I stayed at the Changsha Huatian Selected Hotel IFS store, and it was a good experience. The location is excellent, right next to the Wuyi Square subway exit. Downstairs is a food street, and you can walk directly to core shopping areas like Taiping Street and IFS. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were decent, with smart room control. The front desk service was good. Although the self-service breakfast area wasn't large, it had everything you'd expect, and the noodles were delicious. It's very good value for money for a stay in the city center. I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha!

I initially chose Changsha Wanmo Hotel because I was attending Nicholas Tse's concert in Changsha. The concert was at Helong Stadium, and the east gate of Helong Stadium is directly opposite Wanmo Hotel, a mere 5-minute walk to both the stadium and the 'Star City Eye' Ferris wheel – super convenient! After the concert, I could just walk straight back to the hotel; no need for taxis or fighting the subway, and no traffic jams, which was incredibly reassuring!

Stepping into the hotel, I was greeted by that lovely 'hotel scent' that I enjoy, and I also really liked the ambiance of the lobby. Personally, I think the hotel's location is superb; it's very easy to get around. Houjiatang Station on Metro Lines 1 and 3 is about a 10-minute walk away, making it convenient to reach Wuyi Square, IFS, Orange Isle, Huangxing Street, and other attractions.

The smart voice assistant 'Xiaodu' in the room controls the lights, curtains, and TV, and the air conditioning. There's no need for a key card to activate electricity, and amenities include a smart beauty mirror and wireless charging.

The hotel breakfast is a major highlight! It's served until 1:30 PM, so there's no need to rush to eat early. It's a comprehensive buffet with both Chinese and Western options, including freshly grilled steaks, Changsha rice noodles, stinky tofu, pastries, fruits, and a full range of beverages. A special thank you to the breakfast restaurant staff; every day, they reminded us about the complimentary steak set, and their service was thoughtful and attentive. Also, thanks to the front desk staff for extending our check-out time to 2:30 PM.

Overall, I love the hotel's industrial design, smart room features, extended brunch hours, and attentive service. It's perfect for tourists and concert-goers, offering great value for money. The next time I visit Changsha, I will definitely choose Changsha Wanmo Hotel again.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Wuyi business district. The lobby environment is elegant and comfortable, giving a great impression. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the staff's service is very attentive. Highly recommended. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options.

Visited Orange Isle and paid respects to the great leader's statue. Afterwards, I took metro Line 2 directly to Yuanjialing Station, exited from Exit 1, and walked nine minutes to Hunan Huatian Hotel. The hotel itself has a rich heritage, and the public areas are spacious and grand. The front desk lady, Xiao Tong, kindly upgraded my room for free – kudos to her! The room was meticulously prepared, with excellent attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. All the amenities were comprehensive and easy to use, providing a comfortable experience. The hotel is centrally located yet quiet; the room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Assistant Lobby Manager Xiao Yang was professional and attentive, responding promptly to requests. There are many great dining options nearby, such as Tianqu Garden (Changsha cuisine) which has a rating of 4.8 and is just a few minutes' walk away. This hotel is suitable for both leisure and business travel. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Changsha.

I chose Xiangjiang Huatian for my business trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Its central location makes commuting easy, and on-site parking is convenient. The in-room Wi-Fi is stable, perfect for both work and relaxation. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were smooth, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the gym and pool were great for unwinding after work. The staff was professional and polite, handling all my meeting and accommodation needs perfectly. It's an excellent choice for business travelers.

The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located next to the Longhua subway station, which makes travel very convenient. It is close to the airport but far from the city, but the subway is very convenient. The hotel provided fruit upon check-in, and the breakfast was very complete and good, with attentive service. The facilities are a bit old but not a big deal, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend staying here.

Big thumbs up to this hotel! The environment is lovely. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and provided excellent service, even upgrading our room. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing – even the kids want to go back! My daughter accidentally dropped her dinosaur toy during breakfast, and when we inquired at noon, it turns out the breakfast reception had kept it safe for us. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness really impressed us.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with superb facilities and a newly renovated environment. The overall experience was fantastic! 👍 Xiao Chen provided excellent service, arranging a comfortable and quiet room that was meticulously cleaned. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was very generous. Parking is convenient, and there are many places to eat nearby. It's close to Songya Lake for a walk, and there are tea shops and a small supermarket on the first floor – very convenient.

