Location was okay. Mini Mary’s and food around so that was okay. Other than that, location wasn’t anything special.
Staff were friendly. Breakfast was not too bad.
Cleanliness was average at best with the curtains being dusty enough you can see a line of dust across the entire curtain.
One of the clothes dryer was perpetually broken down.

Fantastic!

Facilities: Excellent and comprehensive.
Cleanliness: Impeccable, absolutely spotless.
Environment: Conveniently located.
Service: Polite and friendly.

The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied; I was extremely satisfied, absolutely nothing to complain about! I asked for a boiled egg and the staff immediately prepared one fresh for me 😉👍👍👍. Plus, the room had plenty of free snacks and free drinks in the fridge… truly amazing! And free parking too 👍👍👍.

The best part of this hotel is the service. The staff was always very nice to me and could communicate in English with no problem. The room and bathroom have a good size. They provide you with tea and coffee. There are no water bottles but each floor has a filtered water dispenser. The bathroom has hair setter, shower gel, shampoo and hand wash. Other kind of toiletries aren’t provided but can be purchased at the lobby for cheap. The airport metro that connects Taoyuan to Taipei is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the hotel and costs 75 NTD to go to Taipei Main Station

This hotel is super close to the train station, just about a 5-minute walk away 🙌🏻. There's also a bus station nearby where you can catch buses to Taoyuan and Taipei Main Station, though it is a bit far from the MRT. The staff were really helpful, assisting us with booking a taxi and recommending places for late-night snacks 🤍. There are also shopping areas and a night market close by (●´∀`●). The breakfast selection was excellent too! The salad 🥗 was very fresh, and the pumpkin soup was quite good 👍🏻. Plus, it's a family-friendly hotel and has a gym. Overall, it's great value for money 🙏🏻, though the soundproofing isn't the best 🙉 as you can hear noise from the neighboring rooms at night 😂.

A great hotel for families with kids! Fisherman's Wharf, Tamsui Bridge, and Tamsui Old Street are all just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities are excellent and functional, and the kids absolutely loved it. The room was also very spacious. We'll definitely visit again!

This time I stayed in a sea-view room and could see the ocean right from the room. Although there was a slight obstruction, I still thought it was pretty good. The hotel's layout was very well-designed; it was just a short walk to the beach, and you could even see the **[This part seems to be cut off in the original review. Assuming the user meant something like 'beautiful scenery' or 'sunset', I'll leave it as is to reflect the original text's abrupt ending.]** It's really great and highly recommended for anyone looking for a short getaway.

I stayed in room 1102 because I was taking a national exam the next day (at the Southeast University of Science and Technology exam center). The receptionist (a newly hired woman) was incredibly friendly and welcoming! My mother turned on the heating because it was cold, but the air conditioner wasn't working, so the hotel staff kindly brought an electric heater to the room – we were very grateful! We also noticed the TV screen wasn't displaying properly after checking in, but the hotel staff quickly replaced it! The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and attentive, providing towels and tea bags – they worked so hard!

I didn't get to use the hotel facilities this time, but the swimming pool is closed in winter, and you need to register at the front desk on the first floor for the sauna and gym. There are restaurants on the second and third floors. There's welcome tea and coffee in the lobby on the first floor. The surrounding area is also very convenient, with many convenience stores and beverage shops. If you have a motorbike, it's also close by to Shenkeng where you can try stinky tofu!

If I come here again, I will definitely choose the long-established and excellent Fullon Hotel again!

The room was clean, and the double-bed room was very spacious, accommodating four adults easily. It's just a 10-minute walk from Liuhe 2nd Road Night Market. They offer happy hour from 1 PM to 10 PM, have a paid washing machine, and free Wi-Fi. Highly recommended!

Good location and fantastic view from our room on the 24th floor. The room was spacious and perfect for our one night stay.

Buffet breakfast is comprehensive and includes a chef making eggs / omelette which was appreciated.

Gym is great for cardio, limited for strength training. The pool is gorgeous but disappointingly (which seems common in Taiwan?) you need to wear a swim cap to be in it for some reason. The hotel sells these for 150 NYD.
