5-minute walk to major shopping malls like Pavilion, Lot 10, and Fahrenheit88. You can even use the air-conditioned walkway through the Ritz-Carlton to reach the mall. It's a 20-minute walk to the Twin Towers and less than 10 minutes to Alor Street night market and famous bak kut teh restaurants. Plus, being located right next to the main road, traffic was smooth during our 4-day stay, unlike the frequent congestion on the street next to Pavilion.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to the MRT, making getting around super easy whether you're going to attractions or grabbing a bite to eat. For the price, it offers great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, I had a good stay. If I come back to this area, I'd definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to friends.

We stayed in Room 2426 for two nights. The king-size bed room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It included a sofa, table, TV, mini refrigerator, iron and ironing board, prayer mat, and extra pillows, which made the stay comfortable.

Pros:
Clean and spacious room.
Comfortable king-size bed.
Useful amenities provided (sofa, fridge, iron, prayer mat, etc.)

Cons:
No prior notification about the swimming pool closure; it was closed until 8 May.
Breakfast at the ground floor restaurant was just average, with a menu that remained almost the same throughout our stay

Overall, the room itself was excellent and well-prepared, but the lack of pool access and repetitive breakfast menu were disappointing.

1. The location is quite good, with Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Sun Fong Bak Kut Teh, and Regalia Suites & Residences nearby. Getting a Grab (ride-sharing service) is also very convenient.
2. I booked a two-bedroom apartment, which faced a high-rise residential building under construction. It was a bit noisy, but tolerable. However, the view wasn't great. The circular balcony was a selling point, but I barely used it. Also, whether from the room or the infinity pool on the rooftop, you could only see the very tips of the Petronas Towers.
3. The security management (card access for elevators) and housekeeping were pretty good. The water heater is electric, and after the initial few minutes, the hot water was consistently piping hot.
4. Check-in and breakfast are at the adjacent Regalia Hotel, not in the Regalia Residences itself, but it's only about 20 meters away.
5. My wife was quite unhappy with all the mirrors in the apartment; she joked that it looked like some kind of ritualistic array, haha. But seriously, there were too many mirrors – in the living room, bedrooms, everywhere. Even the coffee table was mirrored. I don't understand this style at all. If you mind a lot of mirrors, you might want to choose another place.
6. The washing machine has a drying function, the fridge is huge, and the air conditioning works really well.
7. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, and towels are provided. I recommend buying a pair of slippers in Bukit Bintang, as the paper slippers provided in the room can be slippery since the bathroom doesn't have a wet/dry separation.

Let's start with the downsides. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I always check the bedding when I stay at a hotel. Finding hair on the bed in this hotel was quite upsetting, but I called the front desk and housekeeping promptly changed the linens, so that was okay.

On the plus side, it's close to the airport and the expo center, there's a mall nearby, and it's close to the subway station – it pretty much has everything you need. The hotel lobby air conditioning was very cold, but the elevator was quite hot.

P.S. Both the hotel reception and housekeeping spoke English.

The location is fantastic, right above Outram Park MRT station, with a direct escalator to the subway right opposite the hotel entrance, so you don't have to worry about sun or rain. You can walk to Chinatown, Clarke Quay, and Fort Canning Park, and VivoCity is just one stop away. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby. The room has huge, sparkling clean windows and it's a twin room, which was perfect for me, my mom, and my child. The facilities are decent too, not at all old-fashioned. Every time we came back to the room, the air conditioning was already on and it was nice and cool. We could even get several Chinese TV channels, which my mom and son really enjoyed. The front desk primarily speaks English, but if there was anything I didn't understand, they would clarify in Chinese. I booked a 'pay later' option, and both check-in and check-out were super fast. For check-in, I just handed over my passport, confirmed the room details, and got the key – no deposit needed. For check-out, I simply returned the key. They even proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage. I only received the hotel charge notification after I had already returned to my home country.
