I stayed at the Huatian Select Hotel (Changsha Wuyi Square IFS Guojin Center store), and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by all sorts of food streets. You can find many local snacks within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. This is a huge plus for travelers who love to explore and try local cuisine.

The room was clean and tidy, with all the essential amenities, and the check-in process was smooth. The only minor issue was that my room faced the main road, so there was a bit of noise at night, but it was tolerable and didn't disrupt my sleep. If you're sensitive to outside noise, I'd recommend requesting an inner or higher-floor room in advance.

Overall, the hotel boasts a prime location and great accessibility to nearby conveniences, making it an ideal base in the Wuyi Square area of Changsha. If I visit Changsha again, especially for its food streets and shopping convenience, this hotel would still be a solid choice.

The front desk staff is good. Free breakfast is provided. There are welcome fruits when you check in. The breakfast is a buffet with rich variety. The environment is also very good. I will choose this hotel next time. It is very convenient to go out to the subway station Line 6.

The hotel should be renovated. Although it was renovated this year, the quality is a bit low. The door lock is broken and it took a long time to lock the chain. The room is generally okay, generally clean and hygienic, and the service attitude is also very good. Parking is a bit difficult on a slope, and there are many restaurants around, so it's okay.

This time, I drove with my family and the hotel parking was convenient, the lobby service staff was enthusiastic, and the room was very satisfactory! The only drawback is that the hotel's Chinese dishes are a little less. It would be better if this aspect could be strengthened! In short, I manually give a big thumbs up 👍👍👍

The hotel is opposite the Helong Stadium. It is very convenient to see the concert and stay at this hotel. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the infield.

The layout of the room is a bit special. The sink is in the middle of the room. The shower room is divided into two toilets. The water may leak to the outside floor during the shower. You need to put the towel to absorb water outside. After taking a shower, you must wear clothes in the wet shower room. Because a bunch of doors have come out and have already faced the sink mirror, the design is a bit strange, if you live with a friend, it is not convenient.

I want to like the mattress and pillows are comfortable.

In terms of service, because I am not used to people having an aunt to clean the room, I have pressed Do Not Disturb for a long time, but every day, an aunt calls to ask if it is really not necessary to clean, and once I was awakened when I was sleeping. This ... I don’t know what the meaning of pressing Do Not Disturb is 😅

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Housekeeping staff 张阿姨 and enjoying a comfortable room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's convenient location and excellent facilities added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Jin Yuan Sunshine Hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had. From front service to cleaning service, all are very professional, customer-friendly, and respectful. BTW, the breakfast was excellent and well worth the price!

Will definitely consider booking this hotel again if visiting Chang Sha next time.

是很聽勸的酒店。定之前看到差評説房間的充電寶需要收費啊，馬桶墊也要收費，各種小細節都要收費。這次住了以後發現一次性馬桶墊上面的標簽架被撕掉了，沒有收費，房間裏面也沒有提供充電寶了，是**的充電寶集中放在過道里掃碼領取。你去的時候房間沒有出來，免費升級成了套房，五一期間400多住到大套房還是很爽的。附近比較離市區比較遠，但是有地鐵也挺方便開車自駕的話停車免費。老牌五星重新裝修環境還是不錯的。

My stay in Zhangjiajie this time exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway A line, and it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. I stayed in a river view room, and at night, I could even see the beautifully lit Ancient City of Dayong, which was incredibly pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, so I slept really well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in was quick, and they even proactively recommended local specialties and gave us small gifts. The breakfast selection was rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The lobby thoughtfully provided ginger tea and oolong tea, which was a nice touch! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Zhangjiajie. Highly recommend it to everyone!

We booked this hotel since it was closer to Tiamen mountain. Unfortunately the hotel is very far away from everything else and you don’t have any restaurants nearby except for the hotel restaurant. 

When we booked this hotel we got an offer to get: 

1 craftsman beer
100 yuan in didi tickets 
2 tickets to an exhibition. 

Even these we never received, the 100 yuan in didi (taxi) tickets we got when we asked for them and showed them the booking information and even though they saw the booking information in Chinese the didn’t get us the offer that we had paid for. 

When we arrived at the hotel which is very grand and look very nice upon arrival they greeted us at the car which is expected for a hotel that grand but that was only the first day they did that. All other times when we got to the hotel no one greeted us, they were all busy talking to each other instead. 

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and even though we booked a family room where they know 4 people was staying they gave us only amenities such as towels etc for 2 people so every day we needed to wait and ask for 2 more towels before we took a shower. 

We also booked excursions through the hotel to visit Grand Canyon and also Tiamen mountain and paid over 1600 yuan for the whole family with everything included. When we came to Grand Canyon we couldn’t experience what we were there for (the zipline) because it had weight restrictions and when we contacted the sales person from the hotel she didn’t take any responsibility and just blamed everything else instead of saying that she was sorry. The day after we visited Tiamen mountain and here we had also booked a ticket that should have included everything and when we came there it was hidden fees that the sales person from the hotel hadn’t told us. When we contacted her again it was the same response that she blamed everything else instead of taking responsibility for that she hadn’t told us everything that she needed to tell us. 

No compensation was given by the hotel and no excuse. When we checked ut the staff said that they would be happy if we could give them a 5 star review and my response was that I will give you a review but it’s not going to be 5 star. When they asked us explain why we did and they blamed it on the language barrier which I don’t buy since all the messages and sales were done through translation app and also through WeChat were you can translate into your own language. It would have been so easy for the hotel to say I’m sorry and for example as a compensation from us you can go down to the buffé restaurant to eat dinner but instead they blamed everything else! 

We are world travelers and have been to different cities both in China and also in different country’s around the world and this is one of the hotel were we feel that they had the worst service we have experienced. When we’re coming back we will not stay here again! A fancy hotel that can not live up to the expectations.

This guesthouse is absolutely fantastic! My family of three stayed in a third-floor room with a balcony, and the view was superb. In the morning, opening the balcony window, Zhangjiajie's peaks were right before our eyes! Clouds swirled around the mountain tops, like an ink wash painting, so breathtaking that our whole family let out a collective 'wow'. We just sat in the lounge chairs, lost in thought, admiring the mountains – we didn't even want to touch our phones! The small garden in the courtyard was exquisite and well-maintained. In the evening, we enjoyed a late-night snack at the round table in the hallway; it was convenient and prevented food smells from getting into the room. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the rice noodles were delicious! Wulingyuan was about a 5-minute taxi ride away, and the 'Charming Xiangxi' show was just a 5-minute walk. The location was incredibly convenient. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it for families with kids!

A very satisfying stay experience. The hotel is very close to the airport and high-speed rail station. It is also very convenient for eating and shopping. There are many shopping malls. The staff member Xiao Chen is very enthusiastic and provided a rich breakfast. He also helped to upgrade the room. It is large and comfortable. It's quiet. The cleaning lady is very considerate and provides abundant fruits. The lady at the front desk is very professional and issues tickets quickly. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I go on a business trip.
