Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. The staff were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Rooms were very clean. Service was very good, every time we needed something, Guest Services were very prompt and responsive. Location wise, I loved it. It is a little far from the city but with the extensive public transport system at Stratford, getting around was very easy. Around the hotel, there’s also loads of food and shopping options. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay with great service efficiency and comfort. We had two minor hiccups (extra breakfast charge & cold AC), but both were resolved on the same day by the front desk and maintenance team—very professional. Daily housekeeping was meticulous: personal items neatly placed back, towels replenished, and free toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.) available for daily pickup. The room had no odor, the water pressure was strong and clear, and we slept great in the clean, cozy environment. Highly recommend!

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is a great choice if you prefer a quiet and peaceful location while still staying well connected to central London. The surroundings are calm, making it ideal for families or travelers who want to relax after a busy day in the city.

In terms of accessibility, the hotel is about a 5-minute walk to the underground station, which makes getting around London very convenient. The bus station is roughly a 15-minute walk, which is manageable, especially if you enjoy a bit of walking. One highlight of the location is the pleasant river view, which adds a nice touch to the overall stay.

During my stay, there was some nearby construction, and a few roads were temporarily closed. While this didn’t affect the comfort inside the hotel, it’s something to be aware of when planning routes or arrivals.

The room itself was excellent—clean, modern, and spacious, which worked very well for me and my son. The layout was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage space, a comfortable seating area, and a well-organized minibar and wardrobe. The bathroom was also modern and spotless, with a spacious shower and good-quality amenities.

The staff were friendly and professional, meeting the expected Hyatt service standards. Interactions were smooth and efficient, making the stay easy and comfortable.

Overall, Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars offers a clean, comfortable, and well-designed stay in a quiet part of London, with good transport connections and family-friendly room space. Despite the temporary construction nearby, it’s a solid choice, especially for travelers looking for comfort, calm surroundings, and reliable service.

I stayed here for a few days during my layover in Dubai and it was a great experience. The transportation is convenient, with the metro station just a few hundred meters away. The main thing is that the price was incredibly good value. When I booked it, it was only 300 RMB, which is amazing! Plus, I got a river view room. The space and everything else were excellent, too. Other than the facilities and decor being a bit old-fashioned, everything else was really good.

I had a very pleasant three-night stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We initially stayed in a room overlooking Dubai Creek, and the view was beautiful. The hotel itself is quiet and relaxing, and we genuinely had a great night’s sleep.

The reception team were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would especially like to thank Khadija at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

After our first night, the hotel contacted us and explained that they needed to vacate our floor due to an operational matter. They handled the situation professionally by upgrading us to a much larger room at no additional cost. The new room was significantly more spacious, although it overlooked the city rather than the creek.

There was some noise from pool maintenance work on Saturday morning, but the hotel was quiet again on Sunday. We appreciated the upgrade and the way the team handled the room change.

One of the things that impressed me most was the speed of the service. Every request we made was handled very quickly, making this one of the fastest hotels I have experienced in terms of guest service and responsiveness.

The lobby is elegant, the location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. Valet parking was not available during our stay, and a few of the hotel’s restaurants were also closed.

Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely stay here again. The Hyatt group has always been reliable in my experience. I have stayed at several Hyatt properties both inside and outside the UAE, and they have consistently maintained a very good standard.

Booked this hotel for New Year's Eve. Everyone was forced to buy tickets for the hotel's New Year's Eve dinner. The dinner itself was alright, but definitely not worth 1200 AED per person. Luckily, I booked through Trip.com, and they deserve a good review for helping me sort things out so promptly.

The whole apartment was huge with plenty of space for kids to run! The rooms were big too! We enjoyed our stay there! Bottles were provided in plenty upon everytime we request. Location is in a quiet area and have to take taxi to all the attraction but I would definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended for big families.

The king-size bed mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm, very relaxing to lie on. The amenities were complete, and the lighting created a great ambiance, perfect for couples. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It was quiet and comfortable throughout our stay, and we had a very pleasant night with my significant other. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Wujiaochang business district with direct access to the mall downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. This stay was specifically for my birthday, and overall, the experience was good. A special thank you to Kevin for the thoughtful room upgrade, complimentary breakfast, and a birthday cake – it truly made the occasion feel special. The room size was adequate. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit older, and the facilities are showing some age.

During my stay, there was a small incident: the room assigned had not been double-checked after cleaning. While I was in the room, a staff member swiped their card and directly opened the door (thankfully, I always use the security chain), which raised privacy concerns.

I suggest the hotel optimize its room allocation system. Rooms should only be marked as available for check-in in the system after a second inspection and approval. Additionally, strict protocols for staff entering rooms should be enforced to prevent similar situations from happening again.

Overall, the experience was satisfactory. I wish the hotel prosperous business.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was a major advantage, with several shopping malls nearby, making it convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although the outdoor swimming pool was unfortunately closed during my stay, the spa area was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty.

I would especially like to recognize Jayden, who was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly he handled every request and resolved any issues that came up.

The hotel is somewhat far from both Shanghai city center and the airport, but if you have business or activities in this area, the location is excellent and very convenient.

Overall, a great stay with excellent service, and I would gladly return in the future.

My stay at Hyatt this time exceeded all expectations! The hotel's overall decor is grand and stylish, and the room was spacious and comfortable. They even kindly upgraded us to a lake view room for free, and the scenery outside the window was absolutely stunning. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful; they responded promptly to our requests, even providing an air purifier. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with delicious flavors and fresh ingredients. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, from the hardware facilities to the soft services. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll certainly be back!
