1. **Incredibly thoughtful service:** During check-in, the staff proactively noted my needs and upgraded me for free to a high-floor city view room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, perfect for watching the city sunset in the evening, creating a wonderful ambiance.

2. **Exceptional attention to detail and care:** The room included a special ID card protector, which is great for keeping documents safe from wear and tear. Inside the closet, there was a gas mask with clear instructions, ensuring safety during my stay.

3. **Hardware perfectly suited for business needs:** The room was spacious, and the bathroom featured a wet and dry separation. The bedding was soft, and I could choose from various pillow types. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring privacy for work discussions and undisturbed rest at night.

This was my second stay here. The first time, they upgraded my room, which left a good impression, so I booked again. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, but the bedside lamp seemed to have a loose connection; it kept flickering every time I turned it on, which hurt my eyes. I eventually had to unscrew it myself. The heating from the AC unit was really ineffective. I turned on the electric heater, but then the room got too dry, so I turned it off again. In the end, I still woke up cold in the morning.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Beijing South Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient. Getting to attractions like the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square is quick and easy. What's more, Universal Beijing Resort is a direct subway ride away with no transfers needed, which is a huge plus for families traveling with children.

The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western options, with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and yogurt. It's generally quite healthy, and I felt very satisfied with my meals every day.

Ordering takeout is also super convenient; a robot delivers directly to your room door, which is both safe and hassle-free. I highly recommend the roast duck at the hotel's second-floor restaurant – it's delicious, and you don't have to go out and wait in line elsewhere. The laundry room is well-equipped with washers and dryers, making it very convenient for longer stays.

Finally, I want to specially commend the hotel staff. They are diligent, responsible, and incredibly enthusiastic. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are very professional and always quick to help resolve any issues. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Beijing, and I'll recommend it to my friends too.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and come with a balcony. When checking in, you need to register your vehicle to park in the underground parking lot 🅿️, otherwise, you might be charged a parking fee. We had three king-size rooms, and 1119 had the best view, overlooking the lake from the balcony, with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The room directly opposite could see the golf course behind, which was great for sunset views. The bathroom and bathtub are in separate spaces opposite each other, designed with two sinks for simultaneous use. The front desk is on the second floor, and the connecting corridor to the hot spring ♨️ is also on the same floor, though it's a bit of a walk. The buffet restaurant is on the first floor. Complimentary fruit was provided in the room.

After staying here, I realized I liked this hotel more than just a little bit! Haha! The kids loved the little cats roaming around the hotel grounds, and my husband and I really appreciated the comfort and relaxation here. We strolled over to the wellness center, and the staff member, Li Shujuan, was incredibly enthusiastic and proactively showed us around and explained everything. 👍 The only slight regret was that it rained that evening 🌧, and the restaurant only offered a buffet, with no à la carte service available. 

We visited Jinhai Lake Bibo Island on this trip. The next day, when the weather cleared up, it was about a 30-minute drive from the hotel to Bibo Island, and the scenery along the way was lovely. The hotel is next to the Beijing Jinhai Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center. Within a ten-minute walk from the hotel, there's a fish restaurant called Jinmaiyucun (Jinhai Lake Main Branch), which is great for fish.

I enjoyed the villa at the resort with its own pool and jacuzzi. The tropical climate, nature and churping of birds was a good getaway from the city. I would have loved to spend more time outdoors but I guess from January to April would have been better for that when peharps it is cooler outside. Resturants and the beach are in the area and are walking distance from the hotel. Peharps the hotel can provide pricing options to include both breakfast and dinner for those who would like to have all their meals at the hotel. The customer service was excellent. Peharps it would be better if they could speak some English better communication but they did their best to deliver the best customer service. Our room was literally cleaned everyday with our linens changed daily and the pool cleaned daily. Special shoutout to Luka Sun that checked us out early in the morning when we were leaving the hotel. Overall for the affordable price and the service it was a great expericence and I would stay at the hotel again when I'm in Sanya.

This is countless times I've stayed at this hotel. It's incredibly affordable, the rooms are spacious, and the sea view is fantastic. It has all the amenities of a five-star hotel for just over 200 yuan, including a swimming pool, buffet, and sea-view room – what's not to love? Every time I visit Sanya, I make sure to stay here for a night. The fishing village next door is also a must-visit. The only downside is that there aren't many activities for kids, so for the rest of our trip, we usually move to a five-star hotel in Yalong Bay where there's more for them to do. But overall, the value for money at this hotel is unbeatable; it's hands down the best in Sanya!

During the Qingming Festival, I booked 2 rooms at Vijing for 2 nights. On the morning of the day I returned to Shanghai, my husband's mobile phone was missing. At this time, the car had already driven to Jingjiang before I found it. The key point was that I didn't know where the mobile phone was lost. Holding a glimmer of hope, I quickly called the number of the lost mobile phone. A sweet female voice said, ”I am the front desk of Vijing. Your mobile phone was left in the room.” The hearts of the people in the car were finally put down. The front desk lady added WeChat very responsibly, and the mobile phone was delivered to my home in Shanghai the next morning. Now it's hard to move without a mobile phone. It's really a blessing. I like the hotel's efficient service. The hotel room facilities are relatively new, the hygiene is also good, the bedding is comfortable, and the supply of purified water and paper towels is sufficient every day. Except that the geographical location is a bit remote and not in the city, everything else is very good and worth recommending. (The hotel is in Gaogang District, with few commercial facilities around it. It is about 20 kilometers to Hailing District in the city, and it is very convenient to drive by yourself)

Stayed at the hotel on October 4th. The front desk staff, particularly Meng, was very welcoming and provided excellent service. They even gave our two children some complimentary homemade milk tea. Hu, the engineering manager, was very kind and helped us with our luggage to the room. The room itself was great and very clean, and they provided a complimentary fruit platter. The cleaning lady was also very friendly. Breakfast was extensive, and after checking out, we were given two local souvenirs. Manager Hu personally helped us load our luggage into the car. Many thanks! I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
