The hotel's location is excellent, just 50 meters from the west gate entrance of Kashgar Old City. The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped, and very clean. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom and shower room are designed scientifically and reasonably, with a separate washbasin area. The floor staff are warm and attentive, and the front desk receptionists are meticulous, always greeting with a smile. It's highly recommended!! The only minor drawback is a manager, who I believe was a manager based on their attire and demeanor, lacked hotel service awareness and smiled throughout, appearing a bit aloof!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

It's a real profit to stay in such a cost-effective hotel at this price. Whether it's the environmental sanitation or the service, I really can't say anything about it. I stayed with my children for 5 days. When I checked in, the front desk asked me if I needed children's slippers. What a surprise. They also enthusiastically upgraded my room for me. The room had good lighting. It’s also convenient to call a taxi downstairs, although I almost always take a taxi. And the time to get to the key attractions is relatively average, and it doesn't take more than 30 minutes by taxi without traffic jams. The laundry room is praised, and the gym next to it is also good. While waiting for the clothes to be washed and dried, it is also a good choice to exercise if you still have the energy. And eating is very convenient. There are many ethnic food restaurants next to it, and the noodle shop opposite is where children especially like to go in the morning. I have recommended it to many friends and will choose this hotel next time I go to Kashgar.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! I must give a shout-out to Xiao Re at the front desk; her service was so excellent it made me feel warm and at ease throughout the entire trip!

Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, Xiao Re was incredibly welcoming and proactive, always smiling and friendly. She processed the check-in efficiently and meticulously, patiently explaining the hotel facilities, directions to the surrounding area, and even clearly outlining breakfast times and floor information – she never skimped on anything. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, and after contacting the front desk, Xiao Re responded immediately and handled it incredibly quickly, maintaining a consistently gentle and patient attitude. She considered every detail meticulously, making me feel truly valued.

Whether it was asking questions, requesting assistance, or offering thoughtful reminders at check-out, Xiao Re consistently maintained a professional and warm service attitude, proactively and enthusiastically responding to every request, truly putting guests first. Having such attentive front desk staff elevated the entire stay experience, making me feel exceptionally comfortable and at ease.

The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, fully equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a great rest. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and dine, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. But what impressed me most and deserves my highest praise was the impeccable service from the front desk staff. Professional, attentive, considerate, and warm—every interaction with them was a pleasant experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and I especially want to thank the front desk staff for their excellent service. The hotel is fortunate to have such outstanding employees! The rooms have great natural light and ventilation, ensuring fresh, circulating air without any stuffiness. The in-room amenities are complete; the lighting is soft and not harsh, creating a perfect living atmosphere. The mattress and pillows are just right in terms of firmness, conforming to the body and providing excellent sleep quality at night. The private bathroom is clean and refreshing, with all facilities in perfect working order, making daily use very convenient. The hotel staff are gentle and friendly, offering thoughtful and patient service. They are genuinely kind and attentive, making the entire stay very pleasant. The surrounding area offers convenient access, with a well-developed transportation network, making daily commutes and errands hassle-free. The value for money is outstanding compared to other hotels in the same category; the living experience is top-notch. I've rebooked countless times, and it's always my first choice for travel.

The administrator is very positive. On the registration counter, the girls will help with any difficulties. In 5 steps a small supermarket with a good director. There is a robot deliverer. The rooms are all fresh. After 7 days everything was nice. Breakfast guides more on Chinese citizens.

This hotel offered a great experience. The location is super convenient, close to both the subway and bus stations, making it very easy to get around for tourists. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The double lock on the door made me feel very secure, allowing for a peaceful rest. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in was quick and efficient. I was able to check in as early as 12 PM and check out as late as 2 PM, and they even extended my check-out time by an hour for free, which was very helpful for my onward journey. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, with thoughtful touches (like hair ties next to the sink!). I definitely recommend it.

I went to Vientiane City for a buffet appointment with my friends in Fuling and booked a temporary hotel to rest. I was very lucky and made the right choice. Whether the hotel is a building is the first thing we consider when choosing a hotel. The selling point of the hotel is that it is a single-family building, so we chose this hotel. We went to the store to pay extra and asked the front desk to upgrade to a room with a larger space. It was worth the extra money. , the scenery of the overpass and light rail outside the window looks good, the room is clean, the decoration is simple, and it looks relatively refreshing. The book is good but I haven’t finished it yet, so I must take it home and continue reading. I took the initiative to pay for it, haha. When I woke up to check out in the morning, the front desk asked me if I wanted milk bread. It really warmed my heart! I will choose this hotel again when I come to Chongqing later! Finally, I would like to say that the beef offal hot pot recommended by the front desk is good.

This hotel is right next to Chongqing North Station, easily reachable within a ten-minute walk. I chose it precisely for this advantageous location.

The lobby is on the first floor, and all rooms are on the fifth, making it relatively quiet. There's also a laundry room and a gym, though the equipment is quite limited.

The room size isn't particularly large, typical for a budget hotel – nothing special, but perfectly adequate.

There's a parking lot in front of the hotel, and parking is free for guests.

The only downside is that for some reason, there's quite a bit of noise from the ventilation system, though it does disappear at night.

This hotel is conveniently located near Chongqing Jiangbei Airport, offering a shuttle service to and from the airport. The surrounding amenities are quite comprehensive, and the facilities are excellent. The front desk staff also provides great service! Highly recommended!
