When we arrived at this hotel, I hadn't even realized it was the one I booked until we pulled in front of the lobby. It was so nice I was amazed that it was ours for what we paid. Incredibly stunning interior and exterior. The rooms and service live up to the standard as well. Absolutely perfect stay in the northeast corner of Beijing and I do believe we will come back to stay here next time. The attendants at the front desk were incredibly helpful, especially the one guy who helped me order on dianping and put together a porridge the Beijing way. The gym was the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Stacked with equipment for strength training with a separate room for martial arts training. It was like having a commercial gym as part of your hotel stay for free. Genuinely one of my most pleasant stays in a long time!

My classmate booked this hotel, which is the best near my home, when they returned to China last time and was very satisfied. This time, my sister's family came back, so I booked two king rooms for a total of four nights. The hotel upgraded us to their latest modernized rooms, and my sister's family had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was Chinese style and they said it was very rich. The room had absolutely no strange odors, which I, being very sensitive to air quality, really appreciated. The hotel service was also excellent. My brother-in-law, having never seen robot service in the US, found it quite amazing to see a robot delivering takeout. I once again feel that I wisely chose this hotel to kick off my sister's family's wonderful trip to China. I'll be back from the south soon and will definitely book this hotel again. Five-star review!

I had a very satisfying stay here. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Beijing West Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient. You can walk to Niujie (Ox Street), and bus line 5 quickly takes you to attractions like the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Shichahai, Drum Tower, and Jingshan Park. Getting to Universal Beijing Resort is even easier with a direct ride on Metro Line 7, no transfers needed, which is super convenient for families with kids.

Ordering takeout is also a breeze; robots deliver directly to your room door, which is both secure and hassle-free, perfect for extended stays.

Finally, I must commend the hotel staff. They are dedicated and professional, with a warm attitude. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are highly competent and promptly assist with any issues. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Beijing.

After staying here, I realized I liked this hotel more than just a little bit! Haha! The kids loved the little cats roaming around the hotel grounds, and my husband and I really appreciated the comfort and relaxation here. We strolled over to the wellness center, and the staff member, Li Shujuan, was incredibly enthusiastic and proactively showed us around and explained everything. 👍 The only slight regret was that it rained that evening 🌧, and the restaurant only offered a buffet, with no à la carte service available.

We visited Jinhai Lake Bibo Island on this trip. The next day, when the weather cleared up, it was about a 30-minute drive from the hotel to Bibo Island, and the scenery along the way was lovely. The hotel is next to the Beijing Jinhai Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center. Within a ten-minute walk from the hotel, there's a fish restaurant called Jinmaiyucun (Jinhai Lake Main Branch), which is great for fish.

Our butler, Xiao Han, provided excellent service. She even arranged a late check-out until 2 PM. Amenities were replenished promptly, she answered all our questions, and her response time was very quick. Definitely a thumbs-up! 👍 The hotel environment is great with strong privacy. There are electric shuttle carts for transportation, and all necessary facilities are available. Although some things are a bit dated, it's still good. Overall, the experience was quite pleasant, perfect for those looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and picturesque scenery. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, offering a complimentary room upgrade and many discounts. The room was clean and tidy, and the service staff were polite and enthusiastic. It's also very convenient to get to nearby attractions. All in all, this was a very satisfying trip during my visit to Sanya. Next time friends come to Sanya, I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Facilities: The bed was very soft, and the robot delivery service was quick and convenient.
Cleanliness: The room was odorless, and the bedding was immaculate.
Environment: The lighting was soft and not glaring, and the hotel was conveniently located to nearby attractions and transportation.
Service: The front desk agent, Xiao Gao, was very friendly and responsive to any requests. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade the deluxe bed room, the staff service attitude is very good, the parking lot is free, and the travel is very convenient. Surrounded by schools and temples, it is very quiet at night. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it has all the internal organs, enough! The facilities are very new, the decoration is luxurious, and it is definitely the first professional high-end business hotel in Jiangyan!
