The staff at this hotel was the nicest, friendliest group of people I have met in all of China. The staff (Ella) told me the owner had six hotels in the island and he has given them incredible spirit of customer service.

The service was very friendly and excellent. The only downside was that the front desk was unavailable on our first day of check-in, which was a bit disappointing. We recommend making the check-in and check-out signs clearer and ensuring staff are on duty. First impressions are crucial.

The facilities are shared with the hotel, but the accommodations here are much better, especially the rooms with large bathtubs and terraces. The bathtubs and terraces are both large. In the small villas, families can gather in the first-floor living room to watch TV.

The breakfast was a bit simple, and the setting is a bit dated, but the Hainan noodles were delicious. The best part was the free afternoon tea and family activities. The staff were very friendly, explaining coconuts and helping us climb coconut trees. This is one of the reasons we'll definitely return.

The inn is also in a great location, right on the beach and enjoying the popular restaurants. The sunsets are stunning.

The breakfast is rich and delicious, the service is warm, the environment is good, the birds and flowers are fragrant, the negative oxygen ions are abundant, and you can sleep peacefully. There are many parent-child projects, suitable for the whole family and the family with pets. During the Spring Festival, the cost is also suitable, very good experience.
