”Great modern hotel, brilliant transport links!”
Super clean, modern, and excellent value for money. The hotel is located right next to the metro and tram stations, making it incredibly easy to travel straight into the heart of Paris for sightseeing. The breakfast selection was great, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the service was top-notch. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Paris!

The good:
- The location. Just beside the arena if you're going for a concert. Within a few short minutes there are great restaurants and grocery stores.

- Dogs welcome, and a park beside the hotel where you can walk them.

- Buffet breakfast was good.

The bad:
- A lot of things were broken!
When I wanted to put the shower on its hook, the hook fell off.
When I wanted to put back the hairdryer in its place, it didn't stay. It took me a while to figure out that the magnet had fallen off, and I needed to insert it in its correct place.
But the worst part was when I drove out from the car park. The barrier was broken and was hanging down. It scraped the roof of my car all the way. I immediately checked my roof and luckily there was no marks. I went back to the hotel and told reception. They said they would get it repaired.

- A hefty 30€ per night for the underground car park.

- The room was very small.

- Mold around the windows.

All in all, the hotel is too expensive for what it offers. But it's the location that allows them to ask a high price and having minimum maintenance of the building.

Right next to the East Railway Station, so it's super convenient for transport. Plenty of food options nearby, but not much for shopping. The room was a bit small, and there were no power outlets near the desk, so I had to move the desk next to the bed to plug anything in. The shower pressure wasn't great either. No complimentary toiletries, slippers, or tissues in the room, so remember to bring your own. Breakfast was a traditional European style. Luggage storage is available. The Wi-Fi speed was absolutely terrible...

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent—it’s in a quiet, safe area with easy access to the Metro, making it incredibly convenient to explore Paris.

One of the biggest highlights is how close it is to the Eiffel Tower. It’s an ideal choice if you want to visit the Eiffel Tower during your trip while still staying away from the busiest tourist areas.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s great value for money, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

I booked this hotel because I needed to catch a train from Lyon Part-Dieu station the next day. My main impression is that it's quite small. The shower stall is roughly the size of an 0.8 square meter tile, and the elevator barely fits two people and two suitcases. However, it's clean, relatively new, and quiet enough. The breakfast was decent. But the price was really expensive; in China, you could stay at a super five-star hotel for that amount.

The location is top, the room is super, very quiet. Metro nearby. Petit dej sympa

This was a very convenient place to stay in Paris, right on the corner near Gare de Lyon train station. Which connects easily with the yellow line for sightseeing the main attractions, the Louvre being one of the first stops! I had about 3hrs to ”sightsee” before my next flight & was able to hop on & off the metro to take external photos of the Louvre, Grand Palais, Pont Alexandre III, Champs Élysée, Arc de Triomphe & Eiffel Tower.

It was also great not having to walk far to the hotel after catching the train from CDG airport. There was also easy train connection for the red line to ”Chessy” for the Disneyland train!
The hotel & room itself was clean, comfortable, great staff & nice little breakfast area. I was even able to buy a new travel charger at reception for only €6, after mine gave trouble!
Lots of cafes & restaurants around the area too & had no issues being a woman walking around alone at night either. I'd highly recommend staying here if looking for ease of access around Paris, but at a decent price point for a nice hotel!

The standard configuration of the hotel chain is not a big problem, the corridor has a decoration smell, and the perfume smell in the house is very heavy. Other ok

The room is small and the facilities are average. However, the price is quite suitable for this configuration in Paris. The front desk service is very good and hot water is provided.

The hotel is conveniently located near Metro Line 9, just a short five-minute walk away. Although it’s slightly outside the downtown area, the same metro line provides direct access to popular destinations like Lafayette, Trocadéro, and several other attractions we wanted to visit—so getting around was easy and never felt like a hassle.

There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, many open until 10 p.m., along with several late-night eateries, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The hotel rooms are on the smaller side but very clean and comfortable. A simple breakfast is served every morning, and we especially appreciated the complimentary water dispenser, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available throughout the day. Enjoying a warm drink before bed became a lovely nightly routine for us.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating—from the reception and dining area to the housekeeping team—and were patient with us despite our limited French. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The breakfast selection could be more diverse, but the outstanding professionalism of the staff more than makes up for it.

I would especially like to recognize Shane at the front desk. Every time I saw her, she greeted me with a warm smile and was always willing to help. She handled my room extension efficiently and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Her friendliness, professionalism, and excellent customer service truly made my stay much more enjoyable.

For business travelers, this hotel is definitely a great choice. I highly recommend it, and Shane deserves special recognition for her exceptional service.

The area is easily accessible and perfect for a stroll. It’s not a boring place to stay, especially if you enjoy being around lively crowds and a vibrant atmosphere.

Had an early morning flight the next day, so I booked this hotel near the airport for an overnight stay to avoid rushing. The hotel is pretty standard, a typical budget-friendly option with simple decor. The toilet and shower share a single glass door, which isn't very sealed, so water tends to splash into the room when showering.

Lovely stay, well located, close to two metro stations. Not far from the airport and several other relevant tourist attraction. My room was well decorated with arabic themes. Bed was comfy and there was plenty of towels and hot water. Good internet Connection throughout the whole building. Buffet breakfast was very delicious.
I will be back in my next visit to Dubai.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant overall. We particularly highlight Joel's helpful and attentive service during breakfast. The breakfast buffet is varied and of good quality. The location is excellent. It has a very small indoor pool and the gym is basic but functional. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The lunch or dinner service could be improved.

This hotel is great for business trips. It's close to the train station and not expensive. It's also not far from the city center, just a 10-15 minute walk, making it very convenient for city walks. The hotel staff are friendly and the front desk offers free coffee, water, and bread.

Because it is just outside the subway station, it is very convenient!
There is also a parking lot underground, allowing direct access to the hotel.
When I use it, it just replaces Kyriad and ibis.

Great location , a short walk from perrache station . Cute little room and friendly front desk staff :) . Only shortfall is a missing kettle to boil water for my instant noodle , kettle is a necessity for Asians 😅. Overall , had an enjoyable one night stay :).

Driving over, just on the side of the road, the location is still very good to find, may be the reason for the off-season, the price is also very affordable. There is a free parking garage and self-driving is a good choice.

The parking lot is inconvenient, and it costs 12 euros. The overall room is clean. The restrooms are the same as other European hotels. They are prone to leaks. Breakfast is acceptable and there are fewer choices.