I have to complain about Huatian management. As an old and luxury hotel, there is no concierge staff at the door. Take the child to pull the stroller and the suitcase. No one helped reception. After checking in, the concierge staff was asked to help send the luggage to the room, and the attitude was also general. There is a front desk in the lobby for check-out procedures, and there is no concierge person to help push the suitcase out. A person similar to the lobby manager asked a big man about the experience evaluation. I am such a big person with two babies than a man next to me should be conspicuous. No one came forward to help with the handle. Even when I didn't see it in the past, I didn't care about the feelings of the male guest. At that time, there were two of our guests in the lobby. 2. Poor hygiene, old facilities and old decoration. It is written on the Internet that it will open in 2022. In fact, it is a small-scale renovation. The lights are dim. Except for the large area, there is no advantage. Huatian will not come again

Returning to my alma mater, Central South University of Forestry and Technology, for a class reunion, I searched online for nearby hotels. Cheap options were unappealing, and expensive ones were unaffordable. Just as I was wondering where to stay, I checked Ctrip and found a recommended new hotel under the local Huatian Hotel Group. Thinking it couldn't be bad, I booked it.

Facilities: I was initially in a rush 😣 and couldn't find the main gate. It was hidden deep within a large courtyard, the environment was incredibly beautiful, with birdsong and fragrant flowers. The room facilities were relatively new and odorless. The hotel receptionist was incredibly enthusiastic, recommending amenities like a gym, ping-pong table, and a self-service laundry room.

Cleanliness: I was initially worried about the smell from the new renovations, but there was no paint odor. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was very clean. There were no unwanted cards or anything like that.

Environment: The most surprising thing was that the staff told me you could book a fishing trip in the courtyard pond 🎣, but unfortunately, I didn't join... so... This is hardly a Huatian Select Hotel! My classmate came to the hotel to see me and asked if I had someone help me arrange it. It felt like a state guesthouse compound; the environment was really nice.

Service: As for the service, I felt they were a bit too enthusiastic, overly friendly, and down-to-earth. Their main focus was on being ”genuine”—this is a well-known Hunan brand hotel after all. Small gifts, fruits, snacks, and lattes ☕️ made me feel instantly pampered; burp…I felt so full. Overall, it was very nice, especially considering the really good price. It's conveniently located right next to Central South University of Forestry and Technology. The hotel service was unexpectedly good, warmly attentive and considerate. Highly recommended! 👍

This is an exceptionally well-managed and large-scale hotel. From its facilities and equipment to its hygiene and service, everything is set up to meet the standards and hardware requirements of a star-rated hotel. This immediately put me at ease upon checking in. First, the location is excellent; it's right across from the Civic Square, not too far from Dayong Ancient City and the 72 Qi Lou, and a taxi ride to the West Station isn't far either. Second, the hotel is closest to Tianmen Center, with many restaurants nearby. Third, the front desk handled check-in quickly and professionally, the service was good, and the hygiene was also very good. I stayed for 2 nights and had an excellent experience. It truly feels like the hotel's management and service are top-notch, making it highly recommended.

This was our first stop in Zhangjiajie, and the hotel's location is super convenient, right on Wuling Road, very close to the East Gate – just a few minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets behind and to the left of the hotel, offering a great selection of local specialties. Across the road is a river, perfect for a stroll along the bank in the mornings and evenings; the gentle breeze is really pleasant. At night, the lights along the river are beautiful, and sometimes there are drone shows, which you can even see from the hotel. All the rooms have balconies with plenty of hangers, so you can easily dry clothes or just relax and sit outside. The hotel staff are very service-oriented; if you call the front desk for water or towels, they respond really quickly. All the front desk staff are very friendly, especially a young man surnamed Li – he's very clever and has a great attitude. It's definitely worth coming back here again.

I had an outstanding stay, and Alex truly made the difference. From the moment I arrived, Alex was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was a local tip or a small request, Alex handled it with warmth and efficiency. Thanks to Alex, my experience was seamless and memorable. Five stars all the way!

The experience of staying at Loudi 418 Huatian Hotel is very satisfactory! The hotel is located in the city center, convenient to travel, and convenient to eat and go shopping around. Special thanks to the front desk Xiao Kuang, the service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in efficiency is very high, the people are kind and polite, and the questions are patiently answered, making people feel at home. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, the facilities were relatively complete, the sound insulation was good, and the rest was good at night. The overall environment of the hotel is atmospheric, the breakfast variety is very rich, and the price is very high. I will choose here next time.

Booked a parent-child room, the room is very large, one big and one small two beds, the room environment and style are very good, there are children's slippers and toothbrushes, these four are very satisfied. The room has a children's area and there is a small children's playground next to the breakfast room. Children can play there after breakfast. I am very satisfied with this!!
The service is very good, every time you enter and exit the staff will be enthusiastic to say hello, and you can respond in time if you have any questions.
Guaranteed late check-out until 14:00: due to the itinerary problem, the front desk also gave me a free half-hour late check-out.

There was a huge soccer game going on a the stadium next door which was cool to see but traffic in and out was a little inconvenient. Overall the room was clean but not the cleanest I’ve seen. I loved the projected in the room and was able to enjoy a couple movies. Breakfast was weak, the noodles were not up to Hunan rice noodle standards and there wasn’t much of an extra selection. When my wife arrived there was no one at the front desk at all and no one in site to help her get upstairs in the elevator or deal with her check in.
