I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location is great; the ancient city is right behind it, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. Transportation is also very convenient. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The housekeeping manager, a Uyghur girl, quickly came to fix the leaking sink in my room. She's outstanding. I'll definitely choose this GreenTree Eastern hotel again next time I'm in Kashgar. The breakfast selection was also extensive.

The hotel has free parking, a large room, and is not far from the ancient city. It costs less than 10 yuan to take a taxi. It is very good for transit to Tashi County the next day. The breakfast is also very rich. You can see the mountains in the distance at the breakfast place, which is very spectacular. The free airport pick-up is very convenient. The airport security guard is very enthusiastic. He took our luggage as soon as he saw us. The service is superb.

We stayed in the suite for 3 consecutive days. I saw that there was a free pick-up on Trip.com before. I contacted the hotel and said no. Then I contacted Trip.com . After the docking, the hotel front desk manager agreed to pick up the plane, but because there was no reservation one day in advance, the car left, there was no way to pick up, and promised to drop off once. We also agree. On the third morning, we had a plane at 7 o'clock and agreed to drop off at 5:40 in the morning. As a result, the driver overslept and we took a taxi. I contacted Trip.com and the front desk manager, and indeed reimbursed the taxi fare. The attitude was also very good, but this service level was really not flattering. Stayed in a hotel so many times and encountered this situation for the first time. We stayed for three days and paid 1345 yuan. This price is not low in Kashgar on non-holidays in mid-May, and the service can't keep up at all. In addition, the suite can accommodate four people, there is a room card, the family will go upstairs after dinner, we will let the service staff help swipe the card after dinner, the restaurant waiter is not!

The bed mattress was just right, offering good resilience and support, and combined with the skin-friendly bedding, I had a very restful and high-quality sleep. There was plenty of storage space in the room, and the lighting was soft, layered, and easy to control. The public areas were well-maintained, the elevators operated smoothly and quickly, and the overall soundproofing was outstanding, allowing for peace and quiet even in a bustling city. The transportation was very convenient, and the surrounding amenities were excellent, making it suitable for both business trips and short leisure stays. The value for money was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything is tidy. The breakfast spread was impressively varied and plentiful. They offer ample free parking, which is a great bonus. The location is very convenient, being close to the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Temple of Heaven, the Museum of Ancient Architecture, and Bairong Shopping Mall. Even in traffic, a taxi ride to these spots takes only about 20 minutes; otherwise, it's just over ten minutes. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel offered a great experience. The location is super convenient, close to both the subway and bus stations, making it very easy to get around for tourists. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The double lock on the door made me feel very secure, allowing for a peaceful rest. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in was quick and efficient. I was able to check in as early as 12 PM and check out as late as 2 PM, and they even extended my check-out time by an hour for free, which was very helpful for my onward journey. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, with thoughtful touches (like hair ties next to the sink!). I definitely recommend it.

This hotel is right next to Chongqing North Station, easily reachable within a ten-minute walk. I chose it precisely for this advantageous location.

The lobby is on the first floor, and all rooms are on the fifth, making it relatively quiet. There's also a laundry room and a gym, though the equipment is quite limited.

The room size isn't particularly large, typical for a budget hotel – nothing special, but perfectly adequate.

There's a parking lot in front of the hotel, and parking is free for guests.

The only downside is that for some reason, there's quite a bit of noise from the ventilation system, though it does disappear at night.

I booked this hotel on my way to Singapore. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the location is convenient. It is just a short walk from Exit 5 of Lushan Subway Station. It is also convenient for eating. There is a noodle stall of Mrs. Qin Yun nearby, which is delicious. Xiao Zhao's service is very enthusiastic. He helped to wake up the sleeping children in the room to catch the plane. I am very grateful. Recommended to stay.
