The front desk was professional and room assignments were quick! The lady who cleaned my room was very welcoming and polite. The location is extremely central! It's a 15-minute walk to Stanley Park, definitely worth it.

The location is fantastic, right next to the subway, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The executive lounge is also quite nice, with plenty of drinks and food, so you don't have to buy water outside. The staff are all very polite.

The room is spacious, well-equipped, and has a simple and elegant style. There is cleaning service in the morning and evening. It is good value for money and I will stay here again.

We just had an outstanding holiday experience in The Fairmont The Palm! The service and amenities are all wonderful. It made our anniversary celebration incredible. All our thanks to Jenny at reception for upgrading us to a sea view room! Hospitality from all staff, from front desk to pool attendant and to kitchen staff of Flow restaurant were great! Indeed topnotch 5-star experience.

Check in was smooth and was attended by Rash. She was courteous and helpful in getting the room. Was given a room on a higher floor facing partial Dubai frame. The soap etc is very poor quality and bed sheets not white, something not expected of such hotel.

Bikash at concierge was rude and I feel need training on customer relations. Gave him the card and instead of handing back, he just placed on the table. Valet parking was also slow and disorganised. Imagine waiting 30 mins just for them to pick up the car. I don't see this in Sofitel Downtown or the JW Marriot. 

Location is ok but there are definitely other better hotels around the area. Other facilities such as steam room and pool area are quite old.

From Roosevelt to Biden now, they all stayed at this hotel when they came to San Francisco. The hotel is very old and very large. The Christmas decorations on the first floor attract visitors.
The service in the hotel is very good and professional, and sometimes the Chinese language is also spoken. It is worthy of having served the president. However, the hotel facilities are average. Even a suite with an area of ​​over 100 square meters cannot escape the small bathroom of a few square meters. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. The sink is very small. If you are not careful, your toothbrush and toothpaste will fall into the toilet.
The network is very good, that's okay.
Located at the highest point in San Francisco, the view is great, and the room looks directly at ** Island. Walking down the hillside, you will find Chinatown and Union Square 2 blocks away. You need to climb back up, which is a bit hard.

Hotel location is very good, near the Fisherman's Wharf, the dining environment and taste of the nearby restaurant are good. The two-bedroom room has a washing machine and a kitchen, which is very suitable for family outings and short-term long-term stays.
