This hotel was fantastic, even better than I expected! The room was spacious enough, the bedding was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the window was lovely too. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and it was convenient for washing up. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, and it's a good idea to bring your own slippers. The location is absolutely brilliant! It's not far from the subway station, and the area around is lively and safe. Both sides of the street are full of great food, coffee shops, bars, and tourist spots, all within a 5-15 minute walk! There are so many dining options, it's really a great place to explore. The hotel service was quite good; the front desk staff spoke both English and Chinese, and they offer free luggage storage. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Great value for money!

The hotel’s location is excellent — just steps away from the MRT station, a shopping mall, and plenty of bars and restaurants along the Singapore River.

The room itself is very compact, with limited space to open a full‑size luggage. Basic toiletries are not provided by default and need to be requested at the front desk. On the positive side, the room is clean, the air conditioning is strong, and the shower has good heat and water pressure.

However, my initial room had noticeable mold and rust around the AC vent, and the room smelled musty. When I raised this with the front desk, the response felt somewhat dismissive, though they eventually arranged a room change. The second room still had minor signs of mold and rust, but it was significantly better.

Overall, the location is a major plus, but the rooms are small and maintenance could be improved. I recommend booking a room with a window and checking the AC vent condition upon arrival.

I stayed for 5 nights in a windowless, budget-friendly room.

Once you get used to the route, it's a convenient 10-minute walk from Bugis Station.
The staff were also very helpful.

As mentioned in other reviews, a few small, round-winged insects appeared in the bathroom every day. This might be unpleasant for those who dislike bugs.

While hotels generally tend to be dry, I found this one, especially the bathroom, to always feel damp.
When showering, not only the toilet lid but, depending on the angle, also the toilet seat and toilet paper get wet.
I hand-washed some small items at night and hung them to dry, but they were still damp the next morning, and the bathroom floor hadn't dried completely either.

If you open your suitcase on the floor, there's hardly any space left, making it difficult to move around.
It's not a bad choice if location and price are your priorities. However, I wouldn't recommend it for families with small children who tend to have a lot of luggage.

Well location, near with Lavender Station and many shops, eateries within walking distance. 
Cleanliness good and staff all very polite and helpful. 
Wifi is also available for all rooms

The room was quite small, and so was the bed. While larger hotels might offer bigger rooms and beds, their prices are significantly higher. You really do get what you pay for. On the plus side, the location was excellent. It's close to all the city center attractions, with a bus stop right outside and the subway station just a six-minute walk away. Little India is also nearby, making it a quick three to five-minute stroll for food. The service was fantastic; both the Chinese and Indian staff were very helpful. Although there were occasional language barriers, they always tried their best to communicate. I had a lot of documents to print, and the front desk printed them all for me directly. Despite the small bed, it was a very pleasant stay overall.

Checking in was smooth. Breakfast has few selections which is fine for this price range here in Singapore. It was the location which is great, since you have a walkable access to many restaurants. Room was clean and it does not have any funky smell. It may be a little small but again at this price it is reasonable.

Senior couple have issues with steps to bed, especially at night to go to toilet. The toilet is small with the shower, wash basin and toilet bowl all in together in one cubicle without separation screen, after shower, the toilet bowl is all wet and we had to dry to use. Water discharge is also very slow and the floor is all wet even after overnight.
There's no porch for guests to do loading/unloading. On the day of our departure, there's heavy rain and our luggage and ourselves were soaked wet.

Small but perfectly formed, this hotel is a gem! 👍 The view from the window is fantastic, right at the foot of Mount Faber, so the air is fresh and clean. It's super convenient to get to Sentosa, and just a few minutes' walk to a hawker market where you can grab some fruit and delicious local food. The walk itself is lovely, with beautiful flowers blooming everywhere – very pleasant!

The room was sparkling clean, which was great! However, a heads-up for future guests: you'll need to bring your own toiletries, as beyond bath towels, no other amenities are provided in the room. The location is decent. We took a taxi from Terminal 1, and it cost 22 Euros, which felt quite expensive.

