I had a fantastic stay here in 2023, and it was just as great this time! The room was super spacious, over 50 square meters, and very clean and tidy. The service was warm and attentive, and they even had popular local snacks like Cha Yan Yue Se in the room. In the evenings, there were desserts, and breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is absolutely prime – right in the heart of everything. You step out, and you're on a pedestrian street and at the subway station. The stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it! 👍 I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. 😘😘😘

We stayed here as we were running the Changsha marathon. Hotel is located right next to the start of the marathon. If you are looking for a western breakfast, this is not the hotel for you. Shops and malls are a walking distance away. 

Staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay.

Treasure Hotel has done a great job in details. There is nothing wrong with it. Massage, dining and fitness are not a problem in the hotel. The mattress is very comfortable and it is also a massage bed. Recommended stay experience

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had. From front service to cleaning service, all are very professional, customer-friendly, and respectful. BTW, the breakfast was excellent and well worth the price!

The hotel should be renovated. Although it was renovated this year, the quality is a bit low. The door lock is broken and it took a long time to lock the chain. The room is generally okay, generally clean and hygienic, and the service attitude is also very good. Parking is a bit difficult on a slope, and there are many restaurants around, so it's okay.

The front desk staff is good. Free breakfast is provided. There are welcome fruits when you check in. The breakfast is a buffet with rich variety. The environment is also very good. I will choose this hotel next time. It is very convenient to go out to the subway station Line 6.

The hotel is opposite the Helong Stadium. It is very convenient to see the concert and stay at this hotel. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the infield.

The layout of the room is a bit special. The sink is in the middle of the room. The shower room is divided into two toilets. The water may leak to the outside floor during the shower. You need to put the towel to absorb water outside. After taking a shower, you must wear clothes in the wet shower room. Because a bunch of doors have come out and have already faced the sink mirror, the design is a bit strange, if you live with a friend, it is not convenient.

I want to like the mattress and pillows are comfortable.

In terms of service, because I am not used to people having an aunt to clean the room, I have pressed Do Not Disturb for a long time, but every day, an aunt calls to ask if it is really not necessary to clean, and once I was awakened when I was sleeping. This ... I don’t know what the meaning of pressing Do Not Disturb is 😅

I checked in at the hotel at 12 o'clock. Xiao Yu at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Seeing that I brought two children, she helped me upgrade the room for free and also helped me arrange the hot spring package and breakfast for three people. Very considerate. After all, it is an old five-star hotel. Although it is a bit old, the hygiene and service are in place.

My wife was on a few business trips in Changsha and was arranged at the hotel. The impression was good, so this time I drove south to Changsha and naturally chose modern Huatian.
    The front desk clerk was professional and enthusiastic. When checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Yan upgraded the booked room and sent a fruit plate to the room. The attentive and thoughtful service made us feel at home and brought a pleasant stay.

The hotel has convenient transportation. There is a large shopping mall just a few minutes away. It is very close to the museum, Kaifu Temple and Orange Island. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. Any needs can be handled and followed up in time. I am very lucky to choose Huayue Sunshine and have a pleasant trip in Changsha. Perfect thumbs up!

Our recent trip to Zhangjiajie, visiting the Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area, was made even better by our stay at the Huatian Hotel. Every aspect of the hotel left us thoroughly impressed. Its prime location right by the lower station of the Tianmen Mountain cable car made getting around incredibly convenient.

The hotel boasts luxurious and grand decor, with excellent facilities. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Upon check-in, the front desk even upgraded our room for free! We had a stunning view of Tianmen Mountain right from our window, which was beautiful.

Breakfast was abundant and delicious; the rice noodles, in particular, were fantastic – highly recommend them! We also enjoyed several meals at the hotel's restaurant. Both the dishes and the flavors were far superior to any outside restaurants, and the prices were very reasonable.

The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was impressively spacious, with separate areas for the sink, shower, bathtub, and toilet, which was fantastic for privacy and convenience. The room also featured a private walk-in closet, which was a nice touch. Essentially, everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping is available within the hotel itself. For anyone visiting Zhangjiajie, choosing Huatian is an absolute steal!

I literally cannot express how amazing my stay was! From the moment I checked in, to the moment I checked out. 
Clean rooms, excellent view, absolute brilliant location. 

I was supposed to stay for two nights, however I extended my stay to 4 nights total! That’s how amazing this hotel is! 100/10 ✨


Special thanks to the amazing front desk staff TON! And everyone honestly were so welcoming and supportive! They make everything easy and smooth! Nothing was complicated at all! Although I had concerns regarding the language barrier, but they can speak very well English!

The hotel environment is exceptionally good, meeting the standards of a state guesthouse. The greenery coverage here is very high, and the rooms are meticulously clean, spacious, and bright. The hotel even upgraded our room, which came with a small balcony. The hotel's location is a huge advantage, being only a 5-6 minute walk from the East Gate of the scenic area and very close to Charming Xiangxi. Special thanks to the hotel staff, Xiao Wu and Supervisor Luo, for their warm and thoughtful service. I was traveling with seniors, and I appreciate their care. If I ever have the chance to visit Zhangjiajie again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I hope the hotel continues to thrive, and here's to a successful 2025! 👍

The whole family traveled, the traffic jam accident came here, the two dogs were very satisfied, after the stay, they were not too happy, played several rolls on the ground, constantly expressed their love, took our whole family happy 😊

The hotel should be an old hotel with new decoration. The front desk service is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the room decoration is simple, the breakfast variety is slightly less, and it feels a little lacking to match the Huatian Hotel. It is a comparison with the Huatian Hotel I stayed in before.

I have lived in the big hotels in Wuyuan. Huatian facilities are a bit old and have been refurbished, but the price is very high. It is worthy of this price. The front desk service is good. In addition, parking is more convenient.
