I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! I must give a shout-out to Xiao Re at the front desk; her service was so excellent it made me feel warm and at ease throughout the entire trip!

Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, Xiao Re was incredibly welcoming and proactive, always smiling and friendly. She processed the check-in efficiently and meticulously, patiently explaining the hotel facilities, directions to the surrounding area, and even clearly outlining breakfast times and floor information – she never skimped on anything. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, and after contacting the front desk, Xiao Re responded immediately and handled it incredibly quickly, maintaining a consistently gentle and patient attitude. She considered every detail meticulously, making me feel truly valued.

Whether it was asking questions, requesting assistance, or offering thoughtful reminders at check-out, Xiao Re consistently maintained a professional and warm service attitude, proactively and enthusiastically responding to every request, truly putting guests first. Having such attentive front desk staff elevated the entire stay experience, making me feel exceptionally comfortable and at ease.

The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, fully equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a great rest. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and dine, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. But what impressed me most and deserves my highest praise was the impeccable service from the front desk staff. Professional, attentive, considerate, and warm—every interaction with them was a pleasant experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and I especially want to thank the front desk staff for their excellent service. The hotel is fortunate to have such outstanding employees! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Just for the amazing service from the front desk staff, it deserves a perfect score!

The hotel environment is very good. From check-in to the room, I was very satisfied. The front desk check-in was very fast, professional, and patient. The security guard also provided tea during check-in, which really shows the hospitality of the people of Xinjiang. The room is spacious, with independent air conditioning, very clean, and the facilities are also good and intelligent. It is very good. The breakfast is also varied and light, which I really like. The parking lot is also large, with parking both above and below ground, which is very convenient. Therefore, I highly recommend this hotel. All aspects are good and satisfactory. The staff are also very professional. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel environment is comfortable, and the lobby on the first floor is beautifully decorated, creating a great festive atmosphere – perfect for photos! It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway, though the station itself can be a bit confusing to navigate. Parking, however, is very convenient. The room was spotlessly cleaned by the auntie, with items neatly arranged, and she was very enthusiastic. The front desk lady was lovely, very gentle and provided warm service; she even upgraded my room for free and patiently answered all my questions. The person in the black uniform working at noon today was also great. Deliveries can be sent directly to your room, and they arrive quite quickly. Five-star recommendation! I will definitely stay here again! (This is a genuine stay experience and can be used as a reference.)

The environment was very clean, and the lady at the front desk even gave me a free room upgrade. The service attitude was also great. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center and I almost couldn't find the hotel, but everything else was perfect.

The administrator is very positive. On the registration counter, the girls will help with any difficulties. In 5 steps a small supermarket with a good director. There is a robot deliverer. The rooms are all fresh. After 7 days everything was nice. Breakfast guides more on Chinese citizens.

This hotel is right next to Chongqing North Station, easily reachable within a ten-minute walk. I chose it precisely for this advantageous location.

The lobby is on the first floor, and all rooms are on the fifth, making it relatively quiet. There's also a laundry room and a gym, though the equipment is quite limited.

The room size isn't particularly large, typical for a budget hotel – nothing special, but perfectly adequate.

There's a parking lot in front of the hotel, and parking is free for guests.

The only downside is that for some reason, there's quite a bit of noise from the ventilation system, though it does disappear at night.

Facilities: The facilities are fairly new, and they have everything they need
Environment: The room is relatively small, and the room type is also the most unique of all the hotels I have stayed in. The bed is right after the door is opened, and there is a runway to the toilet. The breakfast is also average
Service: The front desk service is very good
Hygiene: The hygiene is average, there is water in the toilet and bathroom, and there is hair in the washbasin
The straight-line distance to Xiejiawan subway station and Vientiane City is very close, but you have to climb up and down several stairs, so be careful if you bring a suitcase

I chose this hotel for its location, and it's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient. The environment and hygiene are also excellent; both the room and public areas are very clean. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and very patient. Overall, the experience was superb. The people of Chongqing are super enthusiastic and nice!

I booked this hotel on my way to Singapore. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the location is convenient. It is just a short walk from Exit 5 of Lushan Subway Station. It is also convenient for eating. There is a noodle stall of Mrs. Qin Yun nearby, which is delicious. Xiao Zhao's service is very enthusiastic. He helped to wake up the sleeping children in the room to catch the plane. I am very grateful. Recommended to stay.
