The location is fantastic! Whenever we got tired from exploring, we could just pop back to the hotel for a rest. It's clean and comfortable. My only minor gripe is that the hallway perfume was a bit too strong. When you're traveling, location is key, and this place delivers. There are so many popular spots nearby, you can even queue up for them in advance.

Pros: First, the breakfast was delicious. Second, I booked this hotel to see a concert, and it's super convenient – just a two-minute walk, then through an underpass, and you're at the main entrance of Helong Stadium in about 5 minutes. Perfect for concerts, as you can get back and rest quickly after the show. However, it's not particularly close to the subway station, about a 15-minute walk.

Cons: First, there's an air conditioning control panel in the room, but it's actually a central AC system, so you can't change the temperature or mode; you can only turn it on or off. I set it to 16 degrees for cooling, but it was blowing hot air because the hotel's central system was set to heating. No one told me about this AC issue; I only found out after calling room service. I spent the whole night sweating. Second, the overhead warm lighting at the vanity makes it very difficult to do makeup.

I'm really disappointed that for over 500 a night, I couldn't even control the AC.

The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located next to the Longhua subway station, which makes travel very convenient. It is close to the airport but far from the city, but the subway is very convenient. The hotel provided fruit upon check-in, and the breakfast was very complete and good, with attentive service. The facilities are a bit old but not a big deal, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend staying here.

The Hunan Huatian Hotel is an established five-star hotel with a great location. It’s convenient to get to major attractions by taxi or subway, just a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 2. It takes about 15 minutes by subway to Wuyi Square and Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, and the Hunan Provincial Museum is about 5 kilometers away by taxi. For this trip to Changsha, I chose a room in Block B, which had been recently renovated. The room was around 35 square meters, very comfortable, and had a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and drained well, which was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue every evening. The room was soundproof, the bedding was comfortable, and having direct drinking water was very convenient. The staff on the 13th floor, Ms. Yang and Ms. Dai, were very kind and provided excellent cleaning service. Since it was the Dragon Boat Festival, they even gave us sachets and a late-night snack of tremella soup, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western options, as well as local Hunan noodles. I highly recommend staying here.

This trip was to attend the meeting and chose to stay at Huatian Hotel.
The room was very clean and snacks and drinks were also delivered. The bathroom is also comfortable.
In addition, Xiaowan at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, friendly and patient, efficient and meticulous, courteous, people feel very comfortable and intimate, professional and warm heart.
Overall it feels good, I hope the hotel will maintain this level.

After comparing several hotels, I finally settled on this one. The value for money is absolutely incredible, and there were no hidden costs throughout my stay. The hotel offers a free gym and self-service laundry facilities, making it perfect for both short trips and longer stays. Housekeeping cleans the rooms meticulously every day, getting into every corner and crevice. The air conditioning maintains a stable temperature, and the thick blackout curtains ensure undisturbed rest, whether for a nap or overnight sleep. Service is prompt and responsive, and the environment is clean and comfortable. You get five-star quality for an affordable price. I genuinely recommend it!

First time in Changsha! I booked this hotel to see Joker Xue's concert at Helong Stadium, and it was incredibly convenient and close by. My child was able to crash right across the street after the show. Our flight landed early, and we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 AM. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and allowed us to check in immediately, which was a huge relief after an early morning flight – really appreciated that! The complimentary fruit and bottled water were also a nice touch, and the room itself was wonderfully quiet.

The lobby felt very upscale upon entering, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again next time – highly recommended! Every detail at the hotel was excellent and made me feel very well taken care of. It was a truly pleasant stay.

The hotel should be renovated. Although it was renovated this year, the quality is a bit low. The door lock is broken and it took a long time to lock the chain. The room is generally okay, generally clean and hygienic, and the service attitude is also very good. Parking is a bit difficult on a slope, and there are many restaurants around, so it's okay.

I am very satisfied with the hotel experience. The room layout is warm and comfortable, with complete facilities; the service team is warm and thoughtful, professional and meticulous; the breakfast selection is diverse, meeting different taste needs. The hotel has a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, and worry-free travel. The sanitation is excellent and clean everywhere. The price-performance ratio is very high, which makes people feel that it is worth the money. In general, this is an unforgettable accommodation experience, highly recommended!

Overall it was a good choice if you decide to stay in zhangjaje city rather than in the village close to the park. Just about 10 min by taxi to zhangjaje xi railway station and 40 min to east gate of main national park. Walkable to cableway to tianmen mountain, 8-10 min by taxi to fox fairy show or 72 wonder building. Lots of shopping and dining options around. My room on 16 floor had a great river view. Room was huge, good condition, comfy bed, fringe and in room safe available. Cleanliness was acceptable. Breakfast quite good. Two issues - they took RMB 200 deposit for the room, which is weird for a 5 star hotel. This is less than $30 anyway - what kind of damage it is supposed to cover? My main disappointment though was absence of laundry room - as opposed to hotel description on trip com. They actually charge for laundry per item and it is not cheap at all. In China I normally stay in 4-5 star rated hotels, and for the first time I couldn't do my laundry using free machines provided by hotel.

Great staying in Sunshine hotel. When we arrived, it was raining, their staffs made our staying indeed “sunshine”. Alex and Fanny were really kind and willing to introduce Zhangjiajie. We even followed Alex’s suggestion went to Furong village and Fox show. Breakfast selection is huge, all staffs are kind, especially Wang Jie, she helped us to write down our wishes for the year of the Horse as well :)

😍 The facilities are complete and have everything you need! The room's decor and layout are exquisite, making it feel warm and comfortable. The hygiene is also excellent; every corner is spotless. The environment is lovely, with beautiful scenery outside the window. The staff's attitude is superb, and their service is attentive and enthusiastic. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with subway and bus stops nearby, making it super easy to get around and explore! [Service bell] The moment the service bell rings, a staff member appears right in front of you. 👌🏻

I stayed for four days because I was very satisfied. The room was very spacious, the whole house was smart and convenient. The hotel staff were also very enthusiastic and very satisfied. Special praise is given for providing disposable toilet pads and laifen hair dryers. The wind is very strong and not fixed on the wall.

The room was very comfortable, and the receptionist, Xiao Hu, checked me in quickly and provided excellent service, even offering complimentary fruit. The hotel has a well-equipped gym. The breakfast was plentiful, and the parking lot was large and convenient. There's a river nearby, offering beautiful scenery; I recommend staying here.
