Surprising praise. The area is large. Completely furnished. It should have been renovated in recent years, more modern, and it is more convenient to take a taxi. Just near Premium outlet

Was initially worried because of the mixed reviews online but I got to say, I’m so glad I took a chance with this hotel. It has gone beyond our expectations and we would love to be back. We stayed there as a group of 6 for one night. The room was more than spacious to accommodate us. Hospitality was excellent and breakfast spread was good. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed at Hyatt House Orlando on a quick business trip and it did the job well. Room was clean, spacious, and had a proper work desk with plenty of outlets—easy to finish reports after meetings. Wi-Fi stayed solid for long Teams calls, and the 24-hour business center was handy for quick prints. Hot breakfast (omelet bar is a nice touch) meant I could grab food and go. Location’s practical: about 10 minutes to the convention center and 15-20 to the airport, so ride-shares stayed cheap. Staff handled a package delivery and late checkout smoothly. Overall, good value and a comfortable base for work in Orlando. I’d stay again.

Easy to check in. Clean lobby and room. We needed accommodation due to the beds only having down pillows and duvet cover. So we called down and within minutes someone was there to perform the full swap. I tried to assist but she just waved me aside. I would have only slowed her down for sure. LOL

The staff on both days were excellent when above and beyond made my stay feeling very welcome and comfortable to stay at the hotel    I didn’t catch the girls name on Friday. I was at the front desk, but she was absolutely wonderful and very pleasant to deal with. I wish I wrote down her name but my stupidity I forgot ￼￼

The soundproofing effect of the room is not good, you can hear others meeting in the middle of the night, very noisy

Great staff and breakfast had variety and was good quality. It was quiet and clean

Great gym, beautiful pool, beautiful common area, this is a really great hotel with nice amenities! They have convenient laundry for guests. The only thing missing is I wish I had been some bottled water provided in the room and I wish they had been daily turn down service, but maybe that is because of the pandemic? It was all great otherwise.
