The location of the hotel is relatively close to George Bush Airport. There is a lot of similar hotels around the highway, and the city center is quite far away. The room is very large, the hotel hardware conditions are general, the health is not bad, the breakfast is an American standard breakfast, you can get the room to eat. There are not many places to eat around, and it is far to be opened.

The room environment is particularly good. It is worth choosing. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. The staff is also very nice. If you come here to travel, living here is a very good choice.

Amazing location, few mins away from the upscale mall The Galleria in River Oaks which has it all and this hotel has a 4-5 floor parking garage, which is amazing. You can just take the elevator directly to the lobby. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are cleand and up to date, rooms are spacious. Really worth the money you pay. I will definitely not look for another place for this price. Breakfast is simple yet plenty for a home stay type facility and everything was fresh.

Facilities: complete facilities, kitchen supplies are relatively complete, salt and pepper, breakfast is not bad

Hygienic: Hygiene and clean, kitchen refrigerators are cleaner

Environment: Located in downtown, convenient location, walking distance to convention center and park, but it is recommended not to choose a room close to the parking lot, it may be very noisy at night

Service: Good service, problem response is OK at a foreign speed

I observe location is key, when it comes to hotel, no matter the brand or hotel name, the location determines the luxurious settings

A great maintenance man is a hero. He was so kind and caring. Helped me retrieve my lost 1 earring in the suite early in the morning . We are so grateful for his service. Also, a Front Desk Representative did a fantastic job helped me left a message thank you so very much. I will stay here again for my next trip in San Diego. All of the staff here are very helpful and friendly.

Surprisingly good accommodation.. room was large with living area and all.. location was easy to find.. they have washing machine and dryer which is perfect.. make sure to include this place as mid point for your trip to wash clothes. Lol.. go full load.. 

Breakfast were included which was good.

This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in many times on business trips. The service is also very good. The key is that the front desk has IQ! If there is a chance, I will stay there again

I really liked the layout of the room and having a full kitchen with amenities was an absolute plus. Next time I would prepare a meal there.

The bathroom is also very big, just showering with the bathtub, the bathtub has no anti-slip mat, the daughter enters the slippery, and the lower jaw knocks on the bathtub and the bleeding is red and swollen. Nice stay experience. Very good value for money. The two Hilton hotels are next to each other, so you can save time by checking which one you booked before checking in. The facilities in the room are good. The highlight is that there is a small kitchen and refrigerator to cook your own meals. It is suitable for families to stay for a long time. However, the child said that the sofa bed was a bit collapsed and looked forward to improvement.

The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, the room is large, there are kitchen microwave facilities and other facilities. It is very convenient. There is a sofa bed. A family of three is enough to stay. Because it is winter, I can’t enjoy outdoor tennis and other sports facilities. The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the free parking space is sufficient, next to Burger King, Sam's boat restaurant, shell gas station. The surrounding environment is good and quiet (a few kilometers away from the city) is comfortable. Suitable for family living, different room types can accommodate 3-5 people (two large beds + sofa bed). Breakfast is also richer than similar hotels, and the price is very good!

Great service, but the parking fee is ridiculously high, $48.00 plus taxes is too much.

The suite hotel has a very good environment, breakfast is average, no extra beds, suitable for children, there is a swimming pool, the hotel is okay from the airport, 20 minutes by car, parking.

Our second year at this hotel. We love the amenities, the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds, the private suites, and the location plus they serve great breakfast and the staff is friendly! Will continue to book at this hotel!