The rooms were very compact so not much space to hang clothes. Shower and toilet room was spacious and immaculate.  On the downside if you have to leave luggage after check out you have to pay 7 Euro , something we never came across anywhere else. We had only few hours before the flight.

The hotel was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with the underground metro station only a 3–4 minute walk away. There is also a Lidl store about a 20-minute walk from the hotel, which is useful for buying groceries and daily essentials.
The bedding and towels were changed daily, and the room was neat and well maintained. The shower and toilet were also very clean. The room felt airy and comfortable, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend this place to others.

I booked this hotel mainly for its location. It's close to Atocha train station, about a 12-minute walk, and you can take the 203 bus to the airport! Almost all of Madrid's attractions are within a 2km radius, and you can even take bus 27 to Bernabéu! However... the room was so noisy, constantly with subway sounds!! There are about 20 rooms on one floor, from 01 to 22. I was initially given room 222. I don't usually mind end rooms, but this one was not only an end room, it was at the very end of the hallway, directly facing the corridor instead of being on either side! That wouldn't have bothered me if it weren't for the constant train track noise I heard when I came back to rest at night. I realized the subway station was right outside. This end room must have been the closest to the subway. I even recorded the noise on my phone and went to the front desk to discuss changing rooms! The front desk clearly knew about the problem. Her attitude was very poor. She first said, 'We're fully booked tonight!' I asked, 'When does the subway stop running?' She said 1:30 AM! I told her I couldn't sleep with that noise and couldn't accept it, hoping she'd change my room. She very reluctantly changed me to 401, and whereas I was initially given two key cards, she grudgingly gave me only one after the room change! Note that 01 is also an end room, and the elevator and fire escape are right outside the door!! As long as there's no noise, I can accept it! That night, as I was browsing on my phone in bed in 401, there was a huge vibration from the headboard. I thought there was an earthquake in Madrid!!! It turned out to be the fire escape door slamming shut really hard!!!! A hotel costing over 3500 for three nights, which is considered cheap locally, but the noise level is just unacceptable!! I can't give a good review!! Do Trip.com users not deserve to have rooms in the middle?

The room is small, but it is described in the room description, so it is in line with expectations. The room is clean and sanitary, the decoration is small and exquisite, it is a budget hotel with reasonable price, as the name says, it is a good choice for those who consider the budget. For a budget hotel, the breakfast is not good, but it is a pity that there are no vegetables.

The eggs at breakfast were spoiled, the water had an off smell, the selection was too limited, the room wasn't soundproof, it's not far from the subway station, but it's a good choice for those who appreciate living near the city center.

All perfect. Very clean and well organized. I recommend it very much if you need to book something in this area.

Honestly, it's pretty decent. I saw some really wild comments online, but for the price, this hotel offers everything you need. Everything was clean, and besides not having a kettle, it had all the essentials. The surrounding neighborhood isn't too sketchy either, perfectly fine for walking with a companion.

I think it's exactly what you get for your money. I chose it because it's on Line 1, and I didn't look at anything else because it was cost-effective. Even if there aren't any amenities, I still wish there was at least a kettle.

Clean hotel, not far from gare du nord, about 10 mins by taxi. Takes about 30 mins to get to effiel tower from here though in peak times (via taxi) so not an ideal base if you’re going to that area.

We had a bunk bed and the kids loved it. Happy with the room overall.

Except its location a bit far from Paris downtown, it takes around 10-15min walk from Subway station. So it can be a bit hard if you have heavy luggage. Otherwise for solo traveler traveling light it's just fine. 
Hotel is decent for its price and rooms are clean and perfectly well designed. Even if close to highway, the soundproofing is excellent. You dont hear any noise even coming from other rooms. 
Will stay there again for sure. 

Well located, friendly staff, the only fault I find is that they don't have food service because we were hungry and Globo doesn't deliver in that area either. Otherwise everything is ok
