The nearest MRT station is Taipower Building Station.
It takes about 7–8 minutes to walk there; the distance might feel a bit long if you are carrying luggage. However, there is a bus stop near the hotel, making it convenient to get around by bus.
The room is much more spacious than expected and is kept clean and well-maintained.
It was great having supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

I knew the hotel was under renovation but still decided to stay, mostly out of nostalgia. So, I gave the environment and facilities a 4. However, the restaurant staff started clearing breakfast right on time (and they were very rude), which I found quite upsetting, so I gave service a 3. I hope for a better experience next time.

Nice and relax for family. Many indoor+outdoor activity
This hotel comes with private beach thats so perfect

Also close to kenting night by walk

Although the facilities of the Villa are relatively old, the environment is clean and there is no old musty smell.
It is very suitable for bringing your baby. There are independent beaches, sika deer feeding, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and you can play all day in the hotel
There are also free one-day tours or transfers for Villa customers, and those who do not drive can also enjoy Kenting.
Free dim sum is provided, and you can choose a variety of dining methods (buffet breakfast, Chinese or Western breakfast, lunch)
Overall very satisfied

I was very satisfied with this hotel. Its location near Kaohsiung's bustling Formosa Boulevard MRT station is excellent, with plenty of shops and businesses nearby, plus a large grocery store just across the street. The hotel's service truly felt five-star. While there isn't a grand lobby, the practical amenities, like the outdoor swimming pool, were fantastic. The breakfast was also great, and they even had ice cream!
