Stayed here for a couple of nights before venturing off to other parts of Japan. I must say, I was warned about the noise levels at this place, but they are completely unfounded. I could barely hear any outside noise. 

The hotel itself is stunning. Beyond comfortable for our room type. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very well located in the heart of Ginza and provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We were given pajamas, slippers, and other amenities, which was a nice touch.

Although the room is small, as is common with most hotels in Tokyo, it is very well located, very clean, and I believe it offers everything needed to enjoy a pleasant stay.

The location is great, with a station just a 7-8 minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. The surrounding area is also well-equipped with convenience stores, drugstores, restaurants, and shopping malls. Hotel service is average, and the facilities are decent. The breakfast spread is quite good. However, the soundproofing is a bit poor; you can hear conversations outside your room when other guests pass by. There's also a city tram track behind the hotel, and you can faintly hear the trams passing at night.

Hotel Grocery Asakusa is an excellent choice for exploring Asakusa. The location is truly its biggest strength—just a short walk from Asakusa Station and the iconic Sensoji Temple. Being able to visit the temple early or late with such ease was a highlight. The area is also full of great food options and convenience stores.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. One amenity we appreciated was the on-site coin laundry. A small note for future guests: there are currently only two washing machines, and they were quite often occupied during our stay. Having one or two more machines would significantly improve this service, especially for longer stays or when the hotel is busy.

Despite this minor suggestion, the overall experience was very positive. For its unbeatable location, comfort, and value, I would definitely recommend this hotel and consider staying here again.

Was hesitant before booking this hotel as Japanese hotel rooms are generally smaller than usual as compared to taiwan local hotels.

To my surprise, it was quite spacious! Able to open up my luggage fully on the floor without obstruction and a sofa area to chill.

TV was okay with alot of ********* channels but had some issues connecting my netflix despite following the on screen instructions.

Overall it was a positive experience! Will visit again!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to Myeongdong, Seoul Station, City Hall, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. Check-in is on the 11th floor, and the staff are super friendly, helpful, and very polite when answering all sorts of questions. The breakfast spread is rich, offering both Korean and Western options, and the fruits and vegetables are very fresh. When checking out, you can store your luggage in the self-service lockers on the 11th floor, which is very convenient. There's a CU convenience store right downstairs, making it easy to grab water. Oh, and you get two complimentary bottles of water upon check-in; any additional water after that needs to be purchased. If I had to pick something to improve, it would be that only one bedside table and the vanity have power outlets, while the other side of the bed lacks one, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.
