The Grand Skylight Hotel in Shenzhen is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sky rise views and elegant design that make the city feel magical. Every detail radiates luxury, from the modern décor to the exceptional comfort of the rooms. The value for the price far exceeded my expectations, making it a truly unforgettable stay.

Xavia is very friendly and helpful and even helped to upgrade our room to the non noisy side of the hotel as there was construction. There are also free washing machines and dryers for travellers to use. 

The hotel is strategically located outside exit c of baishizhou mtr station. It is really convinence to get around with the mtr. There is a famous steamboat right downstairs the hotel with a long queue for dinner time. 

It is also 1 stop away from the window of the world attraction. Get around easily with food and play. Recommended for couples or family travelers.

Booked for a friend, said it was a very satisfying trip, booked the room very late, the guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped to upgrade the room, will come again next time, the breakfast is very rich

Great hotel with dedicated staff. At the reception Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, were very professional and very knowledgeable. They made us feel special from the first moment. They gave us a great room with an amazing lake view and complimentary afternoon tea coupons. The room is very large, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent architecture it's modern but maintains the Chinese elements. The buffet dinner was excellent with a wide selection of very delicious dishes and desserts. Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely come back. Thank to it's dedicated staff like Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, 赖加春 who made this stay even more unforgettable. The breakfast is also rich with nice baked goods like croissant, chocolate bread, danish pastries and so on. Cheese selection is also great. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well. Congratulations and thank you indeed.

Recently, I stayed at the Grand Skylight Hotel Guanlan. From the thoughtful service upon arrival to the entire accommodation experience, I was impressed. I would like to especially praise Ms. Xiao Du at the front desk: 
✅ **Professional image, full marks for affinity**: I felt her warm smile and decent manners when I first met her. She listened to my needs patiently during communication, and her language was concise and clear, which quickly eliminated the fatigue of the journey. 
✅ **Efficient coordination ability**: Due to early arrival, the hotel was short of rooms, and I thought I would have to wait for a long time, but Xiao Du flexibly coordinated resources and checked us in within 20 minutes. She actively informed us of the progress throughout the whole process, and her thoughtfulness was full marks! 
✅ **Personalized service suggestions**: Knowing that it was our first stay, she introduced the hotel facilities, surrounding restaurants and transportation routes in detail, and recommended special services based on our itinerary, which showed her professionalism. 

**The hotel environment and facilities are also surprising**: 
🌿 **Quiet in the bustling, elegant atmosphere**: The lobby design is simple and atmospheric, the room is clean and bright, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel garden landscape is unique, and it is particularly quiet when walking at night, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 
🌟 **Service details highlight quality**: From room cleaning to restaurant reception, the staff took the initiative to greet and pay attention to needs. When checking out, they also asked about car arrangements. The overall service was as smooth as flowing water.

I stayed at Grand Skylight Haoyue Hotel for three days during the Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination) period. Throughout my stay, I was deeply impressed by the hotel's thoughtful consideration for the students taking the exam! From the encouraging pins gifted upon check-in and the motivational posters in the elevator corridors, to the light, nutritious, and varied breakfast options – every detail showed their care. Highly commendable! 👍🏻

The location is convenient, and the service was excellent.

Suggestions: The design of the sink faucet could be improved, as water consistently splashes onto clothes when washing hands. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak, almost non-existent.

While reception staff was not capable of any English, one management lady helped out very nicely. In total, clean room and bathroom, breakfast for such a hotel surprisingly tasty with good coffee (all self service). Gym equipment rather ”home use quality” than what you usually can expect in such a hotel (as the price is not cheap at all). Billiard room.

Generally: a business hotel far away from every city center / mall, etc.  Though for some customers or suppliers, if they are close, a good option avoiding Shenzhen standard every day traffic jam.

Check-in was seamless, and cc had a very pleasant smile. I was thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite. Late at night, my room key had a minor glitch with the elevator, but the front desk staff resolved it politely and swiftly. However, I was disappointed by two things: the executive suite lacked a full-length mirror, and the large bathroom mirror had numerous water stains, making it appear dirty.

Location is perfect if you want to see the Olympic venues. Upscale and nice hotel with well trained staff. Only issue was the furniture (not the bed) seemed a bit dirty and not cleaned. Otherwise everything else was excellent

My friends and I chose the Grand Skylight Hotel for our trip. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and proactively upgraded our room type. The room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The bathroom featured excellent wet/dry separation, which was really convenient. Despite its proximity to the Third Ring Road, the soundproofing was superb. Transportation was also very convenient. Five stars – I'll definitely be back!

First time staying here. The room is quiet, clean and spacious. Xiao Zhang at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful! The experience is good and recommended. The environment is super good and parking is very convenient. The hotel price is super affordable. Next time, my first choice hotel is still here. It's really a treasure.

Aside from being a bit far from the old town, the facilities and cleanliness were excellent. This is a new hotel with excellent bedding and toiletries, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection, and all rooms overlook Elephant Lake.

The lake view rooms are sunny and face the road.

After 11 PM, large flatbed trucks can be a bit noisy.

During my stay, several couples held their wedding banquets here. The banquet halls are quite nice.

I booked this hotel by chance, and it gave me a very good feeling! First of all, the location is very good, there is a free parking lot right under the Bayi Bridge. Secondly, the hotel facilities are very complete, and the view of the room we booked this time is also very very very good! You can see the river view across the street, the night view of Tengwang Pavilion and the Bayi Bridge! Needless to say, the service! The service staff at the door of the hotel greeted me very warmly, helped me with my luggage to check in, and the check-in at the front desk was also very fast and efficient, and the experience was very comfortable! The next day, I stored my luggage because I was going out to play. When I finally picked up my luggage, the front desk lady was also very enthusiastic and gave us a small gift. Thank you very much!
