We have been coming to this hotel for the past year for our business travels. More than 60 people in total. And the hotel never disappoints: Good food quality, great rooms, excellent location and amazing staff. This time Nora was very helpful to our group. Will come back again for sure.

I frequently travel to Shenzhen for business, and I used to always stay in Nanshan. This time, I switched to Futian and found it to be quite convenient as well. There are many snack options nearby, and food delivery is fast, with robots delivering directly to the room, so I don't have to go downstairs to pick it up. The hotel lobby is spacious, and the facilities are quite comprehensive. This stay was longer than usual, so I asked Sylvia Lu at the front desk about laundry services. She told me there's a free laundry area in the sky garden, and they can send detergent, bleach, and an iron to the room. Plus, there's a place to hang clothes to dry. The wind hasn't been strong lately, so my clothes dried quickly. A few times, I was busy until late at night and asked the staff to help with washing and drying my clothes. They were all very patient and even helped me out in the early hours of the morning. The service was truly thoughtful. The room was clean and hygienic, and the cleaning staff were very meticulous. The south-facing room had great natural light, with views of Shennan Avenue outside the window. The soundproofing was also good, so I slept soundly at night. Overall, this place is very hassle-free for long stays, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Futian.

The front desk staff, Biil and Ava, provided excellent service, highly recommended! The surrounding area is very convenient for dining, with many attractions nearby, including the 5A-rated Window of the World, which is easy to get to. Taxis are readily available, and the dining options are great, even a local late-night snack street. MixC World is also worth a visit. The room was very clean and comfortable for a good rest.

My local friend booked this room for me. There's a great dim sum place nearby. I'd checked out about two hours ago when I suddenly realized I'd left my laptop charger behind. I immediately contacted Xiaohai from the hotel staff, who enthusiastically helped me search for it. Thankfully, it was found! Many thanks to her. The hotel restaurant is also very upscale. All in all, I recommend staying here!

The hotel is near Lingzhi Metro Station, and the subway goes directly to Shenzhen North Station. It is very convenient to travel. The accommodation is quiet and sanitary. The front desk service is also relatively good. We will try our best to meet your needs. Five-star praise

The hotel stay was good, except for the arbitrary rule of requiring swim caps to use the swimming pool. We only ended up using it only one time on our first day during our whole stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and priced reasonably.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We booked two superior king rooms with breakfast, as our child was taking the college entrance exam (Gaokao) and we were there to support him. The hotel's Cantonese dim sum restaurant on the third floor was a great convenience, and its location directly across from the school provided immense peace of mind during the exam period. The hotel manager was incredibly accommodating, even approving a late checkout for one of our rooms until 5 PM on June 9th. This was particularly helpful as his last exam started at 5:00 PM, allowing him precious extra rest. The rooms themselves were very quiet and comfortable.

The environment is clean and sanitary. It is very comfortable as soon as you enter the room. The details of hygiene are also very good. The cost performance is very high. I didn't expect the breakfast to be very rich and I was very full. I bothered the front desk service many times and the attitude was still very good!

I often pass by and see this iconic building in Yizhuang, and it really leaves a lasting impression. As a hotel, its exterior looks decent. During the Chinese New Year, the prices weren't overly inflated, so I opted for a deluxe king room. It looked exactly like the official pictures.  However, I was quite surprised by a few things:

1. The hotel doesn't provide skincare products. There were no shower caps, hair ties, or combs. Toothbrushes had to be picked up at the front desk in the lobby.
2. Regarding room cleaning, I tried to use the humidifier, and when I opened it, it was full of limescale. The cleaning here is simply too sloppy.
3. There was even a hole in the bedsheet, but I was too lazy to ask them to change it. This kind of mistake is just too basic.

The decor is retro, perhaps a bit too staid. For conferences or wedding banquets, this place could be a good option and offers decent value for money. But if you're hosting important guests, it really wouldn't cut it.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's a 10-minute walk straight to the Bird's Nest and Water Cube. The night views are stunning, making it super convenient for concerts. The room was spacious and bright, and from the scenic room, you get a panoramic view of the Bird's Nest right from your window. Natural light and soundproofing are both excellent. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options with attentive service. The hygiene was spot on, the bedding was comfortable, and commuting was a breeze. It offers incredible value for money, truly the top choice for anyone visiting the Bird's Nest area.

My stay here was a truly pleasant surprise! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they spontaneously upgraded me to an executive suite for free. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. They also provided courtesy vouchers, and the coffee and fruit arrangements were perfect. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The location of the hotel is very good, it is quiet in a busy city, and there is a small forest beer garden. It is very comfortable to sit and bask in the sun during the day, and you can have skewers and drinks at night. The service is very considerate. There is a breakfast restaurant and a lounge area on the first floor. It is very suitable for business and family travel. The room has no peculiar smell, is spacious and bright, parking is free, there is a refrigerator in the room, and drinks are given away. There are many delicious foods around.

I chose the Grand Skylight brand for my conference in Shanghai, having stayed at their properties in other cities before, and wanted to experience this one. What can I say? The front desk service was absolutely impeccable. I'm very sensitive to noise, and by the time I arrived at the hotel, it was already 10 PM. The front desk mentioned there weren't many rooms left and that most locations might have some noise. I asked for a room far from the elevator and wanted to check it out first. I went up and saw it was facing the street. Fearing I wouldn't sleep well, I called the front desk to request a room not facing the street. The front desk was incredibly prompt; within minutes, a robot delivered the new key card. However, the new room didn't quite work out either. I ended up looking at several rooms, went down to the front desk twice, even checked out other floors, and finally decided to stick with my original room. By the time all of this was done, it was already 11 PM. I have to commend the professionalism and service awareness of Miss Jun at the front desk. She was never impatient, never rushed me, and I felt genuinely cared for and treated with patience. It was very touching and heartwarming. Miss Jun was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel!

Check-in: Worried about too many people checking in on New Year's Eve, I deliberately booked an extra night to arrive a day early. The rooms initially assigned didn't have great views, and although we booked four rooms with consecutive numbers, they weren't next to each other. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Huang, was very enthusiastic and specifically took us upstairs to view the rooms. The manager was kind enough to arrange four rooms with excellent views that were all adjacent, allowing us to combine tables for our New Year's Eve dinner.

Service: Xiao Huang and Xiao Gu were very welcoming and accommodating, doing their best to fulfill any requests. Our interactions with them felt very friendly. The male manager was also very nice. The housekeeping staff was excellent; the aunties managed to clean all four rooms thoroughly every day while we were at breakfast, and they were also very polite.

Stay Experience: On the 'Xiao Nian Ye' (Minor New Year's Eve), they offered a complimentary late-night porridge (Eight Treasure Porridge) served in small insulated containers. Drinking it before bed warmed us right up. The only slight downside this time was the breakfast experience. Because there were so many guests, the hotel thoughtfully extended breakfast service until 12 PM, but during peak hours, the dining experience was still a little lacking.

Overall, the stay experience was very good. There's plenty to explore nearby (Panlong Ancient Town, Qingpu Outlets, Panlong Tiandi), and the hotel even has robots that deliver takeout orders to the rooms. We originally booked four rooms for four nights, but because of the great experience, and how clean the rooms were (plus having a washing machine and a fridge), we extended our stay for another three nights! 😂😂😂
