This hotel was fantastic, even better than I expected! The room was spacious enough, the bedding was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the window was lovely too. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and it was convenient for washing up. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, and it's a good idea to bring your own slippers. The location is absolutely brilliant! It's not far from the subway station, and the area around is lively and safe. Both sides of the street are full of great food, coffee shops, bars, and tourist spots, all within a 5-15 minute walk! There are so many dining options, it's really a great place to explore. The hotel service was quite good; the front desk staff spoke both English and Chinese, and they offer free luggage storage. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Great value for money!

The hotel’s location is excellent — just steps away from the MRT station, a shopping mall, and plenty of bars and restaurants along the Singapore River.

The room itself is very compact, with limited space to open a full‑size luggage. Basic toiletries are not provided by default and need to be requested at the front desk. On the positive side, the room is clean, the air conditioning is strong, and the shower has good heat and water pressure.

However, my initial room had noticeable mold and rust around the AC vent, and the room smelled musty. When I raised this with the front desk, the response felt somewhat dismissive, though they eventually arranged a room change. The second room still had minor signs of mold and rust, but it was significantly better.

Overall, the location is a major plus, but the rooms are small and maintenance could be improved. I recommend booking a room with a window and checking the AC vent condition upon arrival.

This place is quite convenient, and the service was decent. However, as it's a budget hotel, the facilities are definitely a bit older. The room we got didn't have a window, and I'm not sure if that's why, but there were small flying insects in the bathroom that would also come out into the room. But seriously, there's nothing else to complain about regarding the location; it's really good, especially considering the price advantage.

I stayed for one night, just for about 30 hours in Singapore, so I didn't have high expectations, but it was still disappointing.

**Location:** It's very convenient to find food nearby. Singapore's public transport is well-developed, and the MRT is about a 10-minute walk away.

**Staff:** The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and friendly.

**Room:** My room was on the second floor facing the street. The windows offered absolutely no soundproofing, it was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to sleep. I had to use earplugs in the middle of the night to get some rest. I'm not sure if the bedsheets were changed; I only discovered stains on them the next morning. The bathroom drain was extremely poor; after showering, the water wouldn't drain on its own, and guests had to help it along...

I initially thought it would be relatively new, as it opened in 2023.

I have to say, this hotel is a real gem! It offers amazing value for money and the location is super convenient for getting around, perfect for a city walk. There's a mall nearby so finding food is a breeze, and it's all delicious – no bad choices here. 

The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. We booked a family room for three, and it looked exactly like the pictures, no 'what you see isn't what you get' issues at all. Housekeeping isn't daily, but you just need to let the front desk know if you need it. 

A special shout-out to Leo from customer service – he was incredibly responsive and always available. Whether it was a room issue or advice on local attractions, he always had great suggestions and solutions. Huge thanks!

I only remembered to take photos when I was leaving, so please excuse them, but I hope they're helpful. It's a fantastic place to stay when you're visiting!

Clean and conveniently located near tourist attractions. The room was spacious and the bed was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were lovely, multilingual, and provided impressive service. I'll definitely be back again!

The room was a bit small; opening the door with a suitcase in the way was a tight squeeze. This is quite typical for Singapore at this price point. The facilities were complete, and it was clean and hygienic. It's very close to NUS, which was convenient as I was visiting with my child. There are plenty of dining options nearby, a 7-Eleven and a Chinese supermarket right outside, and bus stops are easily accessible. Overall, it offers good value for money. The front desk staff provided excellent service in Chinese.

Our room, though small, was clean and tidy, which made for a very pleasant stay. The whole hotel had a fresh feel to it, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Both female receptionists we encountered, and the male receptionist with darker skin, provided excellent service.

The hotel offers luggage storage, and its location is very close to the MRT station for Sentosa, with a large shopping mall nearby. It's an excellent place to stay if you're visiting Universal Studios.

I'd like to advise others considering the same room type that, although our room had a glass window, it couldn't be opened. It can get a bit stuffy without the air conditioning on.

