The family room was a bit small, and the heating wasn't very good; air conditioning was needed for warmth. The private parking was great and convenient. The location was excellent, right next to a shopping street. The hotel service was very good; they even provided a complimentary breakfast for the children. Overall, I was satisfied.

Overall, it's OK. The front desk staff has a good service attitude. They also sent cold drinks in hot weather. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. The printer was broken and couldn't print anything, which disrupted my original plan. It was a bit inconvenient. The room was very quiet and I slept well. It was ventilated before checking in. If you need anything, you will get a quick response, which is very good. The air conditioner is also very useful, but because the floor is high, the elevator is a bit slow.

Very close to the subway station Fanrong Road, about 700 meters, upstairs can see Nanhu Park, the view is wide, this is very good, there are also food downstairs. By the road, the window is very noisy, but the window is soundproof!
There was no smile in the service attitude almost the whole process, there was no paper towel in the room, and there was a water and power outage in the middle of the night until 9:00 the next day. The service staff did not have any notice, and there was no apology afterwards!

Overall the stay is good, room is spacious. The receptionist is helpful and friendly, and free nice buffet breakfast is provided. Location is very good with a lot of local stalls and street food just few walking steps away from hotel, as well as train station. We initially got a room with heavy smoke smell, but the receptionist offered us a new room after our feedback without hesitate.

Give it four points, basically equivalent to self-check-in without service. The location is great, 200 meters to Shanghai Road subway station, you can walk to Mochou Lake Park. The facilities are old, no matter the elevator or the room facilities, but some have air conditioning and cool, there is a convenience store downstairs, Xiaolong soup dumplings and salted ducks are also delicious. I also want to live in Hilton, but I really feel sorry for the silver, and I took pictures nearby.

I was really satisfied and have to give it a good review. It's a hotel with excellent value for money. The facilities are very new and the service is very attentive. I booked a special offer room without a window, but the receptionist upgraded me to a room with a window for free. The room was very clean, and the bed was especially comfortable. It was a very satisfying stay.
