First, let's talk about the location: it's absolutely fantastic and super convenient. The subway station is right next to the hotel; just turn right when you exit, and you'll find Heiwado, Changsha Spring, Wangfujing, IFS, and the Pedestrian Street. Behind the hotel is Jiefang West, so you'll never be short of great food options like Zhang Jiawen and Ben Luobo. If you want to buy local specialties, the famous Hunan braised duck can be found right downstairs.

As for hygiene, it was pretty good. I was quite worried after reading some negative reviews before checking in. The room air wasn't particularly fresh, which I think is probably due to the small window opening and insufficient ventilation. However, the cleanliness wasn't as bad as some reviews claimed. Many negative reviews mentioned the paid toiletries, which cost 59 RMB. Personally, I think it's your own fault if you didn't see the clearly marked price of 59.9 RMB. And 59.9 RMB isn't as expensive as some bad reviews make it out to be, because it's not just a simple toothbrush and toothpaste. It also includes a disposable four-piece set and a few disposable towels. For that standard, the price is really fair. I certainly can't buy a set of toiletries of the same quality for 59 RMB.

The hotel's bedding was very comfortable, quite similar to the Atour bedding I use at home, perhaps even more comfortable. The hairdryer was a Laifen brand, which is a big plus for women.

The value for money is also excellent. We came for a concert during the Dragon Boat Festival, so holiday prices were slightly higher than usual. On weekdays, it seems to be priced at around 300-400 RMB, which is definitely worth it for this location and price point.

Of course, there are some minor complaints: the breakfast was indeed a bit disappointing. It felt like it was only worth about 20 to 30 RMB.

The hotel is conveniently located near Wuyi Square, and all the facilities are brand new. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, and they offer coffee. The room was exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here; I'll definitely book again on my next visit!

A huge thank you to floor manager Xiao Yin, who really saved me a lot of hassle! I did a lot of online souvenir shopping and had them shipped to the hotel, and since it was inconvenient for me to carry them around, Xiao Yin meticulously helped me collect and store them all, neatly categorizing them and notifying me when they arrived. I was initially worried about long queues for attraction reservations, but she proactively and patiently helped me book popular spots and even thoughtfully shared local tips to avoid peak crowds. She was incredibly responsive to my messages and always helpful without being intrusive. I felt warmly taken care of throughout my stay. The transportation, facilities, and service were all top-notch. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended! Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely look for Xiao Yin again.

The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located next to the Longhua subway station, which makes travel very convenient. It is close to the airport but far from the city, but the subway is very convenient. The hotel provided fruit upon check-in, and the breakfast was very complete and good, with attentive service. The facilities are a bit old but not a big deal, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend staying here.

The rooms facing Furong Road are lively and bustling, but can be a bit noisy. There are also rooms facing the small alleys of Beibei Street, which have a less impressive view but are incredibly quiet – it just depends on your preference. I chose a quiet one. The breakfast is fantastic, especially the Changsha alkaline noodles and rice noodles, which have been my favorites for years. This is an old-school high-end hotel in Changsha, and like a Ferrari, even when it's old, it's still a Ferrari!

I have to complain about Huatian management. As an old and luxury hotel, there is no concierge staff at the door. Take the child to pull the stroller and the suitcase. No one helped reception. After checking in, the concierge staff was asked to help send the luggage to the room, and the attitude was also general. There is a front desk in the lobby for check-out procedures, and there is no concierge person to help push the suitcase out. A person similar to the lobby manager asked a big man about the experience evaluation. I am such a big person with two babies than a man next to me should be conspicuous. No one came forward to help with the handle. Even when I didn't see it in the past, I didn't care about the feelings of the male guest. At that time, there were two of our guests in the lobby. 2. Poor hygiene, old facilities and old decoration. It is written on the Internet that it will open in 2022. In fact, it is a small-scale renovation. The lights are dim. Except for the large area, there is no advantage. Huatian will not come again

Very close to Snack Kingdom and not far from May Day Plaza, making it super convenient. The kids had a great time. We stayed at this hotel for a short trip and were very satisfied overall. The location is excellent, near a shopping district, making it easy to shop and dine. The room was clean and bright, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were highly professional and polite. The hallway was clean with no strange odors, and security was excellent. It offers great value for money, and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. It was perfect for resting after a tiring journey. This will be my top choice for future trips!

The lobby felt very upscale upon entering, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again next time – highly recommended! Every detail at the hotel was excellent and made me feel very well taken care of. It was a truly pleasant stay.

I am very satisfied with the hotel experience. The room layout is warm and comfortable, with complete facilities; the service team is warm and thoughtful, professional and meticulous; the breakfast selection is diverse, meeting different taste needs. The hotel has a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, and worry-free travel. The sanitation is excellent and clean everywhere. The price-performance ratio is very high, which makes people feel that it is worth the money. In general, this is an unforgettable accommodation experience, highly recommended!

The hotel should be renovated. Although it was renovated this year, the quality is a bit low. The door lock is broken and it took a long time to lock the chain. The room is generally okay, generally clean and hygienic, and the service attitude is also very good. Parking is a bit difficult on a slope, and there are many restaurants around, so it's okay.

Choosing the Huatian Hotel was perfect for our trip to Tianmen Mountain. The large, free parking lot was very convenient, and we could walk to the cable car station in just ten minutes. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Our room was spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering mountain views. It was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the hot water was consistent. The service was excellent; the assistant lobby manager was very efficient, helping us with luggage storage and tourist information. Breakfast included local specialties. The hotel also had a shop and a gym, and the public areas were spotless, making our stay very pleasant.

I had an outstanding stay, and Alex truly made the difference. From the moment I arrived, Alex was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was a local tip or a small request, Alex handled it with warmth and efficiency. Thanks to Alex, my experience was seamless and memorable. Five stars all the way!

This was our first stop in Zhangjiajie, and the hotel's location is super convenient, right on Wuling Road, very close to the East Gate – just a few minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets behind and to the left of the hotel, offering a great selection of local specialties. Across the road is a river, perfect for a stroll along the bank in the mornings and evenings; the gentle breeze is really pleasant. At night, the lights along the river are beautiful, and sometimes there are drone shows, which you can even see from the hotel. All the rooms have balconies with plenty of hangers, so you can easily dry clothes or just relax and sit outside. The hotel staff are very service-oriented; if you call the front desk for water or towels, they respond really quickly. All the front desk staff are very friendly, especially a young man surnamed Li – he's very clever and has a great attitude. It's definitely worth coming back here again.

An established hotel with excellent facilities and service. Its central location, right next to the bus station, makes getting around incredibly convenient. Breakfast was good, the environment was pleasant – overall, a truly perfect experience!