This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, smiling staff. It's also super affordable, offering great value for money, especially for a budget hotel. While the rooms are compact, the space is incredibly well-designed and utilized. I tried a snack from the vending machine which was delicious, if a little salty. You can purchase a liter of water from the restaurant for 6 Euros. Do remember to bring your own toiletries, as Europe is quite committed to environmental protection these days. The airport shuttle service is very convenient, costing 5 Euros per person per trip.

The hotel was clean and crisp. Staff was really helpful and friendly
The rooms were very compact so not much space to hang clothes. Shower and toilet room was spacious and immaculate.  On the downside if you have to leave luggage after check out you have to pay 7 Euro , something we never came across anywhere else. We had only few hours before the flight.

This place is perfect for solo travelers visiting Madrid for a couple of days. The metro is right next door, making it super convenient to get anywhere quickly. My room was initially facing a construction site and was a bit noisy at night, but the staff kindly moved me to a quieter room the very next day. Their attitude was great! No deposit required, and the area feels very safe too.

I chose this hotel because it's close to the scenic area, but it's incredibly small. Luggage storage is in the underground parking lot and requires a separate payment for a self-service storage system. Right around the corner is Carrefour, where you can buy water and snacks. Honestly, the hotel basically just provides a bed and a place to shower. You literally have to turn sideways to get in and out of some spaces.

This hotel saved us because our previous hotel booking was unceremoniously cancelled. Anyway, while this hotel is not in the city center, still, it was near a big market, fast food chains, and more importantly, near a train station. Btw, we didn’t like the layout of its CR/restroom. If you’re a couple, then you may not find it odd. But since we were business travellers, it was a bit difficult to use. But overall, we liked staying here! The beds are comfy and the staff are nice and accommodating.

A Pleasant Stay with Warm Hospitality

It’s always a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it's a budget hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to highlight the young lady who assisted me during check-in—she was so kind and welcoming. She provided me with all the necessary information about breakfast locations, nearby laundry services, and more. That was very helpful and much appreciated.

The hotel's location is also very strategic. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and it’s close to both the bus and train stations. The room itself was simple but clean. Everyone at the hotel is polite and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

If I could suggest a few areas for improvement, they would be:

1. Provide a kettle in the room – Hot water for drinking is important for me, and having a kettle would be very convenient.

2. Install proper blackout curtains – This would help guests sleep better by blocking out excess light.

3. Offer laundry services – Having an in-house laundry option would be useful, especially for longer stays.

Other than these suggestions, everything else was perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and truly appreciate the warm hospitality shown by all the staff. Thank you!

All perfect. Very clean and well organized. I recommend it very much if you need to book something in this area.

The hotel was very good overall, and the location was also decent. The nearest bus stop was only a 3-minute walk away, while access to the underground metro was around 10 to 14 minutes on foot. The tram stop was also within a 10 to 14-minute walking distance. The building itself was nice, clean, and felt fresh.
Separate lockers were available, which could be used by paying a fee, allowing guests to store their luggage even after check-out.
However, the security was not very good. In case of any incident, the staff does not actively help and usually just provide an email address or ask you to contact the police. It’s important to keep this in mind and stay cautious during your stay.

I think it's exactly what you get for your money. I chose it because it's on Line 1, and I didn't look at anything else because it was cost-effective. Even if there aren't any amenities, I still wish there was at least a kettle.

Clean hotel, not far from gare du nord, about 10 mins by taxi. Takes about 30 mins to get to effiel tower from here though in peak times (via taxi) so not an ideal base if you’re going to that area.

We had a bunk bed and the kids loved it. Happy with the room overall.

Except its location a bit far from Paris downtown, it takes around 10-15min walk from Subway station. So it can be a bit hard if you have heavy luggage. Otherwise for solo traveler traveling light it's just fine. 
Hotel is decent for its price and rooms are clean and perfectly well designed. Even if close to highway, the soundproofing is excellent. You dont hear any noise even coming from other rooms. 
Will stay there again for sure. 

Well located, friendly staff, the only fault I find is that they don't have food service because we were hungry and Globo doesn't deliver in that area either. Otherwise everything is ok
