The location is fantastic! Whenever we got tired from exploring, we could just pop back to the hotel for a rest. It's clean and comfortable. My only minor gripe is that the hallway perfume was a bit too strong. When you're traveling, location is key, and this place delivers. There are so many popular spots nearby, you can even queue up for them in advance.

I chose this hotel for its excellent location, and this is my third stay. I'm in Changsha almost every week, so I've stayed in many hotels here. Although the room on this third visit was older than the previous two, my experience was actually better. I checked in quite late, and when I entered the room, I noticed the duvet corner was neatly pulled back – I usually hate it when the duvet is just thrown on the bed. The slippers were also tidily arranged, and there was even fruit provided. For someone arriving late, these small touches of warmth are truly appreciated 👍. It's an older hotel, and you can tell the facilities were once quite grand.

Stayed for a few days, and overall it was a good experience! Even though the room attendants were a bit older, their attitude was excellent! They were very diligent and efficient in their work, definitely worth a thumbs up!

It was quite convenient to get around. On the second night, when I returned around 9 PM, my room key card wouldn't open the door, but the hotel promptly came to fix it, and the service was pretty good. Whatever requests I had, they were usually able to resolve them.

Perhaps due to the weather, on the last day, I found a few small bugs crawling in the bathroom.

First time in Changsha! I booked this hotel to see Joker Xue's concert at Helong Stadium, and it was incredibly convenient and close by. My child was able to crash right across the street after the show. Our flight landed early, and we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 AM. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and allowed us to check in immediately, which was a huge relief after an early morning flight – really appreciated that! The complimentary fruit and bottled water were also a nice touch, and the room itself was wonderfully quiet.

The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located next to the Longhua subway station, which makes travel very convenient. It is close to the airport but far from the city, but the subway is very convenient. The hotel provided fruit upon check-in, and the breakfast was very complete and good, with attentive service. The facilities are a bit old but not a big deal, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend staying here.

Though small, it has all the essentials! This was our third stop on our road trip from Beijing to Sanya, and we chose to rest in Changsha. Finding pet-friendly hotels is always a challenge with our dogs, so Wanmo was an incredibly wise choice! The room isn't huge, but it's very thoughtfully decorated. The smart controls were perfect for my lazy self 😂, though the lack of a smart toilet was a minor drawback. Breakfast, while not extensive, was of excellent quality. The fact that breakfast runs until 1:30 PM means you can truly enjoy a leisurely brunch, which is a wonderful boost to travel happiness. The laundry room and gym facilities were clean and tidy – a huge plus! The reading room was brightly lit, and the book selection, though small, was excellent and exactly to my taste. Thanks to the rain, we got to stay an extra day and experience Wanmo a bit longer.

不得不吐槽一下華天管理。作為一個老牌和豪華型酒店，1、 門口沒有禮賓部人員。帶着孩子拉着嬰兒車和行李箱。沒有任何人幫忙接待。在辦理登記入住後，要求禮賓人員幫忙送行李到房間，態度也是一般般。退房辦手續大堂衹有前台，沒有禮賓部人幫忙搭把手把行李箱推出去。有個類似大堂經理的人就在溜鬚拍馬的問一個大男人體驗評價。我這麼大個人帶着兩娃比旁邊一個男人應該顯眼吧。愣是沒一個人上前幫忙搭把手。甚至就在旁邊過去都當沒看到，衹在乎那個男客人的感受。當時大堂衹有我們兩個客人。2、衞生方面差，設施老舊，裝修老舊。網上寫着 2022 年開業。其實衹是小規模翻新。燈光昏暗。除了面積大，沒什麼優勢。華天系不會再來了

This hotel is ideal for onsen lovers. The onsen here is phenomenal with many different flavoured hot spring pools. Very relaxing. And this area is accessible by bus from Changsha, around 1hr 45 min. The hotel room is spacious with personal hot spring dipping tub. And the food at the restaurant delicious.

The hotel is easy to find, the room is clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit slow to heat, and the sound insulation is not good. I heard the noise from the next room around 11 o'clock this morning. Fortunately, the child was wearing headphones and watching the phone, otherwise it would be really embarrassing. The breakfast is so-so

The hotel has convenient transportation. There is a large shopping mall just a few minutes away. It is very close to the museum, Kaifu Temple and Orange Island. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. Any needs can be handled and followed up in time. I am very lucky to choose Huayue Sunshine and have a pleasant trip in Changsha. Perfect thumbs up!

The primium room, Toilet, bath room and bed are very big and comfortable, decoration is still ok while it is old. Window View is attractive city view. Breakfast is ok. The problem is that mobile phone purchased oversea cannot access room wifi, Also due to whether temperature, Guest cannot set the temperature of room and only fan function can be set, the air circulation is not enough. Above issued are confirmed by hotel staff. Finally, the escalators always generate loud kick sound during move even guest stay in floor lift lobby which may caused some guest feel scared as she dont know what the sound come from initially.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We booked eight rooms and a mahjong room. The mahjong room is actually a suite, it's huge, and the mahjong tiles are big. The hotel even adjusts the mahjong machine program based on the type of mahjong you want to play and assigns the corresponding room. The regular rooms are also exceptionally spacious and very new. It's also very close to Tianmen Mountain, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich. Highly recommend!

This hotel is conveniently located near the East Gate of Wulingyuan, making it incredibly easy to get around. The Chinese-style courtyard offers an elegant atmosphere, and the rooms are clean and quiet. Some room types even feature a balcony with a view. The service is attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of authentic dishes. Overall, it's great value for money, and free parking is available for those driving.

This experience really exceeded expectations. 418 Huatian newly renovated a batch of smart voice rooms. The decoration style is exactly the modern style I like. The voice in the whole house is really too fragrant. Open the curtains when you shout. The air conditioner switches the lights. The room is clean and tidy for lazy people like me. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The front desk service was warm, the check-in and check-out were very fast, and the details were done in place (the invoice was carefully asked if the invoice message was correct, whether the remarks were required, the email address was received, etc.) and the price was high. I will choose here next time and I really recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast: rich variety, a lot of Chinese and Western combination! There are also special Hunan local flavor rice noodles and stir-fried vegetables! Rare breakfast is so rich! The coffee is a bit too sour. It is recommended that coffee beans change to low-acid varieties!
Bed: The room is wide and the bed is hard enough and very comfortable! Although the bathroom and bathroom are separated from wet and dry, the toilet is not separated by partitions, and the design is very tasteless...

Facilities: However, the gym on the 3rd floor is very professional, and friends who like sports are available at level 4! The heating is very powerful!

This stay experience really exceeded expectations, and must give a big praise! The location of the hotel is very superior, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding eating and shopping are very convenient. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and stylish, and the mahjong room is also equipped with a fresh air system, which is not too good. The most surprising thing is that the sanitary condition is excellent, the sheets and quilts are white and odorless, and the details are spotless. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful and the check-in speed was very fast. The overall stay is very comfortable and will highly recommend it to friends!

The decoration style is still very like, simple and modern, the bedding is relatively clean, the daughter's favorite is the tent and slide, the small suggestion is that the air conditioner is still very loud and noisy, it will be hot if it is not turned on, and the others are quite good.
