The hotel has a beautiful environment and considerate service. Dining and travel are convenient downstairs. The slippers in the hotel are great! The only drawback is that there is construction around the hotel and the noise is too loud!!!

An absolutely terrible stay. I've stayed here twice for business trips. The first time, during check-in, the hotel claimed they hadn't received payment from Trip.com and asked me to swipe my card again. After I firmly argued my case, the front desk refunded the money and promised it wouldn't happen again. Two days later, we returned to check in, and at check-out, we were double-charged again. It took a long time to sort out, and they eventually admitted it was their mistake, but we almost missed our flight because of it. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and even showed discrimination against Chinese guests. I can't believe this is a Hilton brand hotel! When you're traveling so far, safety comes first, so please book with caution!

The girl who makes tapioca/waffle/omelet for breakfast is a sweetheart! The guy who was in the cafe coordinating too, very friendly and helpful.

Having just arrived in São Paulo, a city in the Southern Hemisphere, I happily checked into my hotel after arriving from the airport. Suddenly, I realized my small carry-on bag, which I usually use to store my belongings, was missing. I'd even left my phone in it when I got out of the car. I was so panicked! Fortunately, I never ask for receipts, but as if by some miracle, I asked the driver for one. I quickly told the lovely receptionist about my bag and handed her the receipt. The receptionist appeared unhurried and leisurely called the taxi company. They told me which car was waiting and would contact the driver. Although over half an hour had passed since I got off the car, I was worried, but surprisingly, I didn't despair. Just two or three minutes later, the front desk phone rang. They told me the driver was on his way to the hotel with my bag, but because of the morning rush hour, there might be a delay. I was stunned. I had never expected the people of São Paulo to be so kind and efficient! I was both surprised and touched! My bag was in the back seat. I bought coffee ☕️ and some food at the popular cafe in the lobby, slowly admiring the beautiful hotel surroundings while patiently waiting for the driver to arrive. After about 20 minutes, the driver arrived at the hotel door, carrying my bag and smiling broadly. He kept thanking me and offered me the money as a token of his gratitude. He was very polite and refused to take it. Without further ado, I shoved it into his pocket. I read an article a long time ago that said Brazilians 🇧🇷 are all like-minded people! This personal experience has truly struck me as spot-on! The hotel front desk service was also excellent; they had a room for me before 11:00 AM. I'm truly grateful to Brazil 🇧🇷 and São Paulo! Thank you to the driver and the hotel front desk staff 👩💼 for making my trip to São Paulo a safe, enjoyable, and complete experience. 💕

The hotel is located in Gangnam-gu, which is convenient for medical aesthetics and shopping in the area. The room facilities are generally good, and the service is decent. They provide two bottles of mineral water daily, and refills cost extra, but it's not expensive. There's an afternoon tea area in the hotel lobby. The staff at check-in spoke limited Mandarin, but we managed to communicate.

I recently stayed at Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel and Residences Seoul Yongsan and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel offers spacious, well-appointed rooms, excellent facilities, and a convenient location connected to Yongsan Station, making it an ideal choice for visitors to Seoul.

What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by Amy from the Front Desk. As we were preparing to leave, we needed a vacuum cleaner to remove air from our airtight packing bags. Although this was an unusual request, Amy went above and beyond to assist us. She made an exceptional effort to locate a vacuum cleaner, checking with various departments until she was able to find one for us. Her dedication, resourcefulness, and willingness to help exceeded our expectations and reflected the hotel's strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

The rest of the staff were also professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel's facilities were well maintained.

The only downside during our stay was the pillows, which we found to be a little too soft and flat for our preference. Some guests may enjoy them, but we would have appreciated firmer pillow options for better sleeping comfort.

Overall, this was an excellent stay, made even more memorable by Amy's exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel and Residences Seoul Yongsan and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.

The environment is comfortable, and the service attitude is excellent. Whenever my family and I had a request, they handled it quickly and with great politeness. The facilities are convenient, though we couldn't fully enjoy them due to ongoing construction nearby. A significant improvement would be to offer shuttle services between the airport and the hotel, as this is currently lacking.

We had a really pleasant stay at Grand Mercure Bangkok Asoke Residence. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the BTS, MRT, and plenty of restaurants and shopping, including Terminal 21 Asok.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day out in Bangkok.

A special thank you to the porter who also drives the hotel tuk-tuk. He was always very friendly and helpful, and his cheerful attitude made every ride enjoyable.

We would also like to thank the cleaning lady who did a wonderful job keeping our room very clean and tidy every day. Her effort did not go unnoticed and made our stay even more comfortable.

Overall, the staff were warm and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely be happy to stay here again when visiting Bangkok. 😊
