I was in Futian for a business trip, and it was great that the room could even be equipped with a Gongfu tea set. I just had to let Sylvia Lu know beforehand, and it would be delivered to my room. Brewing a pot of tea in the evening, relaxing after clearing my emails, felt much more comfortable than being in a coffee shop.

Other aspects were also hassle-free: there are self-service lockers in the lobby, so I could check out and store my luggage to go about my business. The self-service printer was always available, so I didn't need to find a print shop for contracts. Invoicing was quick too; the front desk service was excellent, patient, and enthusiastic, with a professional attitude. They proactively helped me send the e-invoice directly to my email after check-out.

The room facilities were new; the smart toilet and electric curtains were convenient to use. Overall, it's suitable for both business guests and personal stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I also discovered a big plus for this hotel: the tea room upstairs. The environment is elegant and quiet, with green views of Central Park from the window, making it perfect for meeting clients over a cup of tea.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They asked about my preferences even before check-in and arranged a higher floor for me. After I checked in, they thoughtfully followed up to see how I was settling in – truly excellent service! While the hotel facilities are a bit older, that also means the rooms are more spacious, which is a trade-off I appreciate. A special shout-out to the gym – it has a great selection of equipment and fantastic views. Being on the 35th floor, you can even catch a beautiful sunset! What impressed me the most were the small touches: complimentary bottled water was readily available by the elevators and in the gym. These thoughtful details really highlight their commitment to guest comfort.

The room was clean and the location was convenient with good transport links. The facilities were comprehensive, and having a self-service laundry room on the first floor was very handy. Xiaoxia and Xiaowen at the front desk were enthusiastic and even helped with a room upgrade. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

The room was very clean. The surrounding area wasn't particularly lively, but the front desk staff were very attentive. Window of the World and Happy Valley were both very quiet (not crowded), and Shenzhen Bay Splendid China wasn't too far away. The amenities around here were good, and the hotel facilities were also very nice. There were many great food options nearby. - 006 and 005

The rooms are well-equipped with modern, fully functional facilities. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and patient. Cleanliness is outstanding—everything is spotless, and the bedding is fresh and odor-free, making the stay both comfortable and reassuring. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The room offered expansive views with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony. The gym was well-equipped, and the buffet had a wide variety of dishes. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely return if I have the chance.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What really stood out to us was the incredible hospitality; the management was kind enough to allow us a 4-hour late check-out, which gave us extra time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. The staff were incredibly understanding and attentive throughout our visit.
Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. While the breakfast buffet was a bit more limited than we expected, the hotel’s location more than made up for it. It is perfectly situated and very accessible, with a wide variety of restaurants and shopping malls just a short walk away. We truly appreciated the flexibility and the warm service!

The environment is clean and sanitary. It is very comfortable as soon as you enter the room. The details of hygiene are also very good. The cost performance is very high. I didn't expect the breakfast to be very rich and I was very full. I bothered the front desk service many times and the attitude was still very good!

I booked this hotel for a concert, staying two nights. I knew beforehand it was an older hotel, so I didn't have high expectations regarding amenities and wasn't too bothered by the lack of facilities.

I was also aware that the hotel would be giving out concert merchandise. The concert was on the 10th, and I was staying on the 9th and 10th. When I checked in on the 9th, the staff didn't mention anything about the merchandise. I asked if they would be giving it out tomorrow, and the staff said they weren't sure and I could ask again the next day. On the 10th, my friend also checked in and received five small cards, two fridge magnets, and two bookmarks. When my child heard about the merchandise, I immediately went to the front desk to ask. They gave me three small cards. My child said there was more, so I went back and they gave me the fridge magnets. My child then said there were bookmarks, so I went *again*, and only then did the front desk finally give me the bookmarks.

I understand that the hotel is giving out complimentary merchandise, and I should be grateful for whatever I receive. However, I wish they would treat everyone equally. Those who checked in on the same day received a bunch, while I, who stayed for two nights, had to painstakingly ask for each item one by one. It left a very bad taste in my mouth.

No bar, no cafe, no late kitchen. Not very accessible to eateries and malls on foot. Be prepared to order for food delivery services.

Hotel’s breakfast is too crowded and tables are limited, needed to share with strangers. Food varieties are average or slightly below average. 
Not worth the money charged for the breakfast in my personal opinion.

This is my go-to hotel for business trips to Daxing. The location is super convenient, with a mall right across the street, and parking is a breeze. The hotel's daily maintenance is meticulous and thorough; the rooms are clean with no strange odors, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it's quiet. The hot water and internet connection are stable. Check-in at the front desk is efficient, and the service is thoughtful and attentive, with prompt responses to any requests. Breakfast is clean and tasty, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. Overall, the value for money is excellent. It's a worry-free and reassuring stay for business, with warm service and great attention to detail. As a long-term corporate guest, I find it very reliable and will definitely choose it again for my next business trip. Five-star recommendation!

I booked this hotel last minute for a friend's wedding and it was great all around, especially the staff's service. Iris at the front desk was incredibly kind and approachable. We had a lovely stay, and they even gave us a small gift during the Dragon Boat Festival, which was a thoughtful touch. They also reminded us to take an umbrella when it was raining, which made us feel really cared for. The hotel itself felt very warm and welcoming, and I loved all the cute green plants everywhere. I'd definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
