Service: I checked in late at night, and the staff were still incredibly warm and attentive, especially Sylvia Lu. She helped arrange everything perfectly, even assisting with delivering Kung Fu tea sets, earplugs, and issuing invoices. I almost thought I was a VIP, but I'm just an ordinary worker.

Facilities: Electric curtains at a touch – does the bed clean itself? No, but the smart 'Xiao Du' assistant is a godsend for the lazy. Everything is quite comprehensive, especially the Huawei TV, which is a joy to watch.

Cleanliness: The room was so clean I felt like I was superfluous. The bed sheets looked brand new.

Environment: Right opposite Central Park, open the window and you can see birds strolling around, while I'm working overtime. It's quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle, perfect for those who want peace but are afraid of too much quiet.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They asked about my preferences even before check-in and arranged a higher floor for me. After I checked in, they thoughtfully followed up to see how I was settling in – truly excellent service! While the hotel facilities are a bit older, that also means the rooms are more spacious, which is a trade-off I appreciate. A special shout-out to the gym – it has a great selection of equipment and fantastic views. Being on the 35th floor, you can even catch a beautiful sunset! What impressed me the most were the small touches: complimentary bottled water was readily available by the elevators and in the gym. These thoughtful details really highlight their commitment to guest comfort.

The room was clean and the location was convenient with good transport links. The facilities were comprehensive, and having a self-service laundry room on the first floor was very handy. Xiaoxia and Xiaowen at the front desk were enthusiastic and even helped with a room upgrade. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

The front desk service was excellent, and there were many great restaurants nearby. The hotel environment was very pleasant, and they even had free laundry machines. They also have a robot that delivers food from outside. It's not far from Window of the World, Happy Valley, and Shenzhen Bay Park. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance. I wanted to visit the Shenzhen Museum of Natural History this time, but didn't want to rush back and forth, so I stayed at the closest hotel to the museum. The hotel's location is excellent, less than a ten-minute walk to the museum. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was extensive. There are also many sports and entertainment options nearby, such as swimming, fitness, and go-karting. Also, Xiao Li and Xiao Ye provided excellent service, two thumbs up!

This hotel offers an excellent overall experience! The environment is quiet and elegant, with greenery that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are well-equipped with modern, fully functional facilities. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and patient. Cleanliness is outstanding—everything is spotless, and the bedding is fresh and odor-free, making the stay both comfortable and reassuring. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What really stood out to us was the incredible hospitality; the management was kind enough to allow us a 4-hour late check-out, which gave us extra time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. The staff were incredibly understanding and attentive throughout our visit.
Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. While the breakfast buffet was a bit more limited than we expected, the hotel’s location more than made up for it. It is perfectly situated and very accessible, with a wide variety of restaurants and shopping malls just a short walk away. We truly appreciated the flexibility and the warm service!

The biggest highlights of this hotel are its 'value for money' and 'thoughtful details'. The price is affordable, yet the services and facilities are absolutely comparable to high-star hotels. The room comes with complimentary mini-bar drinks and a welcome fruit platter, plenty of bottled water, and USB charging ports conveniently located by the bed and desk. The mattress is just right, and there's a choice of pillows with different heights, truly showing their attentiveness. The bathroom amenities are from a well-known brand, and the toiletries have a pleasant, long-lasting scent. What impressed me the most was coming back in the evening to find that housekeeping had neatly organized my clothes, replenished the slippers, and even left a handwritten goodnight card. These small touches instantly made a huge positive impression. There are many dining options around the hotel, including a popular '网红餐厅' (internet-famous restaurant) just a three-minute walk away. At check-out, the front desk even proactively asked if I needed a late check-out. Overall, this was a 'flawless' stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are very complete and fitting for the price.

Ambiance: The decor is beautiful; it's an old five-star hotel but doesn't look dated. 
Service: The staff are friendly. There was construction nearby, and the hotel thoughtfully placed a notice in the room apologizing for it. They even provided free charging cables by the bed. The attention to detail was exceptional.

The location is great, just a few hundred meters from several subway stations. There's a large market nearby, which is very convenient for buying food. The room is quite spacious, and both the cleanliness and service are excellent! The value for money, in particular, is amazing – 699 for two nights during the Qingming Festival is an absolute steal! The facilities are a bit old, but at this price point, it's totally acceptable.

This is my go-to hotel for business trips to Daxing. The location is super convenient, with a mall right across the street, and parking is a breeze. The hotel's daily maintenance is meticulous and thorough; the rooms are clean with no strange odors, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it's quiet. The hot water and internet connection are stable. Check-in at the front desk is efficient, and the service is thoughtful and attentive, with prompt responses to any requests. Breakfast is clean and tasty, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. Overall, the value for money is excellent. It's a worry-free and reassuring stay for business, with warm service and great attention to detail. As a long-term corporate guest, I find it very reliable and will definitely choose it again for my next business trip. Five-star recommendation!

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel maintains excellent hygiene; every corner was spotless. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
